Shannon Andrus: Overall, a nice stay and I would stay there again.

Barbara M: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel De Anza. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing..... polite, professional, friendly, very helpful, and resourceful. The best! She set the tone for my entire stay.My room was quite comfortable, well-appointed, and in perfect condition with lovely curtains that block out all the light. The shower head was high up and adjustable. The temperature in the room was very steady, an important quality in a room that I never see in reviews. They even provide earplugs in case you are bothered by any noises. Nice touch!

Lann Anderson: Very nice employee's. Will stay there again when in town. Excellent spot close to bars, food and the arena. I really enjoyed my stay.Walkability: Close to eateries

Tiam: Good dinner

Kristin Riley: or an option to valet for $50. The hotel felt secure and as a bonus they are pet friendly!

Karla Soto: Recently I did a little staycation with my bestfriend. We really enjoyed our time even tho it was a rainy day it was still lovely and very relaxing. We ordered roomservice and Nancy brought our order to our room, she was very friendly and even had some good wine recommendations. Would stay here againRooms: Upon arrival the room was very clean, I did find that our housekeeper left a card with her name so to Maria F. Thank you for the wonderful job.Food & drinks: My friend went down to vbar and got me a margarita that jordy prepared and it was amazing.

Azeem Abdussamy: Hotel highlights Great view

Laurel Arroyo: We put on a meeting for a group of 20 people in the Bella Vista Room. Jacqueline and Carol were wonderful to work with in the planning process, they were accesible and helpful. Guillermo made a beautiful spread for breakfast and lunch. Our attendees were thrilled to be in such a classy hotel in such a fun location. Would definitely recommend!

Maarten van Velsen: 4 star for the Convenient location but the rooms can get a remodel. Especially for the price you pay.my airco was superloud so had to shut it down.staff is friendly and welcomingI will come again as my company HQ is in the street and there are no other walking distance options.

Amanda Moreno: I celebrated my birthday here last weekend with my friends and had a great experience all around. I don’t normally leave reviews but I was wowed by the excellent service my group and I received from Jordyn. Jordyn went above and beyond to meet all our requests and made sure our night was memorable. Would definitely recommend!Service: 5/5 …

Laura Glover: I had an amazing stay here for a work trip earlier this year. You cannot beat the location- there are so many delicious restaurants to walk to. The staff was incredibly friendly- in particular Nolan who flawlessly assisted with the group block I was planning. If I’m back in the area- I will be sure to stay here again!

Dave “D Mac” Mac: I have no complaints except that they could not valet my FJ Cruiser because it is too tall to fit in their garage. Also that it is over $50 to valet while there is no other parking provided. Oh and that the tv was low tech. No way to cast to it.Noteworthy details: No parking provided beyond expensive valet. No casting to TV.

Marsha 909: Fantastic! So elegant, clean, updated, comfortable. The location is ideal. Walking distance to the best restaurant, art and things to do in downtown San Jose. I regret having stayed at the hotel across the street several times. This is my new go-to in San Jose!Walkability: Just minutes from fantastic restaurants and art galleries, and event venues.Noteworthy details: The in room coffee maker actually makes tea properly, unlike 99% of those mini coffee makers.

Chan Chuckwow: . Free parking, room 227 looked fresh

Clenz Jimenez: back in the day this place was awesome but nowadays not so much they switched to an auto mated check in and the person who works there never to be foundRooms: rooms are clean always and they got jacuzzi tubs.. plus plus it's literally 3 blocks from the world famous Santana row and valley fair

Aman Nakfa: Fantastic customer service, very clean, and well equipped. We are very satisfied. Thank you so much.Rooms: We found it fantastic verything .Safety: Everything was safe, we haven't seen anything that looks unsafe.Walkability: Walkable, there stores restaurants, even the airport is very near by

Comfy Chris: In the realm of modern hospitality, I found solace in the contactless and autonomous check-in/out system, along with the convenience of a digital key at this hotel. The standard cleanliness of the room was a welcome sight, enhanced by the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary washer and dryer facilities. While the nearby falafel restaurant proved convenient for daytime sustenance, the lack of nighttime dining options near the hotel left something to be desired. When it concerns travel, every detail—from the seamless check-in process to the culinary landscape—plays a role in shaping the journey's.

Lizet W: Great location, excellent staff and rooms were very comfortable and clean.Safety: Elevators could only be used by guests with their room keys which was excellent. Front doors were locked after 10, I believe, and could only be accessed by guest with their key cards, which added to the safety of hotel guests.Walkability: This hotel was close to many restaurants and downtown. Many places to sightsee in walking distance

Maria Angela Sanchez: This hotel just got newly renovated and I had a birthday weekend 05-17-2024 to 05-19-24 and our stay was awesome the rooms were really clean and just by the front of the hotel and the lobby and the hallways you could just lay down because of how clean it is very good hotel will surely come back and it’s in a great location!Food & drinks: It has a ton of restaurant options nearby

Alistair Irving: Stayed Thursday to Monday, so included the weekend period, which is normally the busiest times.VTA train noise is mostly noticeable in the early morning, it is not excess, and I mostly ignored it after a couple of days.Rooms: Rooms are compact, however have all the expected facilities.Walkability: Hotel is centrally located, VTA stop close by.Food & drinks: Onsite restaurant bar can get busy. Plenty of other close by restaurants and Santa Clara St is only a couple blocks away with plenty of bars.

Jinhan Zhang: we met is also very friendly, and provided everything we needed smoothly.

Hayley Grossman: I stayed here with my company for a work trip and they staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, both ahead of time and during our stay. They organized a room for us to keep deliveries locked until we arrived and helped coordinate everything from individual room swag deliveries to late check out. They couldn’t do enough and I would highly recommend- the room are big, clean and nice too which was a bonus in comparison!

Curtis Phillips: The more I stay here, the more I like it. It is very convenient to town center with tons of dining options. Great sidewalks and walking distance to so many things. The hotel is clean. The staff are all SUPER friendly and pleasant!Walkability: A plethora of dining options and activities all within a 15 minute walk.

Rebecca Leisner: Rooms: 5/5

Derick Bettencourt: . That being said, the only problem I have is that there's a constant high-pitch ringing sound through the evening/morning. I think it might be a hobo repellant but I'm not sure. I can't even tell if it's coming from outside or if it's from something inside of the room. All in all, I love this hotel and it's always been a pleasant experience. People need to chill out dude.

Keith Stemen: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a very small refrigerator so if you have several items that need to be placed in the fridge you may have a problem with room. The rain shower head leaked cold water on you even when you had the rain head shut off. Other than those 2 minor issues everything was great staying there.Rooms: Like I said above the room was very clean and neat. Just need a bigger refrigerator for the roomsNearby activities: SAP Center is near by. So if you attend any events there you are close.Walkability: You can walk to the SAP Center in about 5 minutes which makes it very convenient if you are planning on attending any events and are spending the night.

Felicia: Rooms are nice slightly small, location great, but my complaint is with the breakfast…. No salt and pepper on the tables, no coffee at the breakfast buffet, the Nespresso machine only had de cafe and no one asked me if I wanted regular coffee, the server did not seat me or ask if I needed anything I had to come find her to order my eggs. I’m glad my breakfast was included I would not pay for it.

Prasanjit: Hotel highlights Great value

Michael Vees: Very well-equipped hotel with spacious suites.Location to the airport is ok, but a little far to downtown.

David Bartle: Traveled to downtown San Jose for my job and had a great experience at this Hyatt location. The location was great, walking distance from many downtown office buildings, WeWork, restaurants and bars. My room had a good view of the downtown. The hotel is very secure, requiring a key card to use the elevator. The customer service was friendly and nice. The breakfast was well done, offering breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions, scrambled eggs, assorted pastries, cereals and an oatmeal bar. This Hyatt offers dairy-free milks at the cereal bar.My room didn’t have any cups when I visited, which was unfortunate but I was able to buy a water bottle at the front desk.

Mike Jones: I deliver to this location pretty often it's always great great guest at this place excellent tippers no complaints here great atmosphereNearby activities: You're in the middle of all the action downtown where there is a convention center The tech museum you name it you will find itWalkability: Walking distance to everything restaurants attractions conventions everything is right in the middleFood & drinks: Your name is you can find within walking distance where there is some vintage some boba or some tequila your name and you will find it

Gdess 2001: Lovely hotel, lovely staff, what you would expect of the Hyatt but what I loved was you can cast apps from your phone! All hotels should have this feature but sadly a lot don't. Hyatt place usually does. Also, the Jazz festival was happening and I knowbthe Hyatt had nothing to do with it but it was amazing and I loved it and it made my stay a little better.Edit: the rooms are okay. Not my favorite but I do love the location.

Prith: Wasn't a bad place in my opinion. I had a fairly normal experience.

D P: This is an old school motel. The way things were in the 1980's pay by the hour Motels. Metal key to unlock your room. No microwave in the room. No telephone in the room. TV was likely from early 90's but was hooked up to xfinity cable. Carpet from 80's. Shower takes 20 min to warm up. Noise from Buffalos upstairs constant. Things that need paint are missing out but things that don't need paint are painted. Typical neglected Motel. There is no breakfast snacks or coffee. Front desk guy was OK. Gal was very nice on checkout.Lots of great food within 10 blocks. Gyro. Bubble tea, La Victoria Mexican. Japan Town is a few blocks away. Light rail just outside motel. Free parking in the lot. WE LOVED IT! Son said "It's cool staying in a flea bag motel!! Would definitely stay there again. It's kind of cool staying in a dangerous motel.

Rozellina Briones: Thanks. 5 Star

Jay Bee: Rooms: Not cruise-y anymore

Eddie Hernandez: Clean rooms breakfast every morning great place pricing could be a little cheeper

佐藤直哉: Located near San Jose Airport. The rooms were clean and nice. There are not many shops around, so I feel like I need to go by car for shopping and eating.Food & drinks: A small amount of water etc. is sold in the lobby.

mi mi: The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. There was also a sofa and space where you could telework. The continental breakfast is also very satisfying with lots of sausages, egg dishes, bread, cereals, fruits, etc. It's close to the airport and a light rail station, making it convenient for both rental cars and public transportation users. The location makes it impossible to go to Valley Fair or the supermarket without a car, but no matter where you stay in San Jose, if you want to go to the mall, a car is essential.I will definitely use this hotel the next time I visit San Jose. It is recommended.Rooms: Spacious, clean and beautiful. There is a sofa and a telework space, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.Nearby activities: Very close to San Jose Airport. The light rail station is just a short walk away.Food & drinks: Continental style but with many varieties

Angelia Formisano: This review is solely for Jesus at the front desk. He is fantastic and has helped me over the phone a couple of different times with some different requests before our stay in July. I really appreciate his patience and communication and following through on what he said he was going to do we look forward to staying there in July for my birthday with my mom and sisters and I’m sure the hotel will live up to the five stars. I’m giving it now!

Diane Berania: This hotel is great but security deposit is to high. Decent location. I saw roaches in parking lot. I will not return.Noteworthy details: Roaches in parking lot, not good.

Cheryl Sanchez: , the bartender: cool cat! Lighting up the outside fire pit for us to chill by at the end of a work day was awesome! He was so attentive & just all-around a nice guy! Overall, it was a good stay & I'd come back.

Abhay Natu: and right off I-280 and close to many amenities. They are not overpriced like other, nearby properties and have friendly staff, including Derrick at the wxyz bar.Best part -- they still have daily housekeeping and you don't have to ask for it....or beg for it as with other chain hotels. And....wait for it....complimentary parking on many rate types! This place is worth staying even if it adds a few extra minutes to work while in the area.

こっちゃん: It's very close to the airport so it's convenient. It looks like it has been renovated and is beautiful.I read reviews about the noise of the air conditioner, but I guess it can't be helped since it's an American floor-mounted air conditioner.I think a room near the elevator is more convenient. It's wide so it's kind of inconvenient if you're far away from the elevator.Breakfast also had more variety than other Fairfields.Coffee and hot water are always available. The washing machine cost $3.75.I would like to stay here again when visiting San Jose.

Monica Gonzalez: Never been in there but looks good on the outside

Chieme Ejirika: The rooms were very clean and not outdated which was nice. As soon as you walked into the hallways you could smell how clean the rooms were. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely return.Rooms: Very cleanFood & drinks: Nice, free breakfast

Jared Byrne: I only stayed at this hotel for one night, as a part of a quick work trip through the area, but I was impressed. Friendly staff, clean room, nice view, and a seemingly great location. This was a great hotel overall that I'd be happy to stay at again; and while work paid for the stay, from my understanding it was a decent price, comparatively.

Gayetri Maya Parmar: Nice pool, lounge, and close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Room was over all nice, comfy and clean. Beds and pillows were great. No bathroom fan and cannot open the window to get fresh air, so a little stuffy. Noise from the street was super loud but a nice view. I was surprised with excess of $110 in charges that didn't match my check out bill, even after confirming with front staff. We stayed one night for a tournament, the valet took 30 mins to get our car, they were short staffed and comped us free parking. When called to check on bill was given another number to call which led me to voicemail and directed me to a website. Lowers my trust in the Marriott.

H Park: I didn't use the hotel room. Just the bar in lobby

So Trinh: If you go to the back of the lobby there are 2 video game systems in the back, offering a ton of classics. Played the classic NES Burger Time, brought back lots of great childhood memories.Hotel was nice, crispy clean, rooms were normal sized. back lit bathroom mirrors were nice.

Susan Lin: Very comfortable housing experience, clean, safe and quietThere are many breakfast options in the lobby, and most of them are delicious.

Anup Goel: Good hotel. Good food. Good service
