Ankush Kumar: Nice hotel. Bit far from downtown but you can walk till VTA station. Rooms were not very big but clean. Beds were comfortable. TV had good options. Internet speed was fine but they log out device after 24 hours so do write down the password if you are staying across monday. Overall satisfactory. Was there again after 6 years. Not much change. Didnt have a great checkin experience but stay was peaceful.

Jim Gettman: Older place but we'll maintained. I liked the diner at the bowling alley next door. Breakfast was really good for the $10 price. Parking was easy, but only because there were few guests. If it is at all busy, you be parking in the structure behind the hotel and doing some walking. I will stay here again next year.Nearby activities: Bowling

fofuan jia: Ms.Lory is very nice. She is a five star worker. Ms Maria and Mr How are also friendly. They’ve smile on their faces when you ask them questions .Rooms: LargeSafety: Safe

Element San Jose Airport: what do users think?

David Nobert: We love the Element line from Marriott. We have stayed in California, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Washington DC. We have never been disappointed. The kitchen is a great option for people with food allergies who travel, or are afraid to, due to having to eat out. It can also be a money saver. Their breakfast is always good and if you prepare lunch or dinner in room, you only eat out once. I highly recommend this brand.

Ruben Silva: This is a very nice upscale hotel. We always stay here when attending a San Jose Earthquakes game which is conveniently across the street from the stadium. Everything about this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable from the room amenities to the comfortable beds, the spacious relaxing lobby area, lobby bar, and pool. The check-in staff are always very professional, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

P. J.: This was a very clean hotel. Everything was good here, however don't expect much from the breakfast. The breakfast was just normal continental with not much options. The hotel has a nice view to San Jose Airport and the paypal stadium. The best part about it is that it is very close to In-N-Out burger. The crew were amazing. The bed was comfortable.I wish the windows were openable.

Gregory Cohen: and feels really comfortable and modern. The rooms are well appointed with full kitchens. The staff is super helpful, and breakfast is good if not too extensive. There is always one hot item custom made and yogurt, instant oatmeal and other cereals. In the evening, there was always a little something

John Bohan: Loved this hotel. People are great, included breakfast includes fresh cooked eggs, room is very nice, beds comfortable, includes stove, microwave, toaster, wine opener, etc etc. Bar is open till 10pm and has many options and trivia cards to play with friends. The only downside is they didn't make the bed for me daily like many hotels do. But no big deal, so many great things, this will be my new standard San Jose hotel.

Kimberlee Beydoun: Excellent service.

Deloria ManyGreyHorses: I’ve stayed at this location twice and both times it’s been wonderful. The staff are extremely kind. Guneet was especially very kind and helpful. The rooms are so beautiful, clean and modern. It’s such a good deal for the price. They also have a large gym and pool. We dined next door at the Garden of Italy and it was also amazing. I would highly recommend stay here if you are in the Calgary area.

John B: The room was very nice, spacious and included a kitchenette. My one complaint was that kids were running up and down the hall at night making noise and knocking on our door. We called the front desk three times to complain but I don't know if any action was taken. Otherwise, I loved the hotel.Noteworthy details: My wife was very happy to have fruit available with breakfast. The coffee was very good.

A Haeusler: The hotel is pretty quiet, in a safe area, with breakfast included, a nice pool, and a robust store in the lobby for snacks, drinks, and toiletries. The location is quite convenient to San Jose or Mountain View but fairly isolated so there isn’t anything walkable nearby. We were hoping to walk along the trail behind the hotel towards Mountain View but it is blocked off as a bird sanctuary so that was disappointing. The train line that runs along the hotel wasn’t too bad but they did sound their horns several times a day including daily at 6am and airplanes going directly overhead can certainly be heard while you’re at the pool.Overall great amenities and friendly staff.Safety: Felt very safe.Walkability: Nothing nearby to walk to.

Kemberly Mora Elizondo: Love staying at this hotel and being able to enjoy all its comforts and services

Ramona Turner: I booked my stay here for my own personal birthday getaway to recharge. I picked this hotel because it is local with access to nature. This is my first time here, and I am loving it. The property is beautiful. The staff is nice and the designers thought of everything to make it feel like home -- ample perfectly placed and sized signage and trash cans; room windows that open; plenty of nooks and crannies to put your belongings; a gorgeous and well stocked free breakfast buffet with gluten-free options; plenty of plugs for your devices; comfortable bed and furniture with feather-free option....I am so happy I found this place! What a gem -- l can see myself hosting family from out of town here -- close to the airport and Great America; nature trail accessible from the pool and courtyard; ample parking; near Caltrain for a stress free trip to SF.Thank you, Marriott♡

Tony Padgett: in each room so temperature can be adjusted individually. Room could hold 6 people if each person shared a bed/sofa bed.Wifi was rather slow

Molly Hickok: The location surrounding it is pretty seedy but close to the airport and the light rail so good transportation. The spa was out of order for our visit.Food & drinks: There's a Wednesday evening event where there are snacks and wine and beer at the lobby to allow visitors to network for businesses. The cookies are great and the salad bar is diy so capable of being vegan.

James Washer: A great hotel in a very convenient location. Well appointed and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.I’ve tried a lot of hotels in San Jose, and this one is one to return to. Good gym, very comfortable bed and proper black out blinds. It’s quiet, in spite of being close to the airport, and has a good size carpark. The bar onsite is not great, but the food they serve is OK. I had the turkey pesto salad sandwich one night and it was not as bad as I was expecting and good if you don’t want to drive out. The gas station next door has a great selection of beers and it’s better to grab some there if you want anything interesting! All in all - a good hotel and I’ll return next time

Henning von Holdt: I stayed in this hotel for my business trip. The staff is very friendly and helped whenever I needed something.Check-In and check-out were easy and we even had the option to store our luggage at the hotel before our flight left. They have an outside area, where you can sit in the evening. It’s street faced, but if you don‘t mind that it’s cool.My room was a standard hotel room. It was clean, had an AC and a big window which you can’t open. The breakfast was good, as a german i‘d say a standard american breakfast. There were scrumbled eggs, bagels, toast, oatmeal, fresh fruits and yogurt. One thing bothered me. At breakfast they only had plastic cutlery, which you had to throw away after breakfast. And Wifi could be betterRooms: Different room sizes available. Standard hotel room but also small apartments with kitchen

kevin penn: The entire hotel staff here and also at Hyatt Place on Karina CT are absolutely wonderful and very helpful with making sure my visits are wonderful and enjoyable. I'm always greeted with very upbeat attitude by the staff at the front desk, as well as by the house keeping staff and the maintenance staff as well, when your greeted by just about the entire hotel staff by name then that's a good thing.I love staying at both Hyatt House and Hyatt Place San Jose Airport, the locations are very easy to get to and plenty of parking for both hotels.

Lauren Appa: however the bed was very comfortable, it was clean and modern, quiet, and the A/C worked great. Other nice amenities included free hot breakfast, free shuttle to and from the airport, and free WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Hyatt House San Jose Airport!

Anh: Home away from home comfortRooms: Spacious rooms with pull-out bedSafety: Plenty of parking and brightly lit area with few cross through foot trafficNoteworthy details: Bathroom doesn't have ventilation fan 🤥

Suresh Hanumanthaiah: Hyatt House San Jose Airport is conveniently located with a few minutes access to the busy airport.Right from the time of check-in to the hurried checkout, the staff at front-deak are amazing.1. They resolved my WiFi access issue, going all out of the way. Thumbs-up to Jose 👍2. I had to hurry to airport for an early morning flight, and forgot something at my room. Danielle rushed to my rescue and hats off to her presence of mind and anticipation of what I would need, right at the last minute - she kept the receipt ready, put the airport shuttle on hold for a minute, and I got into the airport like a breeze..Hats off to her 👍Keep rocking and enjoy what you are doing!

Taylor Cardenes-Moore: a 30 min walk from the airport , make sure to schedule your airport shuttle back to the airport when you check in. The rooms facing the street are loud from the train and road noise if you are a light sleeper. Our room had stains on the shades and a body odor smell on the sofa. The shower tub is very slippery so be careful. Staff is nice and lobby area is large.Rooms: Need a refreshWalkability: Can walk from airport in 30 minFood & drinks: Has a bar

Pablo Abelino: Good breakfastGood facilitiesrecommendable

Derrick Carter: Service was excellent. Everything I requested the front desk team worked on it and a timely manner. I asked for the bbq grillers to be cleaned before I use it, they gave me a call when it was done. I didn’t have a large pot to cook with and they delivered and new quart size pot, and they gave me a late check out for being titanium elite member. 4 star on the room only because it’s an older hotel. But housekeeping keep my room refilled and clean as well. I recommend this hotel

Rick Munder: Near where I needed to be and the staff is amazing BUT the entire place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Carpet everywhere is worn and just dirty, rooms are in need of repair and the dark parking lots could use some lighting especially in light of recent events in the area. The price vs value isn't good at all. Time to improve.Rooms: Need an upgrade desperately

David Loganathan: Staff are friendly and helpful. We came from Canada for an event. Neat and well maintained. Breakfast for great since it is Inn. Nothing to worry for food it is surrounded by food places. Closer to highways. Nothing to complain.Nearby activities: Closer to Highway. Kind of hotel has food places close by. Everything is quickly accessible.

WhyTigr LovesYa: ! Especially when compared to other Marriott properties. It isn't too big of a deal, just something to keep in mind if that's your preferred method of communication. The cabinet doors in the room I stayed in this time were damaged, wouldn't open easily, and threatened to fall off of the hinges when attempting to open them. The ventilation fan I'm the bathroom did not work and bathing became a very sauna-like experience, even when the temperature of the water was turned down. One good aspect of the visit this time was the breakfast selections. Normally, they have overcooked scrambled substitute egg foam that is very stiff and dry, but on this visit, they made some fritattas with diced bell peppers. They were very good and were an excellent surprise. They sometimes have bacon, and it is that thin sliced smoked kind that is always good. There are also hard-boiled eggs, bread for toast/sandwiches, bagels, cereal, oat meal, yogurt, apples, oranges, juice, milk, coffee, and hot chocolate. Finally, they have a waffle iron you can use to, we'll, make waffles! It's a good place to stay overall. It's not loud, even when it gets really full, and it's the only Marriott property in the area if you're a bonvoy member. I recommend it if you're staying around this area of town.

Lucia Valdez: Is nice and clean place to stay in the south area. Is convenient close to stores and hospital.Food & drinks: MacDonald, Jack in the boxTaco Bell, Jamba juice, great bagel place.Star bucks, other Mexican restaurant Asian restaurant

Matthew Flores (Matt): Very inviting staff and remarkably clean. Residence Inn on St. Ignacio is a relatively quiet location and that was nice. I only enjoyed looking at the pool because it was too cold outside.Walkability: It is just a 10 minute jaunt from the Santa Teresa Light Rail station.

Jane Richards: Very clean, modern studio apartments. Check-in instructions were unclear. No hotel facilities.Safety: Mostly safe though I wouldn't walk around at night on my own.

Paul B: This hotel is inside the Miro apartments across from City Hall. We had issues getting the verification codes with the app they told us to download. However, we were given room keys upon checkin. This wasn’t a hotel room, but an apartment which was very nice. It looked brand new and had everything for a longer stay if needed. The view of the parking lot wasn’t the best, but the building is nice and quiet and the fitness center was top notch.Unfortunately we don’t have access to the pool area, but it looked really nice. The location is decent, a restaurant was opening in the building, otherwise the walk to eat on 1st or 2nd St is about 10-15 minutes. The area can look a bit sketchy, especially at night, but we didn’t encounter any problems when walking back to the hotel. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

SY Lo: Good place to stay

Elsa M.: She was very helpful and attentive.I like the lay out of the rooms and how wide they are. I have to agree with other guests though about the insulation of the rooms. The people above our room literally was like a marching band. It was so loud. Every step they make was obviously heard. Idk if they cam still correct this. Everything else was great aside from that part.

Louie Esguerra: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Element San Jose Milpitas hotel and it was nothing short of incredible, I must say.😊The staff's warm and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest right from my first day.Breakfast was also good with a smile and tasty food from a hotel staff named "Mariza" !! She serves with a smile and I like this kind of attitude from the staff.I wholeheartedly recommend Element San Jose Milpitas to anyone seeking a hotel experience with its outstanding service, elegant ambiance.I can not wait to return to this hotel this coming year! Yes, next month Im gonna stay there again for a couple of weeks!😊👍SEE YOU THEN....Kudos to the nice people in the kitchen that serves our breakfast and we are always have a granted request to cook eggs for us! Thank you so much Alejandra, Mariza and John who is a nice guy as well. Hope to see you again soon..

Patti Poston: , my husband liked it. Lots of fruit and juices too.Parking was $15 but we found a free lot nearby. We would go here again.

Oliver I'Anson: and a microwave which I never used. The bed is obviously personally preference, but for me it was the most comfortable mattress I've ever had in a hotel. The pillows were okay too.Air con in the room was effective and not too noisy. The gym is large and the equipment all worked. Whilst I didn't use the pool, it's location in the car park is a bit strange, though there isn't really an ideal location for it.Negatives...My first couple of nights, I had children in the room next door. The sound was very loud in my room. Later in the week someone was playing music in the morning in the room next door, they either really digged loud jazz in the AM or the walls just leak sound.Fortunately my room is on the top floor

Aman Nakfa: Fantastic customer service, very clean, and well equipped. We are very satisfied. Thank you so much.Rooms: We found it fantastic verything .Safety: Everything was safe, we haven't seen anything that looks unsafe.Walkability: Walkable, there stores restaurants, even the airport is very near by

Comfy Chris: In the realm of modern hospitality, I found solace in the contactless and autonomous check-in/out system, along with the convenience of a digital key at this hotel. The standard cleanliness of the room was a welcome sight, enhanced by the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary washer and dryer facilities. While the nearby falafel restaurant proved convenient for daytime sustenance, the lack of nighttime dining options near the hotel left something to be desired. When it concerns travel, every detail—from the seamless check-in process to the culinary landscape—plays a role in shaping the journey's.

Kris: Had the privilege of staying here with my family before our short term housing became available. Our rooms were huge and well maintained given the circumstances. The hotel is about to undergo renovations which will be nice as the equity in the room is dated. The staff here is great and everyone cares about you which is different. While you do see a lot of homeless around the area, we felt safe at the hotel and the do have security overnight. The rooms are clean and the sheets were crisp. Housekeeping only comes once a week so be prepared if you stay here.Rooms: The rooms made us feel like home as the square footage was more than enough for a family of 5.i like that the suite with 3 beds don’t have the rooms right next to each other. The kids had the sofa and other room across from us.Safety: The hotel felt safe and you see staff always around. At night it looks like they have security and they have the security car at the hotel.Walkability: The hotel is t really located near much. I would suggest driving as it does have homeless around the hotel.

Fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. That's nice. My kitten is welcome as are other pets! Great that!! I have to say that the STAFF is incredibly welcoming and friendly and very helpful!! Alex: What a great place but at night you will sometimes hear street racing it’s San Jose what do you expectRooms: The room are pretty goodSafety: You need a key car to even get into you room building the the same card for your room as expectedFood & drinks: Breakfast only there is some snacks at the front desk and some drinks

Harry Kendall: the wifi was wonderful and the rooms clean and roomy. and the free breakfast was really good. I'd do this again anytime.....

Anna Lúcia Marcondes: Good facilities, reasonable breakfast, not very hospitable staff. Good location.

Bethany Van Horn: Great stay, great price. A few things could be done better however those things weren’t a huge issue to my overall satisfaction with our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The location is great. Easy freeway access. We were within a 10 minute drive to Winchester Mystery House, Santana Row, Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, grocery stores and restaurants.Check in and check out was easy. Though there wasn’t always someone at the check in desk. I walked in twice after check in, once to request something for our room and lastly for check out. Those two times no one was at the desk I had to say “Hello?” to alert a staff member that I was there. I think there should be someone at the desk at all times to greet anyone who comes in.The room was great, it was clean and tidy. The closets and bedding were nice. The couch pulled out to a bed. The kitchen was good except the silverware drawer had limited utensils; for a suite that can sleep six there was not enough - 4 big forks, one spoon and 2 or 3 knives. Cookware and dishes were sufficient. I went to the main office to ask for spoons and the receptionist gave me some plastic spoons. Perhaps I should have called housekeeping. The pool was nice, it was warmed enough to feel good on a spring day but not so warm as a bath. It wasn’t a huge pool but big enough for my kids and a couple adults to enjoy. There were towels for drying off after and even some pool noodles and a beach ball to play with. The pool grounds with the mini roses all around was very pretty, there was plenty of seating, and even a bbq.Breakfast was confusing. Throw away plates but reusable bowls. No instructions on where to put the reusable bowls. There was a tiny pitcher of half & half and another pitcher of milk - which ran out quickly. No pancakes or waffles, my kids were disappointed about that. Premade egg bites, sausages with cheese to make a breakfast sandwich, and dry oatmeal to put in a microwave with about 6 different mix-ins. I think the only fruits were bananas and whole apples? I don’t recall. Breakfast could definitely be improved. I’d go out to breakfast or have my own food in my room next time.

Andy Vo: Free parking, free breakfast, and free cloth detergent.

Shubhangi Kapatkar: Definitely recommend stay in here, close to freeway, and all the good places to eat around within a few miles, Santana row is close by too. Friendly staff and the front desk.
