Chan Chuckwow: . Free parking, room 227 looked fresh
Clenz Jimenez: back in the day this place was awesome but nowadays not so much they switched to an auto mated check in and the person who works there never to be foundRooms: rooms are clean always and they got jacuzzi tubs.. plus plus it's literally 3 blocks from the world famous Santana row and valley fair
Aman Nakfa: Fantastic customer service, very clean, and well equipped. We are very satisfied. Thank you so much.Rooms: We found it fantastic verything .Safety: Everything was safe, we haven't seen anything that looks unsafe.Walkability: Walkable, there stores restaurants, even the airport is very near by
Comfy Chris: In the realm of modern hospitality, I found solace in the contactless and autonomous check-in/out system, along with the convenience of a digital key at this hotel. The standard cleanliness of the room was a welcome sight, enhanced by the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary washer and dryer facilities. While the nearby falafel restaurant proved convenient for daytime sustenance, the lack of nighttime dining options near the hotel left something to be desired. When it concerns travel, every detail—from the seamless check-in process to the culinary landscape—plays a role in shaping the journey's.

Jane Richards: Very clean, modern studio apartments. Check-in instructions were unclear. No hotel facilities.Safety: Mostly safe though I wouldn't walk around at night on my own.
Paul B: This hotel is inside the Miro apartments across from City Hall. We had issues getting the verification codes with the app they told us to download. However, we were given room keys upon checkin. This wasn’t a hotel room, but an apartment which was very nice. It looked brand new and had everything for a longer stay if needed. The view of the parking lot wasn’t the best, but the building is nice and quiet and the fitness center was top notch.Unfortunately we don’t have access to the pool area, but it looked really nice. The location is decent, a restaurant was opening in the building, otherwise the walk to eat on 1st or 2nd St is about 10-15 minutes. The area can look a bit sketchy, especially at night, but we didn’t encounter any problems when walking back to the hotel. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

SY Lo: Good place to stay
Senwei Liang: Nice view
Queen Joseph: was never able to fix the issue. My cell phone service was terrible too-dropped, and missed calls.

Juergen Schnorr: Wonderful motel, great location, very nice staff. I will come backWalkability: Lots of restaurants nearby
Jessica Hyman: After a day of massive travel delays, we arrived at the lodge late at night and really couldn't see anything other than finding our way to the room. But goodness was it worth it. The room itself made up for all of the delays and all of the exhaustion! It was beyond clean and spacious! The bathroom with the soaking tub was everything! The shower was a dream! And the heated seat bidet? Changed our lives forever! 🤩. I'm always uncomfortable in typical hotel beds - but the bed at the Lodge? I want THIS bed in my own home! The lodge is located in Saratoga Village and this 'Tree City' is beautiful with so many restaurants within walking distance from the Lodge. I literally forgot I was staying at a 'hotel'! So beautiful! Thank you Saratoga Oaks Lodge for a wonderful experience!
Maxime Lebled: , and a fairly limited "grab and go" breakfast, and a low water pressure
M W: This hotel was a wonderful experience! There was a very friendly greeting at check in. The room was a single large room, very neat and clean for the price after moving around California it was very reasonable. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants that you can walk to. Nice continental breakfast in the morning as well. Can't beat it!
Edward Jung: A very charming and reasonably priced lodge. The rooms, although rustic, were very nicely appointed with amenities like Toto toilets, a microwave oven, a refrigerator sufficiently large to hold 750 ml wine bottles, and even a steam shower and a walk-in closet. It is possible to rent connected upstairs downstairs rooms. The location is on the main retail strip of Saratoga, I was here for a dinner at the excellent Plumed Horse which was a short walk away. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. It's nice to support this kind of small business versus the large hotel brands that seem to dominate lately.
Peter Wang: This is a gem of a little motel in a very calm, picturesque village. From the lodge we walked in the cool almost deserted evening and had a wonderful dinner.Safety: Extremely safeWalkability: Excellent walkability

Niners United: This is not a Public Hotel. It is a Emergency Supportive Housing location under the current management of HomesFirst.A generous place where people can start to pick up the pieces of their lives. This is home. These are your neighbors. Be kind and compassionate. They have been through enough hardship, and most are calloused by the experiences of being homeless. However, nobody here is homeless, nobody here is unhoused. This is home.Nearby activities: Walking distance to the SAP Center, Little Italy District, San Pedro Square. Located on the Historical El Camino Real, it becomes The Alameda and then Santa Clara Street. Local shops. The Dirdon Cal Train Station
Curtis Nelson: Home
CeeGee: Last time I was there it was terrible!! Someone new must have taken over- it’s a scary place now.

Desta Raines: , we enjoyed hiking, shopping, wine tasting at Testarossa, listening to live music and dancing and strolling around town. Los Gatos is a great weekend spot. The hotel room was really comfortable, with a small kitchen, office area and lots of light. It’s also quiet and charming. We really liked it and hope to return for another getaway.
Dan Roveto: I had a wonderful stay at the Los Gatos Garden Inn. I booked one of the executive suites to have a kitchen in order to keep my overall stay in Los Gatos a little less expensive by preparing some of my own meals. The bed was a comfortable memory foam type. I was surprised to see a water filter with an actual TDS meter built in to it so that you could absolutely know the filter was doing its job.The gardens around the property were relaxing, well kept and just beautiful. You get to experience a nice combintion of California mountain feel while still being in the middle of a town with restaurants, shopping and cycling and walkking trails. The staff was friendly and seemed happy to be there. If you're a cyclist, you'll be in the middle of some of the best paved and dirt climbs in the area which was my main reason for my visit. It was perfect.
X Man: The room was very reasonably priced. The room was clean. I use the black light like I always do to check for bugs, fluids, etc. the hotel is on the main street. It’s a beautiful area. Plenty of places to eat bike rentals trails and parks nearby. The staff were very nice and very helpful they answered all my questions and help me get into a room after hours.
Empirical Wizard: and historic. Adding to its charm, Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio stayed in room 34 during their honeymoon in 1954. The rooms are updated and clean, opening to a splendid central courtyard. The staff is very helpful. We checked in long after the office closed and Melissa made sure we got our key. In the morning, when you check out in the friendly office, you get to grab some snacks to go.
Willie Taitano: Awsome quaint Inn.very clean and freindly staff.Very affordable.....in down town los gatos....close to all the great restaurants and stores.....also close to access to hwy 17 to go over the hill to the ocean,Santa cruz, capitola, tec.
Joey Drury: This is a really cute, clean and safe inn. Amenities are better than you would expect for a 2-star and the staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The area in Los Gatos is beautiful, safe and walkable. I stayed here for about 5 days in March and would fully recommend it.While you’re here - check out Southern Kitchen across the street, and the Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company down the road.
Michael Saint James: Best location right downtown! Classic 1950s bungalow architecture. Clean room, everything worked. Poor coffee but excellent coffee cafe next door.Walkability: The hotel is in town so everything is within a short walk. Coffeehouse next door and excellent American-food restaurant across the street.
Ann Leidig: Rooms: Rooms have been updated and are very comfortable and clean. In room coffee, refrigerator and microwave are very convenientSafety: Very safe area with locked gates to get into the propertyWalkability: Located in downtown Los Gatos, easily walkable to area shops and restaurantsFood & drinks: Located in the middle of downtown Los Gatos, easily walkable to downtown restaurants
Vivian N: Older hotel facility but quaint and charming. Room was clean. Cute courtyard with large patio area for gatherings if you have a large group or you want to sit outside to eat a take out meal. Towels were really fluffy and toiletries seemed good quality. Keurig coffee maker in room with extra pods and free snacks available at the front desk. Very good value. Could be really cute if room interior got refurbished.Walkability: On the edge of the heart of Los Gatos. Walkable to many shops and restaurants, trails, and other attractions. Bus stop nearby from light rail Green Line.

Shannon Andrus: Overall, a nice stay and I would stay there again.
Barbara M: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel De Anza. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing..... polite, professional, friendly, very helpful, and resourceful. The best! She set the tone for my entire stay.My room was quite comfortable, well-appointed, and in perfect condition with lovely curtains that block out all the light. The shower head was high up and adjustable. The temperature in the room was very steady, an important quality in a room that I never see in reviews. They even provide earplugs in case you are bothered by any noises. Nice touch!
Lann Anderson: Very nice employee's. Will stay there again when in town. Excellent spot close to bars, food and the arena. I really enjoyed my stay.Walkability: Close to eateries

Gerrit Ritt: We came during their Thanksgiving brunch, which was ridiculously good. Almost over the top honestly. We got lucky because at the same time, the holiday fest was going on right outside the front door, so we got to ice skate and take our 10 year old on carnival rides and see the lighting of the Xmas tree 20 yards away from the hotel. It was perfect timing ... The sushi spot in the lobby was top notch as well. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance as well. We'd definitely come again.
Elisa Ritt: We had a fantastic stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Impeccable service, spacious, comfortable and elegantly appointed suites. The hotel is easily accessible to all the fun restaurants and activities in Downtown San Jose. The Thanksgiving brunch was to die for. Best buffet I’ve ever had. We will definitely stay here again next Thanksgiving
Anna Gehriger: . The lobby is beautiful and has great spots for special occasion photos. The live music on Saturday night was also by a very talented jazzy live band.
1 impom: Located within a 5-minute walk from the San Jose Convention Center. You can use the pool and gym.

Lizet W: Great location, excellent staff and rooms were very comfortable and clean.Safety: Elevators could only be used by guests with their room keys which was excellent. Front doors were locked after 10, I believe, and could only be accessed by guest with their key cards, which added to the safety of hotel guests.Walkability: This hotel was close to many restaurants and downtown. Many places to sightsee in walking distance
Maria Angela Sanchez: This hotel just got newly renovated and I had a birthday weekend 05-17-2024 to 05-19-24 and our stay was awesome the rooms were really clean and just by the front of the hotel and the lobby and the hallways you could just lay down because of how clean it is very good hotel will surely come back and it’s in a great location!Food & drinks: It has a ton of restaurant options nearby
Alistair Irving: Stayed Thursday to Monday, so included the weekend period, which is normally the busiest times.VTA train noise is mostly noticeable in the early morning, it is not excess, and I mostly ignored it after a couple of days.Rooms: Rooms are compact, however have all the expected facilities.Walkability: Hotel is centrally located, VTA stop close by.Food & drinks: Onsite restaurant bar can get busy. Plenty of other close by restaurants and Santa Clara St is only a couple blocks away with plenty of bars.
Jinhan Zhang: we met is also very friendly, and provided everything we needed smoothly.

Nicole Lima: Great location in San Jose! Gilbert and Raul have great customer service and made my check in/check out very ready. Both were very personable, and friendly. The hotel itself has many unique decorations, noticeable light fixtures and statues throughout the hotel. It's a quiet and convenient place that always has parking. I started here for my trip to San Jose, San Francisco, a trip to Stanford, and a concert in Saratoga.Highly recommend.
Harshitha N.G.: I recently stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Campbell, CA and was absolutely blown away by the beauty and elegance of the property. The rooms are designed in a French style that makes you feel like you're staying in a palace. The free breakfast provided was also top-notch and added to the overall experience. One of the things that stood out to me was the lights at the entrance of the hotel - they were so catchy and added to the luxurious feel of the place. It truly felt like a special experience from the moment I arrived.Overall, I would highly recommend the Bristol Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and upscale place to stay. It's definitely worth the money and is a must-visit if you're in the area. I can't wait to come back and experience it all over again.
Ron O'Connor: I come to San Jose two or three times a year for family gatherings and had been staying at the same inn for many years. Since the place was getting somewhat run down, I decided to look for someplace new. The Bristol Hotel got good reviews so I decided give it a try, and I am so glad I did. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the rooms are reasonably priced. I will be staying at the Bristol whenever I come to San Jose.
Alexza Domingo: I think the price was just right. It reminds me of Biltmore Hotels. You cannot go wrong with this one! Good for pictures as well! Felt like I was somewhere snowy.

Dave “D Mac” Mac: I have no complaints except that they could not valet my FJ Cruiser because it is too tall to fit in their garage. Also that it is over $50 to valet while there is no other parking provided. Oh and that the tv was low tech. No way to cast to it.Noteworthy details: No parking provided beyond expensive valet. No casting to TV.
Marsha 909: Fantastic! So elegant, clean, updated, comfortable. The location is ideal. Walking distance to the best restaurant, art and things to do in downtown San Jose. I regret having stayed at the hotel across the street several times. This is my new go-to in San Jose!Walkability: Just minutes from fantastic restaurants and art galleries, and event venues.Noteworthy details: The in room coffee maker actually makes tea properly, unlike 99% of those mini coffee makers.

Sandie Hume: A beautifully remodeled hotel. Close, walkable to downtown Los Gatos for shopping & restaurants. We were greeted with a glass of wine & a chocolate chip cookie! Very comfy beds. Our room had a small deck which was lovely for fresh air. Highly recommend.Walkability: Very walkable to the middle of the town. We enjoyed several restaurants within a short walk. There was a great farmers market including crafts on Saturday morning.
Stuart Lee: I stayed at the Toll House recently and my rental car's battery died. AAA was going to take several hours to arrive. Members of the Toll House maintenance department helped me jump start the car. They even offered up their own jumper cables. This is the type of great service that keeps me coming back.Service: 5/5 …
