I like that the store stocks interesting, avant garde designers from Europe and Asia, but also has easy pieces for travel and day to day. I have never had a bad experience shopping at this store, whether I buy something or not. Connie and the lovely ladies working at the store are always ready to help but never pushy. I'm puzzled by some of the bad reviews. I have seen dogs at the shop. I have seen cutomers making small to large purchases and everyone treated with courtesy. Mom and pop stores like this one are becoming rarer. I appreciate them.
Emma Smith: I was browsing around Santana Row and am lucky to have found this cute hidden gem that had one of a kind pieces from asian and European clothing lines. I loved all the pieces from the collection I was looking at, and the owner was incredibly helpful in helping me find new pieces that would fit my current wardrobe. This store has excellent service and I would recommend anyone to come in and look at all the unique pieces they have! Ask for the owner, as she was very nice and helpful to me and my friend.
V Smith: Great store with even better service. I have been shopping here for over ten years. Connie and her staff go out of their way to help you find the perfect outfit. There is never the “ hard sell” and they really do want you to look and feel fabulous. I am not good at “ styling” my clothes but they are experts. Sometimes walking into small boutiques can be intimidating, but don't be, they are there to help you. You wont be dissapointed.

claire li: This place is one of the best thrifting areas I've ever gone to. It's a bit on the smaller side, but it's better than those big thrift stores. Prices are a bit higher, but the items are vintage. They even have changing rooms in there. I like the style of the store. You'll probably find some clothing that could fit kids too, if you search. The clothing is really stylish and it's better than one of those huge thrifting stores. Staff is kind, and patient.

I was blown away by the level of customer service that I received from Doreen, Mona and the ladies at the Santana Row. They are knowledgeable, Very warm, welcoming, helpful. They both suggested their black label Luxury collection. Now - I am totally obsessed with their Silk-blend dresses, Beautiful blouses and the Indulgently soft pants. This collection is simple and sophisticated! I highly recommend this to anyone and will never think of Chico’s as an “OLD LADY STORE again.
