thomas dwyer: Lots of full sun in some camps. Bring shade. Walk in only. Great beach. Very long walk for day use.

happy willow: Cool beach - almost got swept away looking at mussels, crabs anemones at the the sea cave! Hiking is perfect amount.

Darcy Vasudev: The photo is actually of the beach just below the campground. The campground only has a few sites which you must book well in advance. If you have a reservation then you can drive down, if not you have to walk down from Battery Spencer. It's an easy walk down but the way back up is a bit sweaty so bring water if you're going on a sunny day.Restrooms: The vault toilets smelled pretty bad and were not clean.Picnic area: Each campsite has a picnic area.

Eric Mar: Hidden gem just outside San Francisco with sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge and mouth of the SF Bay! 5 campgrounds, quiet beach, sea lions & soothing tide! Great spot for watching boats and shipping vessels going through the Bay. We saw a cruise ship as well!

Tina Simmons: Beautiful, secluded campground. The sites are walk-in only.

Ryan Hayward: Incredible views of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge. There are bathrooms and fire pits too.

Stephanie Dintcho: It's very difficult to get a night here. It took me 7 years, but I finally got to camp a night. Absolutely, love this private 5 campground, next to the ocean, and Golden Gate Bridge sight. The bathrooms are the only drawback and the only reason why I give it 4 stars. Otherwise it's 5 star. It's like no other place I've camped.

Keith Arthur: Such an amazing location right below the Golden Gate Bridge. You’d never know your 5 minutes from a massive metropolis. If you’re lucky enough to get a reservation it’s an amazing location. There are only 5 sites and each site is actually spread out enough you don’t feel like you’re on top of your neighbors like most other campsites in California.

PoovizhiPonnammal Purushothaman: Splendid views of the bay and the Golden gate bridge... very exposed and cold and windy...

ajay gs: Great view of the golden gate and very secluded beach campsite.

Warren Wright: This is a beach with an incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge about .9 miles down the hill.

Junior Brown: Amazing place with a beautiful view of San Francisco, making reservations is somewhat difficult since they are booked so fast. It is definitely worth it if you are looking for somewhere to hike or camp in San Francisco with a view of the bridge. I took my sports boat along.

Preston Chen: Amazing view as you walk down to the beach. Water is a brilliant teal color.

Beth Davis: . There were numerous downed trees as well which is an indication of how windy and exposed the area is.The camp site #2 was perfect. It has 2 large flat and level tent pads and shade. Less exposure to the fierce winds that blew non stop for our trip this July. There is m potable piped water

Trey Mitra: Don't forget to put your food in the or the raccoons will get it.No dogs allowed unfortunately.

Justin McCandless: . Enough flat space for two large tents at least. Water was out but they supplied a full five gallon jug. Site 3 was a bit more exposed but had views of downtown SF. We were able to get our jogging stroller all the way there without a problem. Had a great time.

Simon Darken: but the tent spots aren't level and there is no shade. Site 1 is private, shaded and more level than 3. Sites 7, 8, 9 are exposed and close to each other with little privacy though they do appear to have level tent sites.

Tim Brandt van Driel: Loved the campsite and the view. The park ranger even brought water to the site.

Greg T: Site #3. NO flat ground, no shade. ONLY the picnic table is on flat ground. Site #3 does have a nice view though. Site #1 or Site #2 are very nice. There is water from a faucet but it smells like "hose water". There is also an outhouse. The TP is nice.

Robin Holmberg: I am planning to go there and camp I am a amputee so will see

Tim Tim: Beautiful Campsite and Perfect View of the East Bay, Bay Bridge, & San Francisco. All From the Campsite. The Only Concern or down side is the Hike up the small mountain. Since you have to walk up the hill from the point where the Ferry drops you off to the Top is about 1.5 Miles and Mostly Up Hill. PACK LIGHT!!! We one of those Collapsible Carts which helped tremendously. However it was very difficult going up the Fire Trail since it wasn't paved road but all gravel and large dips in the ground from where the rain eroded away. Thank God for a staff member who helped us by taking our cart up the Fire Trail in the truck.Overall its Beautiful! Perfect Weather when we went August 21st.Tons of Raccoons who will come out around 9-11pm they are active looking for food. A few of them were determined to get to our food. We made some noise to scare them off but they kept coming back from another direction. They'd go down the hill and around to come up. We could hear them walking through the bushes to get to the other side.😂Tons of Mosquitoes too!At 7am the Sun comes up and Cooks you if your tent isn't in the Shade. I could not believe how Hot it was so early.

Darnell johnson: First time camping. Great spot for learning.

Mick Wedley: Great campground

Peter Rodrigues: Angel Island is a great campus ng destination if you can reserve a spot

Philip Smith: Great place to get away from it all while being able to have views of basically the entire Bay area.

Ricky 10: Campground itself was really nice, bathrooms were also clean, it is a hike to get there, don’t make the mistake I made that I forgot something while at the campground and had to hike back to my car to get it lol. But all in all nice campground and far enough away from houses to enjoy.

Dalan Mendonca: Great campground for beginners. Short walk from the Tennessee Valley trail head parking lot. Has restrooms with it. Has benches and bear-safe storage lockers. Decent view surrounded by mountains and tall trees. It gets misty, so not ideal for stargazing. Of course, it's convenient to go to so many trails from here!

kerrie b: Funny little spot for camping - short, flat walk to the parking lot.

Queens Honesty: to trail parking. About 5 spots starting with #1 nearest to camp entrance/bathrooms stretching to #5 toward the rear of the camp.Very quiet @ night with active owls, squeaking trees and rustling leaves. Highway by Marin can be perceptible depending on temperature and winds. No Fire Campground - Will get very dark @ night. Moonlit only.🤘⛰

Lucas Leite: Calm and peaceful place! We only spent one night at the site.Note: Parking is approximately 2km from the camping site. If possible, print your reservation before arriving and leave it on your car's dashboard, as at night, only authorized cars are allowed in the park's parking lot.Note: As I didn't have a printer, I wrote my reservation number by hand and left it on the car dashboard. I had no problems.

Jake Jhakra Borchardt: I spent two hours at a vacant picnic table writing and enjoying the sounds of nature in the midst of a chaotic city and world. A beautiful area to retreat and "ground"

RODOLFO DE OLIVEIRA COSTA: Sure, here's a detailed and positive review for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco:---**A Delightful Stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco**I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Neil V: It's a massive hotel conveniently located near all the popular attractions, including Pier 39 and the Golden Gate. Rooms are decent, but wifi isn't free. It's about $14.99/day for non-members but $1/day for Marriott members. The Roof top bar on the 39th floor was amazing. Also, if you want to save some money then don't buy food or drink from the hotel as they could be expensive. There is Target supermarket just across the road.Rooms: The room was serviced daily and was very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower isn't that great, though.Nearby activities: San Francisco shopping mall, Target, Star Bucks, Super Burgers, Sales Force Tower. Macy's, Cheesecake Factory

Dana Dominick: I've only been here 2 weeks, but good so far. Came from KOA Petaluma, where it was a very bad experience. It's all gravel and no grass. Swimming pool, laundry, showers, tons of walking/bike trail, tons of stores, and a ferry within walking distance. People are so very nice and willing to help. They do take long-term stays. You have your own mailbox there, and they do accept packages, unlike KOA Petaluma. Spaces are very close to each other. Overall, I like it so far and plan to stay long-term.

San Francisco Overland: We have partnered with Marin RV Park on numerous collaborations with our trailer rentals and they have done an amazing job on catering to our clients. We appreciate the service and facilities at this location and will forever be grateful for finding this gem in Marin. Come visit the sunny side of the golden gate and make sure this is your choice if looking for a well run, clean, facilitating, and exceptional RV park to stay in.

Suyane Fernandes: For an urban campsite, if the objective is just to park, with water, energy and dump, it is an excellent option. The site I stayed at was very level. Site lined with gravel, which helps a lot to avoid bringing dirt into the motorhome even on rainy days. The bathroom was excellent; There is a telephone number to request extra cleaning if necessary. The security staff were always on patrol and were very helpful.

Dany: Excellent place

Jonny C: $130 a night ..small spaces .. but not much rv places around. pay, for the location

Rudolph “Ru” Matthews: Very quite and safe place. Very accommodating

Peter A Poccia: , dog walk, dump

Kathy Sutherland: Camper sites on gravel lot. Hook ups behind, not on the side, in each back-in site. Showers are clean. Toiletries for sale in vending machine in public laundry on site.1 mile to Larkspur Ferry, walk or drive. Chevron and Trader Joe's blocks away. 30 minutes on Hwy 101 to Golden Gate Bridge.

Chris Harris: and consequently set up on the one side was HOT as well as the A/C working a bit harder than it had to. Otherwise, as mentioned, the dump station, power, water and level space were perfection. I will stay here again!

Sangwon Seo: I heard that the Tenderloen area is a crime-ridden area, so I was looking for a hotel just outside the border, and I was looking for a good value hotel that was close to both Powell Station and Union Square, and came across this hotel.First of all, it was comfortable because the door was automatic, and the female employee named “yesha” was a K-drama fan, so I think she was friendlier to Koreans. I would like to thank Yesha once again for being kind enough to understand my strange Konglish language even though I cannot speak English, and I believe that he will be kind to other travelers as well. I spent a few days mostly sleeping and traveling around, but the location was good so I had no problems finding the accommodation. There were fewer homeless people than I thought, and even if there were, I just had to avoid them.I had a good travel experience. thank you

Sarava S: Rooms: Comfortable and practice for business tripsSafety: Secure place.Walkability: Lots of restaurants and bars around

David Nagel-Nunez: Very cute hotel! Everything is pineapple themed, rooms and beds are very confortable, staff is helpful, and location is great downtown. We did have a rocky start at first - the air conditioner in our room was broken, and they knew about it but didn't tell us. So we were really hot for our first night, but they did give us a little discount for the inconvenience and moved us to another room.Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay at this adorable hotel! One recommendation - in the about section in this Google page, it says that they have a fitness center, but this is not true - it needs to be updated!Rooms: Very comfortableNearby activities: Downtown area and very walkableSafety: Safe but a lot of homelessWalkability: Downtown area and lots of restaurants nearbyFood & drinks: No breakfast but they give you a complimentary drinkNoteworthy details: They have a cute dog in the room that you can "adopt" or buy if you want for $25.

Christina Krause: .the room is equipped perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff. The neigbourhood area is "demanding" and "challenging" due to the soccal flashpoint of this area. But opposite the hotel you will find a bar

Aunika Kost: The staff were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were more on the small side, but very nice and clean. At check in, my husband and I were given free drinks vouchers for the little cafe/bar they had in the lobby. The only downside to staying here is the location. Being in San Francisco right in Union Square, the traffic and homeless population can be a lot at times, but despite the location the staff keeps the property, inside and out, very clean. The lobby doors also lock at 7pm every night requiring key card access to get in, making the entire building more secure. I 10/10 recommend of you plan on coming to San Francisco.

Monica Izzard: and given our room. I initially did not notice the room was not the one we had reserved as we were tired but after about an hour I realised and promptly went downstairs. It was then explained that the room we had booked was unavailable due to air conditioning problems which is fair enough and that we had been given a bigger room and a slight refund

Danielle Scardino: I had the pleasure of staying at the W San Francisco, and it was an awesome experience. The beautiful view of the Bay Bridge from my room was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The food and drinks at the lobby bar were fantastic, and the atmosphere was cool and sexy. I particularly loved the window seat in my room, where I could relax with snacks and drinks while enjoying the stunning views. The hotel made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I just wish I could have stayed longer.I can't wait to go back again this summer. Highly recommended!

Lynda Mendoza: Keven welcomed me and checked me in even though it was only 2:30pm. He was so attentive and made sure to accommodate me knowing I was having surgery the next morning at UCSF 6am. My room was cozy and quiet to allow me to rest and prepare for my early morning departure. The hotel is located so close to many restaurants and stores. I will definitely be visiting San Francisco again and stay at Abri Hotel to enjoy all the amenities that surround the hotel.😊Safety: Lobby doors monitored by the front desk. Someone always thereWalkability: Trolly station less than half a block from hotelFood & drinks: Great Steak houses, Sushi, Pho, Chinese, Salads and Soups.

Bernd Katzer: Room a bit small but very clean. Central locationWalkability: Union Square around the cornerFood & drinks: No breakfast, but coffee machine in the room

JC Powers: Such a wonderful experience, there were some initial hiccups when I first came, and I spoke with management about it and not only did they own. What was my issue? They upgraded my room and made me feel extremely valued. I will stay here again and again excellent to all of the staff and management.

Duyen Jorundson: Conveniently located in the heart of downtown—Union Square so super easy to get around by foot. Rooms were on the older side but with some good paint and kept clean it was nice. Our TV in the living room didn’t work at all but we never used it, we only found out from curiosity. Not sure if windows were thin but could hear lots of traffic noise from the living room side early morning. Otherwise hotel staff were all very nice and helpful! Pricing was fair, Walgreens just at the corner so super convenient for snacks, lots of cafes & restaurants within a 1-2 block radius.

Edita Erovic: Stayed at Hotel Abri for three nights while visiting San Francisco. I like how close it is to the trolley at Market and Powell as well as the BART and city buses. The staff was very kind and the accommodations were comfortable. We had a room right on Ellis street and fair warning it is very loud especially on Saturday night with people revving car engines, drunk people laughing and yelling, and trucks crunching garbage and recycling. If you’re a light sleeper request an inside room so you’re not right against the street. They’re very eco friendly and only replace towels if you ask. We just needed the trash taken out and they accommodated us. I also wish the room had a microwave to heat up kids’ milk and warm leftovers but it wasn’t a big deal. Friendly staff, excellent location, and comfortable accommodations. Would stay here again.

Leslie Dugger: but our stay was quite comfortable. The location is close where we needed to be. While it is very close to the tenderloin, the area is not affected by that. We plan to return soon.Rooms: Our room was very clean and comfortable. We like that it is a green hotel so there is little waste

Georgina Nunn: Fantastic family owned and run hotel in the centre of San Francisco! Right near Union Square and the central cable car stops. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. 3 to 3.5 * property.Rooms: Heritage rooms do have an awkward entry, not vest for elderly and those with mobility issues. But they are nicer and have more amenities.Nearby activities: Cable car stops. Union Square. Shopping.Safety: Union Square is safer than I expected. Seems to have been cleared up a bit. I did not feel unsafe walking around at 11pm by myself as a female.Walkability: Walk everywhere, and you've got to love hills, though! Easy walk to cable car stop and you can buy tickets from it on the corner near hotel, or any Walgreens.Noteworthy details: As an agent, I have been putting many of my clients here. I will keep doing so knowing they will be looked after and comfortable.

Melissa Harris: This review is strictly for the customer service. From the front desk, to the maid, to the maintenance guy, everyone was wonderful.I've always said that customer service is everything, and these folks didn't disappoint!!! They even gave me a military upgrade.

רועי נוימן: A very nice hotel in great location!Friendly staff and big roomsA bit outdatedRooms: Big rooms but outdatedSafety: Feel safe

Christine Barbereau: Comfortable bedsSpacious rooms relatively quiet compared to outside noise, but corridors relatively noisy.Well located hotel. No breakfast offeredPrice paid on AGODA: 293 euros for 2 nights for 1 room with 2 queen-size beds

Guy L: Older style, well priced for location. Staff we're helpful, especially the maintenance staff who fixed a bit of a power socket issue for us. Very quickly and efficiently fixed. Concierge staff friendly, helpful and well versed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Parking is offered, but very expensive, as is all hotel parking in SF. Recommend for a short stay

Megan Fasig: and there was no actual construction/noise taking place during the weekend. It would not have impacted my decision to stay, but I would have liked to have been told in advance.Walkability: Easy walking distance to Chinatown and to the Big Bus Tour stop as well as cable cars & trolleys. Hertz Rental car pick-up was 2 min away around the corner.Food & drinks: April 2024 - No food or beverage outlets available; we picked up a few drinks/snacks at a nearby Walgreens; not an issue if only staying a few days and plan to eat out and take in the city as we did; if I was traveling on one of my week long business trips, I would book elsewhere.Noteworthy details: April 2024 - currently undergoing external construction on front of hotel, expect construction noise Mon-Fri 8-5pm; no noise Sat & Sun.
