I was pleased with the selection and owner was very attentive and polite. Even offered recommendations on styles and fits of different brands. Ended up picking up two shirts I'm very excited to wear back home. I would shop here again on a future trip and recommend that you check it out too. Huge selection and they have hats too.

Walter Shivers: I'm going to absolutely love telling you about this place.It is not a stretch for me to tell you that this was my most pleasurable shopping experience EVER!Never have I been greeted with such warmth, and treated with such respect. The gentleman there was a well needed breath of fresh air. The world would do well to produce a few more of him, although I'm quite sure that the mold was broken immediately after his creation. Over the top you say? I absolutely dare you to visit this place, and come away with any other conclusion. It's simply the place we've all deserved. There isn't enough time in the day to express my astonishment at the exhaustive collection of clothing you'll find there. This was my first time shopping in this establishment, and I'm in no way connected to anyone there, but I walked away having found one more place on earth where I'm treated as a dear friend, and I plan on going back for more at my earliest opportunity.

Khalia Martin: if she was able to see if there was a large. At first, the computer inventory said that they had a few, and she was almost sure that they had more. She stayed on the phone with me, went in the back to see if they had it. She definitely had to search for it, but what stuck out to me the most was her patience. Anyone else would’ve said that it wasn’t available, or just wouldn’t take the extra 3 minutes to just look for this item. She was very polite, kind and sweet! You’re the best Zoey! claire li: This place is one of the best thrifting areas I've ever gone to. It's a bit on the smaller side, but it's better than those big thrift stores. Prices are a bit higher, but the items are vintage. They even have changing rooms in there. I like the style of the store. You'll probably find some clothing that could fit kids too, if you search. The clothing is really stylish and it's better than one of those huge thrifting stores. Staff is kind, and patient.

I was blown away by the level of customer service that I received from Doreen, Mona and the ladies at the Santana Row. They are knowledgeable, Very warm, welcoming, helpful. They both suggested their black label Luxury collection. Now - I am totally obsessed with their Silk-blend dresses, Beautiful blouses and the Indulgently soft pants. This collection is simple and sophisticated! I highly recommend this to anyone and will never think of Chico’s as an “OLD LADY STORE again. The prices were super reasonable and the clothes are gorgeous, but the absolute best part was the wonderful customer service!
