Chan Chuckwow: . Free parking, room 227 looked fresh
Clenz Jimenez: back in the day this place was awesome but nowadays not so much they switched to an auto mated check in and the person who works there never to be foundRooms: rooms are clean always and they got jacuzzi tubs.. plus plus it's literally 3 blocks from the world famous Santana row and valley fair
Aman Nakfa: Fantastic customer service, very clean, and well equipped. We are very satisfied. Thank you so much.Rooms: We found it fantastic verything .Safety: Everything was safe, we haven't seen anything that looks unsafe.Walkability: Walkable, there stores restaurants, even the airport is very near by
Comfy Chris: In the realm of modern hospitality, I found solace in the contactless and autonomous check-in/out system, along with the convenience of a digital key at this hotel. The standard cleanliness of the room was a welcome sight, enhanced by the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary washer and dryer facilities. While the nearby falafel restaurant proved convenient for daytime sustenance, the lack of nighttime dining options near the hotel left something to be desired. When it concerns travel, every detail—from the seamless check-in process to the culinary landscape—plays a role in shaping the journey's.

Angelia Formisano: This review is solely for Jesus at the front desk. He is fantastic and has helped me over the phone a couple of different times with some different requests before our stay in July. I really appreciate his patience and communication and following through on what he said he was going to do we look forward to staying there in July for my birthday with my mom and sisters and I’m sure the hotel will live up to the five stars. I’m giving it now!
Diane Berania: This hotel is great but security deposit is to high. Decent location. I saw roaches in parking lot. I will not return.Noteworthy details: Roaches in parking lot, not good.
Cheryl Sanchez: , the bartender: cool cat! Lighting up the outside fire pit for us to chill by at the end of a work day was awesome! He was so attentive & just all-around a nice guy! Overall, it was a good stay & I'd come back.
Abhay Natu: and right off I-280 and close to many amenities. They are not overpriced like other, nearby properties and have friendly staff, including Derrick at the wxyz bar.Best part -- they still have daily housekeeping and you don't have to ask for it....or beg for it as with other chain hotels. And....wait for it....complimentary parking on many rate types! This place is worth staying even if it adds a few extra minutes to work while in the area.

David Nobert: We love the Element line from Marriott. We have stayed in California, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Washington DC. We have never been disappointed. The kitchen is a great option for people with food allergies who travel, or are afraid to, due to having to eat out. It can also be a money saver. Their breakfast is always good and if you prepare lunch or dinner in room, you only eat out once. I highly recommend this brand.
Ruben Silva: This is a very nice upscale hotel. We always stay here when attending a San Jose Earthquakes game which is conveniently across the street from the stadium. Everything about this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable from the room amenities to the comfortable beds, the spacious relaxing lobby area, lobby bar, and pool. The check-in staff are always very professional, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
P. J.: This was a very clean hotel. Everything was good here, however don't expect much from the breakfast. The breakfast was just normal continental with not much options. The hotel has a nice view to San Jose Airport and the paypal stadium. The best part about it is that it is very close to In-N-Out burger. The crew were amazing. The bed was comfortable.I wish the windows were openable.
Gregory Cohen: and feels really comfortable and modern. The rooms are well appointed with full kitchens. The staff is super helpful, and breakfast is good if not too extensive. There is always one hot item custom made and yogurt, instant oatmeal and other cereals. In the evening, there was always a little something
John Bohan: Loved this hotel. People are great, included breakfast includes fresh cooked eggs, room is very nice, beds comfortable, includes stove, microwave, toaster, wine opener, etc etc. Bar is open till 10pm and has many options and trivia cards to play with friends. The only downside is they didn't make the bed for me daily like many hotels do. But no big deal, so many great things, this will be my new standard San Jose hotel.
Kimberlee Beydoun: Excellent service.
Deloria ManyGreyHorses: I’ve stayed at this location twice and both times it’s been wonderful. The staff are extremely kind. Guneet was especially very kind and helpful. The rooms are so beautiful, clean and modern. It’s such a good deal for the price. They also have a large gym and pool. We dined next door at the Garden of Italy and it was also amazing. I would highly recommend stay here if you are in the Calgary area.

Kris: Had the privilege of staying here with my family before our short term housing became available. Our rooms were huge and well maintained given the circumstances. The hotel is about to undergo renovations which will be nice as the equity in the room is dated. The staff here is great and everyone cares about you which is different. While you do see a lot of homeless around the area, we felt safe at the hotel and the do have security overnight. The rooms are clean and the sheets were crisp. Housekeeping only comes once a week so be prepared if you stay here.Rooms: The rooms made us feel like home as the square footage was more than enough for a family of 5.i like that the suite with 3 beds don’t have the rooms right next to each other. The kids had the sofa and other room across from us.Safety: The hotel felt safe and you see staff always around. At night it looks like they have security and they have the security car at the hotel.Walkability: The hotel is t really located near much. I would suggest driving as it does have homeless around the hotel.

Tommy Hepner: Great service, food, and atmosphere. The location sucks due to the Zombie Apocalypse of homelessness. Typical California, what do you expect.Food & drinks: The bar food is surprisingly amazing and the wine choices are really good.
Gaku “GK” Kamitani: Just as other Holiday Inn brand hotels, I think this hotel is quite good at least for a business trip. It is located a little away from the center of San Jose, but is conveniently close to San Jose Mineta airport. Room rates are relatively reasonable compared to hotels around the downtown. And the room is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable enough to have a good night's sleep.
Nevin: The service from arrival to leave was amazing. They are the most polite customer service folks I have dealt with on my travels. The food at the bar is really good along with the drinks selection. It can get a bit noisy however I would trade that for all the positives. There are some good restaurants outside the hotel as well within a few minutes walk.Rooms: Large rooms with all the amenities.Food & drinks: Great food and drinks... Nice area outside to relax. Close to good restaurants in walking distance.
Eder: Nice big hotel with a lot of amenities.Clean gym.Meeting hallsBreakfast puechased separately. No free coffee.A little over priced but not too much.
Lane Van Lith: Rooms: 5/5

Natalie K: . It has a small kitchen, sitting room, and a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The only downside was that there was only a blackout curtain and no privacy curtain. Quiet and convenient with lots of shops around. Will stay here again.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants, Target, and CVS in the same plaza.
Pei Li Jiang: Located next to the interchangeThere is also a food court in frontYou can also walk to targetThere is an exclusive parking tower behind the hotel

Hayley Grossman: I stayed here with my company for a work trip and they staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, both ahead of time and during our stay. They organized a room for us to keep deliveries locked until we arrived and helped coordinate everything from individual room swag deliveries to late check out. They couldn’t do enough and I would highly recommend- the room are big, clean and nice too which was a bonus in comparison!
Curtis Phillips: The more I stay here, the more I like it. It is very convenient to town center with tons of dining options. Great sidewalks and walking distance to so many things. The hotel is clean. The staff are all SUPER friendly and pleasant!Walkability: A plethora of dining options and activities all within a 15 minute walk.
Derick Bettencourt: . That being said, the only problem I have is that there's a constant high-pitch ringing sound through the evening/morning. I think it might be a hobo repellant but I'm not sure. I can't even tell if it's coming from outside or if it's from something inside of the room. All in all, I love this hotel and it's always been a pleasant experience. People need to chill out dude.
Keith Stemen: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a very small refrigerator so if you have several items that need to be placed in the fridge you may have a problem with room. The rain shower head leaked cold water on you even when you had the rain head shut off. Other than those 2 minor issues everything was great staying there.Rooms: Like I said above the room was very clean and neat. Just need a bigger refrigerator for the roomsNearby activities: SAP Center is near by. So if you attend any events there you are close.Walkability: You can walk to the SAP Center in about 5 minutes which makes it very convenient if you are planning on attending any events and are spending the night.
Felicia: Rooms are nice slightly small, location great, but my complaint is with the breakfast…. No salt and pepper on the tables, no coffee at the breakfast buffet, the Nespresso machine only had de cafe and no one asked me if I wanted regular coffee, the server did not seat me or ask if I needed anything I had to come find her to order my eggs. I’m glad my breakfast was included I would not pay for it.

David McAfee: Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value
Paranoxx: and four fluffy pillows.Rooms: Ours is equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge. Two queen beds with the most luxurious sheets. Spacious and welcoming.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast, juices and coffee from 6-9 am.
Kristin Thomson: There was a group of 8 of us so we had 4 rooms at this location. It was centrally located for what we were needing which is why we initially stayed here. All rooms were clean and large. The beds were very comfortable and included both firm and soft pillows. The blackout blinds were fantastic and a blessing in the morning. The downside of the hotel is the traffic noise at night, but that is a common issue among most high populated areas. There isn’t a lot you can walk to around the hotel but that wasn’t a factor in our decision to stay here.Continental breakfast in the morning was more than sufficient with a variety of foods including yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bakery items and hot food like bacon, sausage and eggs. The breakfast staff was friendly and efficient. All front desk staff were always smiling and friendly when arriving or exiting. Big shoutout to Alba who was working the front desk during the week. She went above and beyond for our family and it was appreciated by all of us the care and concern she had. As far as Holiday Inn Express hotels go, this more than met our needs
