Mark Kennedy: Recommended dishes Kobe Style Beef Shabu Shabu, Angus Lean Beef
Canaan Lewin: Got food here the other night and it was delicious. I got the vegetarian options, and my friend got the seafood option, and we both really liked our dishes. As someone who has only had shabu shabu only a couple times before, this is another layer of fun for going out to a restaurant getting to cook your food on your table, on top of good food and excellent service.Vegetarian options: Clearly marked vegetarian options on menu.
Hana !: restaurant. You choose a soup base, out of classics like shoyu
Amy H.: Today was my first time trying this hot pot place since my friend recommended it. We came around lunchtime and ordered the Creamy Vegetarian soup base, the Spicy Sichuan soup base, medium sized toro belly, and we got the shack sauce. The inside was busy since it was during lunch hour, but the staff were well organized. When the Creamy Vegetarian soup base first came out, it tasted a bit creamy but it felt like it was missing something. After adding vegetables and the toro belly, the soup base tasted better. I would preferred the Spicy Sichuan soup base with mild spice. The Spicy Sichuan - mild was seasoned well and when you add the vegetables and toro beef, it enhanced the soup base even more! It’s definitely my favorite here! I would also recommend getting the Shack Sauce, even though it’s an extra $0.50 for it. The sauce pairs really well with the toro belly. The toro belly meat was soft and you can taste the quality of it.Service was friendly and food was brought out fairly quickly. This is a good spot to go if you are craving hot pot. I will definitely be coming back to try the other soup bases and meat!
Jamey Winn: Great food, great service, did not disappoint.

Jenny L: Really good service and food. The food quality is good and consistent.
Connie Ono: , and several types of protein to choose from in regular or large sizes. Preferably regular as they give a good portion.Vegetables are automatically given along with your choice of rice, mixed rice, or noodles. Also has starters like Edamame, takoyaki, etc to name a few.Overall, really enjoyed the experience, would love to come here again!
Helen Guo: The food is mediocre, and the serving pot is somewhat small. For the broth, we got house special and kimchi. The house special turned out burnt, affecting the flavor. For the entree, we got Kobe and lamb shoulder. The Kobe beef was flavorful but the lamb shoulder turned out dry due to the lean meat. As for the Sake, it was decent but lacked a distinctive flavor, tasting like water
Benson Tsai: : In my opinion, the best thing to get here is their wagyu. The black angus ribeye is a close second.--I got the Angus belly with the kimchi broth and it was great.

Omniji D: They provided a free small kids meal with a bunny bun and chicken nuggets and Yakult, and a small toy, my kiddo loved it!Food bar was great too with selections of fruit and porridge and dessert
Israel Cisneros: There’s a bar and they set it high. Also they have a bar. Also they work hard to exceed expectations. Your experience here is valued. The service and other elements of the restaurant express that very well.

Dave “D Mac” Mac: I have no complaints except that they could not valet my FJ Cruiser because it is too tall to fit in their garage. Also that it is over $50 to valet while there is no other parking provided. Oh and that the tv was low tech. No way to cast to it.Noteworthy details: No parking provided beyond expensive valet. No casting to TV.
Marsha 909: Fantastic! So elegant, clean, updated, comfortable. The location is ideal. Walking distance to the best restaurant, art and things to do in downtown San Jose. I regret having stayed at the hotel across the street several times. This is my new go-to in San Jose!Walkability: Just minutes from fantastic restaurants and art galleries, and event venues.Noteworthy details: The in room coffee maker actually makes tea properly, unlike 99% of those mini coffee makers.

Lizet W: Great location, excellent staff and rooms were very comfortable and clean.Safety: Elevators could only be used by guests with their room keys which was excellent. Front doors were locked after 10, I believe, and could only be accessed by guest with their key cards, which added to the safety of hotel guests.Walkability: This hotel was close to many restaurants and downtown. Many places to sightsee in walking distance
Maria Angela Sanchez: This hotel just got newly renovated and I had a birthday weekend 05-17-2024 to 05-19-24 and our stay was awesome the rooms were really clean and just by the front of the hotel and the lobby and the hallways you could just lay down because of how clean it is very good hotel will surely come back and it’s in a great location!Food & drinks: It has a ton of restaurant options nearby
Alistair Irving: Stayed Thursday to Monday, so included the weekend period, which is normally the busiest times.VTA train noise is mostly noticeable in the early morning, it is not excess, and I mostly ignored it after a couple of days.Rooms: Rooms are compact, however have all the expected facilities.Walkability: Hotel is centrally located, VTA stop close by.Food & drinks: Onsite restaurant bar can get busy. Plenty of other close by restaurants and Santa Clara St is only a couple blocks away with plenty of bars.
Jinhan Zhang: we met is also very friendly, and provided everything we needed smoothly.

Aura Nissa: Very clean and well maintained buildings, rooms, and premises. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The pool area is very nice, not your typical hotel pool, as it's in a garden like setting. We did not have time to eat at the on-site restaurant, but I love that it was there. The location was very convenient and felt very safe.Rooms: Clean, well maintained & updated.Safety: The area was quiet and felt very safe

Ankush Kumar: Nice hotel. Bit far from downtown but you can walk till VTA station. Rooms were not very big but clean. Beds were comfortable. TV had good options. Internet speed was fine but they log out device after 24 hours so do write down the password if you are staying across monday. Overall satisfactory. Was there again after 6 years. Not much change. Didnt have a great checkin experience but stay was peaceful.
Jim Gettman: Older place but we'll maintained. I liked the diner at the bowling alley next door. Breakfast was really good for the $10 price. Parking was easy, but only because there were few guests. If it is at all busy, you be parking in the structure behind the hotel and doing some walking. I will stay here again next year.Nearby activities: Bowling
fofuan jia: Ms.Lory is very nice. She is a five star worker. Ms Maria and Mr How are also friendly. They’ve smile on their faces when you ask them questions .Rooms: LargeSafety: Safe

Angelia Formisano: This review is solely for Jesus at the front desk. He is fantastic and has helped me over the phone a couple of different times with some different requests before our stay in July. I really appreciate his patience and communication and following through on what he said he was going to do we look forward to staying there in July for my birthday with my mom and sisters and I’m sure the hotel will live up to the five stars. I’m giving it now!
Diane Berania: This hotel is great but security deposit is to high. Decent location. I saw roaches in parking lot. I will not return.Noteworthy details: Roaches in parking lot, not good.
Cheryl Sanchez: , the bartender: cool cat! Lighting up the outside fire pit for us to chill by at the end of a work day was awesome! He was so attentive & just all-around a nice guy! Overall, it was a good stay & I'd come back.
Abhay Natu: and right off I-280 and close to many amenities. They are not overpriced like other, nearby properties and have friendly staff, including Derrick at the wxyz bar.Best part -- they still have daily housekeeping and you don't have to ask for it....or beg for it as with other chain hotels. And....wait for it....complimentary parking on many rate types! This place is worth staying even if it adds a few extra minutes to work while in the area.

E. M.: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and comfortable; not quite posh, but very nice for the price. Compared to a number of other hotels nearby, the location was quiet and not adjacent the highway. Not within walking distance to many things, but no problem. The bar and game area were inviting. Lots of space to meet & eat. Safe, off-street parking. The only thing that could have made it better was good coffee and a free muffin.Much appreciation for the staff!
Rafiq Rahim: I have been going to this hotel for more than a year and I love it. The receptionist Asiar I hope I am writing her name right . She is awesome and very helpful every time I g there. I recommend her to the supervisor time of award. She deserve it. Thank you
Andrea R: experience at another hotel the previous night. Every staff member I interacted with through reserving, luggage drop off, check in, requesting an extra blanket, and checkout was so kind and helpful. Next time I’m in Cupertino I’ll be booking here again.
Padma Kamath: Loved the services provided by the staff

Craig Standridge: The stay here was truly one of kind. Quaint mountainous background and very peaceful at night. The rooms were immaculate and the service was very friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, the food and beverage menu was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back here today again. For the price and location, it was perfect and Santa Cruz is only a 20-30 minute drive away. I could not ask for a better hotel to stay.Rooms: The rooms were spacious and very clean. The shower was awesome as well. Very big and spacious as well.Nearby activities: So much to do! There’s the beach in Santa Cruz, local swimming holes, hiking trails, breweries, wineries, and fine dining. The whole nine yards. The only problem you’ll have is deciding what you want to do next and The Four Points by Sheraton is at the center of it all.Safety: I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. Only the best stay at the Four Points by Sheraton.Walkability: It’s in the center of Scott’s Valley! Very walkable to all the nice restaurants and breweries in the area. There’s plenty of excellent hiking trails in area as well. So much to do!Food & drinks: The food and drink options here were fantastic. Full bar and a lot of food options to choose from. My favorite was the classic cheeseburger.Noteworthy details: The location was beautiful! Rooms were clean and immaculate.
Genevieve Rico: !Most may say what is missing is a pool within the patio area, but to be quite honest I rather not be at a hotel with screaming kids running around out in the pool. I also feel it detracts from the nature thats around the area. You can hear the creek near by which is nice. The food is great. Their dinner plates are tasteful. Love their fries! In the morning my partner and I ordered the breakfast sandwiches and they were really good! No need to travel away from there to go get food, but if you feel a need to, there's local spots that are just a few minutes of a drive from the hotel.I loved having the tub in the suite so I was able to soak before bed. The fact it's away from the shower and spacious enough compared to other hotels that are usually crammed together is a plus for me.Their staff was inviting and very kind. I understand being in customer service industry is tough and you get a variety of people, but for them being able to still show up in a positive manner was really appreciated! If you are staying and wanting to venture out a bit, Santa Cruz is just about a 15 minute drive South of the hotel with plenty of shops and site seeing to do! If you're wanting to get away from the city and be in nature, you can head up the mountain just about 10 minutes up into Felton and visit Henry Cowell State Park! Beautiful place to check out some redwoods.I'd stay here again for a small staycation but it can be suitable for wedding guests or business people as well!
Angelina Agbalog: This was our second time staying at this location. The first time we stayed here we were so tired from our travels so we didn't mind the fast non friendly check-in. This last time we stayed. The same gentleman was there. I know we all get tired and have bad days but he is so not welcoming at all. I can deal with the lack of customer service but he was not helpful at all. As we were check-in the card reader was having issues. It kept saying chip error on our end. I tried three cards and all three said the same thing. So obviously it was the card reader. The gentleman just stood there and said in a non helpful way. " I'm not sure what to do it's not working." I asked if there was a manager or if we could enter the card in manually he replied with a fast and rude "No, I cant." I understand protocol but the lack of warm customer service is super important during times of technology error. After about 10 minutes waiting I insisted he allowed us to enter the card in manually which worked on the first try. Super sad this was our last experience here. We love the hotel and location but this last experience makes us want to stay elsewhere.
Tom Jory: We lost power at home after the last big storm and had to move out after a couple of days so we went to the 4 points in Scotts Valley. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant crew members were all super helpful and the manager Pete was incredibly flexible with us as PG&E kept pushing out our repair completion estimates day after day. Pete let us stay with flexibility to check out whenever our home power came on and he gave us a really awesome rate. One week later we were finally able to pack up and head home. We’ll be sure to recommend this hotel to others. Thanks, Pete!
