Teodoro Aguilar: It was a 4 experience because it was not easy to get an appointment. I was trying for a month through their website but there were only Calexico and Los Angeles that were open and at the Whatsup the same thing, the phone call too was a pain. So I went to their location in San Jose without an appointment to just try if they were going to let me in, nope the guard said that the only chance to get an appointment through Whatsup and it had to be on Tuesdays so yeah the following Tuesday, I started earliest possible but no luck. I just kept trying and trying like in my 20th or 30th try that day through What'sapp yay got an appointment so I got the earliest one possible. It was like a miracle, I was so happy. The day of my appointment I was there 30 minutes early and the guard said that they were going to let me in only 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Viola I got in on time and there was no fuss, no need to fill up anything. I had to replace my passport and I had the old one with me and wow I also received 50% discount for being 60 and above, it was nice. It went so well and I was so happy, had my passport ready to leave in just an hour. The staffs were great and so helpful. This should be 5 if there was no problem with securing the appointment. There was also a taco truck at the parking lot. I hope this review will help others.
