Allison Kay: I came here with my mother to get her a birthday present and we were welcomed right away by security and staff members. I forgot the name of the gentleman assisting us, but he has glasses on. He was very patient and brought out many options for my mother to try on. We were in and out of the store in a matter of 20 minutes without feeling like we were rushed. We were also offered cool beverages which is a bonus because it was hot. I would definitely recommend coming here because we never felt ignored and the person who helped us was very attentive as well.

Trinh Pham: I came here on Mother’s Day weekend to buy a gift for my mom. It was not that crowded compare to other luxury stores. The manager and sale people were friendly and helpful. Great service. They also provide sparkle water on a hot day. They also have flowers and beautiful handwritten letter for moms when purchase a product on Mother’s Day. Will add this store to my list whenever I shop.

Carina Mulcahy: Mulberry products are top quality and this store is wonderful. The staff here go above and beyond. I recently had an issue with a bag and the store manager went to great lengths to ensure it was rectified, including liaising with another store which I’m now closer to. This store demonstrates the epitome of excellent customer service.

Went in a few weeks ago and a store manager went above and beyond in helping me process a return for a leather jacket/internet purchase and exchange it for something else though I was past the return window. She was so helpful, friendly, and I’ll definitely go back to this location because of her great customer support!
