Shannon Andrus: Overall, a nice stay and I would stay there again.
Barbara M: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel De Anza. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing..... polite, professional, friendly, very helpful, and resourceful. The best! She set the tone for my entire stay.My room was quite comfortable, well-appointed, and in perfect condition with lovely curtains that block out all the light. The shower head was high up and adjustable. The temperature in the room was very steady, an important quality in a room that I never see in reviews. They even provide earplugs in case you are bothered by any noises. Nice touch!
Lann Anderson: Very nice employee's. Will stay there again when in town. Excellent spot close to bars, food and the arena. I really enjoyed my stay.Walkability: Close to eateries

Hayley Grossman: I stayed here with my company for a work trip and they staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, both ahead of time and during our stay. They organized a room for us to keep deliveries locked until we arrived and helped coordinate everything from individual room swag deliveries to late check out. They couldn’t do enough and I would highly recommend- the room are big, clean and nice too which was a bonus in comparison!
Curtis Phillips: The more I stay here, the more I like it. It is very convenient to town center with tons of dining options. Great sidewalks and walking distance to so many things. The hotel is clean. The staff are all SUPER friendly and pleasant!Walkability: A plethora of dining options and activities all within a 15 minute walk.
Rebecca Leisner: Rooms: 5/5
Derick Bettencourt: . That being said, the only problem I have is that there's a constant high-pitch ringing sound through the evening/morning. I think it might be a hobo repellant but I'm not sure. I can't even tell if it's coming from outside or if it's from something inside of the room. All in all, I love this hotel and it's always been a pleasant experience. People need to chill out dude.
Keith Stemen: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a very small refrigerator so if you have several items that need to be placed in the fridge you may have a problem with room. The rain shower head leaked cold water on you even when you had the rain head shut off. Other than those 2 minor issues everything was great staying there.Rooms: Like I said above the room was very clean and neat. Just need a bigger refrigerator for the roomsNearby activities: SAP Center is near by. So if you attend any events there you are close.Walkability: You can walk to the SAP Center in about 5 minutes which makes it very convenient if you are planning on attending any events and are spending the night.
Felicia: Rooms are nice slightly small, location great, but my complaint is with the breakfast…. No salt and pepper on the tables, no coffee at the breakfast buffet, the Nespresso machine only had de cafe and no one asked me if I wanted regular coffee, the server did not seat me or ask if I needed anything I had to come find her to order my eggs. I’m glad my breakfast was included I would not pay for it.

David Elliott: We enjoyed the stay at Sonesta. Clean rooms. Quiet. Within walking distance of a good Italian restaurant. We had an issue with the shuttle. The luggage is loaded in the back out of sight. One of our bags went with the first group to leave the shuttle. We were on our way to Seattle and our carry on was going to Maui. The two airlines eventually helped us out. Thank you Alaska and Hawaiian!
James Hards: Super close to airport so perfect for a late/early flight. If no car from airport then take the bus over and cross the road for easiest/cheapest accessRushi at reception was great amazing, upgraded my room and sorted out the hotel transfer back to airport
Ajit Kumar: - The hotel staff were courteous and humble.Overall nice experience being here
eric fourcroy: Very good welcome with a smile.Spacious and clean room with coffee.Quiet establishment and very close to the airport.Free shuttle service even at 4:30 in the morning. For the meal there is the reception of dishes to be heated and others as well as drinks.Perfect
種村次記: American hotel. Breakfast will be eaten while ordering at the hotel's cafe. There's no continental breakfast, just burgers and waffles, so it's not good. It's also a problem that there aren't many shops in the area. There's not much difference if you think about using Uber to get around, but when it comes to shopping, the nearby Holiday Inn is more convenient. The room is spacious enough and somewhat cheap.
Tafari Makonnen: Spent one night, it was quiet and relaxing.Rooms: Looks like old building they renovated & upgraded. I was very happy with choice staying thereSafety: Safe area, still be careful for opportunistic criminals that vandalize and steal

Brittany Gilbert: It was a pleasant, short stay. The room was just a place to sleep while we got in late from our flight. The rooms were decent.Nearby activities: Winchester Mystery House
maccross maccross: and decided to check it out anyway and so happy I did because everything was still out, lucky me. Yogurt bar, cereal bar, hot food like eggs potatos bacon, bagels and muffins, all absolutely delicious. And airport shuttle was FREEEE. Everything was just overall very clean and easy to navigate, will definitely be staying here again.
Susan Hassett: Easy access to many places... Hotel itself used to be be in vogue when built, a bit older, many updates.. ALL service people kind, friendly and professional.. It's not always about the beige walls..Hot breakfast too! Nice atrium for sitting outside.Thank you, mahalo from Hawaii.

Michelea Richardson: Thank you for your service at this hotel I really wish they will accommodate more of the handicapped people I wish they had updated the whole rooms instead of just the bathrooms the closets had no space to hang your clothes and also they should have coffee pots microwaves and also better cleaning I do not like that you check in at 3:00 p.m. and have to leave at 11:00 a.m. the next morning the price is too high or what they're asking for and how many hours you can be there do you have to pay an extra $30 for being there early it should be the same as other all hotels that let you check in at any time and when you already paid they would want you to make 100.00 deposit that is very unfair for the time that they give you to stay there the service with the front desk management was very excellent in professional but otherwise making people leave when they're handicap and take their time yes they do give you more time but as far as the room everything needs to be updated and also more pillows and comforters they are very thin and also even when you put the heat on it still is cold for a thin throw blanket. Please lower the price and also update the whole rooms it's sad that you cannot have any visitors and then you have to pay all that money for a room that you cannot check into until 3:00 p.m. and have to leave at 11 that is not fair at all ! I would like to be accommodated with more hours paying a high price for a room is not fair at all!Rooms: No coffee no food no breakfast rooms need to be updated. Price is too high 😞 for you to be able to check in at 3:00 p.m. and leave at 11:00 p.m. and paying a high price just for those less hours than other hotels hotels should let families check in at 11:00 a.m. and not have to pay and then leave a deposit when you can't have visitors nor breakfast or coffee in the front office or the whole room to be upgraded.Food & drinks: None and that's very sad 😢 should have coffee and pastries in front office. There is no machine to get anything to drink, it's only ice the accommodations there are really poor! Please check this hotel with accommodations and to allow people to come and visit when you come from out of town.
Dave Schmidt: Susie is the most pleasant and helpful person ! Reasonable prices and very friendly people !! Cannot say enough about my satisfaction !!!Rooms: Large and well furnishedSafety: Nice neighborhood have stayed 4 times and never any problems !!Walkability: Many restaurants nearby - within a block or two . Walmart a block away !! Great location !Food & drinks: Coffee pot and fridge to cool other drinks that are available there .
María: I rate a 5 ⭐️this place is cozy clean and comfortable. I’ve been here three times and love ❤️ the fact that nothing is missing from reception to room it’s excellent customer service. Thank you 😊 for making my stay another place away from home 🏡.Rooms: Clean and comfortable very relaxing ☺️Safety: I find equipment and bed safe. Environment is quiet too.Walkability: There’s a good restaurant next door with great food and music.

Tommy Hepner: Great service, food, and atmosphere. The location sucks due to the Zombie Apocalypse of homelessness. Typical California, what do you expect.Food & drinks: The bar food is surprisingly amazing and the wine choices are really good.
Gaku “GK” Kamitani: Just as other Holiday Inn brand hotels, I think this hotel is quite good at least for a business trip. It is located a little away from the center of San Jose, but is conveniently close to San Jose Mineta airport. Room rates are relatively reasonable compared to hotels around the downtown. And the room is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable enough to have a good night's sleep.
Nevin: The service from arrival to leave was amazing. They are the most polite customer service folks I have dealt with on my travels. The food at the bar is really good along with the drinks selection. It can get a bit noisy however I would trade that for all the positives. There are some good restaurants outside the hotel as well within a few minutes walk.Rooms: Large rooms with all the amenities.Food & drinks: Great food and drinks... Nice area outside to relax. Close to good restaurants in walking distance.
Eder: Nice big hotel with a lot of amenities.Clean gym.Meeting hallsBreakfast puechased separately. No free coffee.A little over priced but not too much.

Prith: Wasn't a bad place in my opinion. I had a fairly normal experience.
D P: This is an old school motel. The way things were in the 1980's pay by the hour Motels. Metal key to unlock your room. No microwave in the room. No telephone in the room. TV was likely from early 90's but was hooked up to xfinity cable. Carpet from 80's. Shower takes 20 min to warm up. Noise from Buffalos upstairs constant. Things that need paint are missing out but things that don't need paint are painted. Typical neglected Motel. There is no breakfast snacks or coffee. Front desk guy was OK. Gal was very nice on checkout.Lots of great food within 10 blocks. Gyro. Bubble tea, La Victoria Mexican. Japan Town is a few blocks away. Light rail just outside motel. Free parking in the lot. WE LOVED IT! Son said "It's cool staying in a flea bag motel!! Would definitely stay there again. It's kind of cool staying in a dangerous motel.
Rozellina Briones: Thanks. 5 Star
Jay Bee: Rooms: Not cruise-y anymore

Karla Soto: Recently I did a little staycation with my bestfriend. We really enjoyed our time even tho it was a rainy day it was still lovely and very relaxing. We ordered roomservice and Nancy brought our order to our room, she was very friendly and even had some good wine recommendations. Would stay here againRooms: Upon arrival the room was very clean, I did find that our housekeeper left a card with her name so to Maria F. Thank you for the wonderful job.Food & drinks: My friend went down to vbar and got me a margarita that jordy prepared and it was amazing.
Azeem Abdussamy: Hotel highlights Great view
Laurel Arroyo: We put on a meeting for a group of 20 people in the Bella Vista Room. Jacqueline and Carol were wonderful to work with in the planning process, they were accesible and helpful. Guillermo made a beautiful spread for breakfast and lunch. Our attendees were thrilled to be in such a classy hotel in such a fun location. Would definitely recommend!
Maarten van Velsen: 4 star for the Convenient location but the rooms can get a remodel. Especially for the price you pay.my airco was superloud so had to shut it down.staff is friendly and welcomingI will come again as my company HQ is in the street and there are no other walking distance options.
Amanda Moreno: I celebrated my birthday here last weekend with my friends and had a great experience all around. I don’t normally leave reviews but I was wowed by the excellent service my group and I received from Jordyn. Jordyn went above and beyond to meet all our requests and made sure our night was memorable. Would definitely recommend!Service: 5/5 …
Laura Glover: I had an amazing stay here for a work trip earlier this year. You cannot beat the location- there are so many delicious restaurants to walk to. The staff was incredibly friendly- in particular Nolan who flawlessly assisted with the group block I was planning. If I’m back in the area- I will be sure to stay here again!

Chan Chuckwow: . Free parking, room 227 looked fresh
Clenz Jimenez: back in the day this place was awesome but nowadays not so much they switched to an auto mated check in and the person who works there never to be foundRooms: rooms are clean always and they got jacuzzi tubs.. plus plus it's literally 3 blocks from the world famous Santana row and valley fair
Aman Nakfa: Fantastic customer service, very clean, and well equipped. We are very satisfied. Thank you so much.Rooms: We found it fantastic verything .Safety: Everything was safe, we haven't seen anything that looks unsafe.Walkability: Walkable, there stores restaurants, even the airport is very near by
Comfy Chris: In the realm of modern hospitality, I found solace in the contactless and autonomous check-in/out system, along with the convenience of a digital key at this hotel. The standard cleanliness of the room was a welcome sight, enhanced by the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary washer and dryer facilities. While the nearby falafel restaurant proved convenient for daytime sustenance, the lack of nighttime dining options near the hotel left something to be desired.
