Tommy Hepner: Great service, food, and atmosphere. The location sucks due to the Zombie Apocalypse of homelessness. Typical California, what do you expect.Food & drinks: The bar food is surprisingly amazing and the wine choices are really good.
Gaku “GK” Kamitani: Just as other Holiday Inn brand hotels, I think this hotel is quite good at least for a business trip. It is located a little away from the center of San Jose, but is conveniently close to San Jose Mineta airport. Room rates are relatively reasonable compared to hotels around the downtown. And the room is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable enough to have a good night's sleep.
Nevin: The service from arrival to leave was amazing. They are the most polite customer service folks I have dealt with on my travels. The food at the bar is really good along with the drinks selection. It can get a bit noisy however I would trade that for all the positives. There are some good restaurants outside the hotel as well within a few minutes walk.Rooms: Large rooms with all the amenities.Food & drinks: Great food and drinks... Nice area outside to relax. Close to good restaurants in walking distance.
Eder: Nice big hotel with a lot of amenities.Clean gym.Meeting hallsBreakfast puechased separately. No free coffee.A little over priced but not too much.
Lane Van Lith: Rooms: 5/5

Darina Laviene: Great location conveniently close to the Mineta airport, Downtown SJ and Milpitas. It is a quaint little property nestled next to a Mexican restaurant and near a 24hr gas station/convenience store. The price was right and cheaper than most hotels in the area but there is a $50 deposit. The reviews had me a little worried about the facility conditions but after seeing my room I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. My room was in great quality and working order. There was No nasty, sleezy feel to it and I trusted having my young kids here. Even Though there is an interesting mix of visitors some good some "bad", this was a great space for a family and some rooms also have kitchens which is great for an extended stay.I deducted one star for service because eventhough my trash was changed daily after placing outside, the housekeeping moved like ninjas by my room. They did not once ask if I needed any service during my entire stay even after asking. I then was threatened to be charged for soiled linens that I requested to change days prior. Internet was solid but kind of spotty at times.Regardless, Kudos to the kind office team Jose and Mayra who were very understanding and attentive during my visit. I highly recommend this place for a budget stay in this area that is in a central location close to freeway and other local attractions like Great Mall, PayPal Park and SJSU. The price/great quality rooms are enough to make me return but the stellar customer service by office managers alone is the cherry on top. Please don't hesitate to visit this location!Rooms: Standard accomodations that are clean and have beautiful decor.Walkability: Very good, this location is close to bus stops with frequent schedule and not too far from both Milpitas and Berryessa BART stations, Caktrains and San Jose trainsFood & drinks: Many stores and restaurants nearby.
GM Jhedwin: I like this place is not famous name but the service was good clean and quiet area

Kia Kelly Vang: This is one of the nicer Quality Inn hotels out there. We liked how entry to the rooms are through the lobby, not the usual exterior corridor. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean, the hotel area felt safe, staff were friendly, and all the amenities were provided.
William Moynihan: The past year wife and I stayed in for many reasons the management and all service people kind and helpful and especially the front desk checked in ladiesRooms: All very clean and well staffed with you need
jin kimura: I stayed for one night here. Check-in was smooth, room was clean, staff was very friendly and nice. Though the place is not a five star hotel, staffs are in that level. It was one of the best experience I had recently at a hotel. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stay around the area.Rooms: Room was clean and very niceFood & drinks: Breakfast was decent. Sausage, fries, scramble egg, toast, coffee, orange and apple juice, yogurt, waffles and more.
Clever Medea: Clean comfortable rooms and an amazing staff! Everybody was so kind and breakfast was really good, those waffles were amazing and we really appreciated the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Special shout out to Jackie the Saturday check in person and the kind ladies at the counter when we left on Monday morning. Also, whomever made the food, everything was nice and hot and clean. Will definitely be staying again.
Pramod N: Our stay over the three nights were wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Not just the rooms, even the hallways, fitness center were kept super clean which was a pleasant surprise to say the least. A shout-out to the fantastic housekeeping at this hotel. They do a phenomenal job keeping the rooms clean. Overall, I'd honestly recommend staying at the Quality Inn San Jose Airport. I'll be back at this hotel whenever I am in town.
Carolyn Penniman: We had a very enjoyable stay prior to our early morning departure to the airport. Several days later I discovered that I was missing an item, and possibly left it in the room. I was very pleased that Celestina was very helpful when I called - she was able to locate the item, and was very kind to package it and mail it to me, only charging me the cost of postage. I am extremely thankful for the excellent customer service I received!

Lizet W: Great location, excellent staff and rooms were very comfortable and clean.Safety: Elevators could only be used by guests with their room keys which was excellent. Front doors were locked after 10, I believe, and could only be accessed by guest with their key cards, which added to the safety of hotel guests.Walkability: This hotel was close to many restaurants and downtown. Many places to sightsee in walking distance
Maria Angela Sanchez: This hotel just got newly renovated and I had a birthday weekend 05-17-2024 to 05-19-24 and our stay was awesome the rooms were really clean and just by the front of the hotel and the lobby and the hallways you could just lay down because of how clean it is very good hotel will surely come back and it’s in a great location!Food & drinks: It has a ton of restaurant options nearby
Alistair Irving: Stayed Thursday to Monday, so included the weekend period, which is normally the busiest times.VTA train noise is mostly noticeable in the early morning, it is not excess, and I mostly ignored it after a couple of days.Rooms: Rooms are compact, however have all the expected facilities.Walkability: Hotel is centrally located, VTA stop close by.Food & drinks: Onsite restaurant bar can get busy. Plenty of other close by restaurants and Santa Clara St is only a couple blocks away with plenty of bars.
Jinhan Zhang: we met is also very friendly, and provided everything we needed smoothly.

Prith: Wasn't a bad place in my opinion. I had a fairly normal experience.
D P: This is an old school motel. The way things were in the 1980's pay by the hour Motels. Metal key to unlock your room. No microwave in the room. No telephone in the room. TV was likely from early 90's but was hooked up to xfinity cable. Carpet from 80's. Shower takes 20 min to warm up. Noise from Buffalos upstairs constant. Things that need paint are missing out but things that don't need paint are painted. Typical neglected Motel. There is no breakfast snacks or coffee. Front desk guy was OK. Gal was very nice on checkout.Lots of great food within 10 blocks. Gyro. Bubble tea, La Victoria Mexican. Japan Town is a few blocks away. Light rail just outside motel. Free parking in the lot. WE LOVED IT! Son said "It's cool staying in a flea bag motel!! Would definitely stay there again. It's kind of cool staying in a dangerous motel.
Rozellina Briones: Thanks. 5 Star
Jay Bee: Rooms: Not cruise-y anymore

Jared Byrne: I only stayed at this hotel for one night, as a part of a quick work trip through the area, but I was impressed. Friendly staff, clean room, nice view, and a seemingly great location. This was a great hotel overall that I'd be happy to stay at again; and while work paid for the stay, from my understanding it was a decent price, comparatively.
Gayetri Maya Parmar: Nice pool, lounge, and close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Room was over all nice, comfy and clean. Beds and pillows were great. No bathroom fan and cannot open the window to get fresh air, so a little stuffy. Noise from the street was super loud but a nice view. I was surprised with excess of $110 in charges that didn't match my check out bill, even after confirming with front staff. We stayed one night for a tournament, the valet took 30 mins to get our car, they were short staffed and comped us free parking. When called to check on bill was given another number to call which led me to voicemail and directed me to a website. Lowers my trust in the Marriott.
H Park: I didn't use the hotel room. Just the bar in lobby
So Trinh: If you go to the back of the lobby there are 2 video game systems in the back, offering a ton of classics. Played the classic NES Burger Time, brought back lots of great childhood memories.Hotel was nice, crispy clean, rooms were normal sized. back lit bathroom mirrors were nice.
Susan Lin: Very comfortable housing experience, clean, safe and quietThere are many breakfast options in the lobby, and most of them are delicious.
Anup Goel: Good hotel. Good food. Good service
