Alyssa Siddiqui: Beautiful, gorgeous, and luxurious ambience. My husband took me out to afternoon tea here for our anniversary and I was just blown away at how majestic the Garden Court dining area was. There was live piano and a good array of afternoon tea delights. For those with celiac or gluten free allergies, they were able to accommodate.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

L VK: I recently hosted my daughter's bridal shower at The Garden Court in the Palace Hotel, San Francisco, and it was an absolute success. From start to finish, everything was flawless, and the event was a delight thanks to the exceptional service provided. The assistance of Miss Sarabjeet Anand, the food and beverage coordinator, was invaluable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and support throughout the planning process ensured a stress-free experience. On the day of the event, Gregg Kelly and the attentive staff made sure everything ran smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the shower. The ambiance of The Garden Court was enchanting, complementing the delicious and beautifully presented food served promptly to the guests. The feedback from my guests was overwhelmingly positive, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Sarabjeet's dedication truly elevated the experience, making it truly memorable.I am grateful for the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the team at The Garden Court. I look forward to returning for future special occasions, knowing that I can trust them to deliver a flawless and delightful experience every time.

G K: We've eaten here a few times for some great breakfast, but finally decided to try the Signature Tea service. It was, without a doubt, the best afternoon tea we've ever had. Every item served was delicious, with incredible amounts of flavor for what they were on paper. We were really blown away by how good it was, and felt like it was definitely worth the experience despite the high cost.

Edward Hernandez: Went there for buffet breakfast. The place is definitely the most beautiful place to eat in San Francisco. That by itself does not make up for some hits and misses with the food quality. The Chicken sausages they offer must have been made many years ago. The best thing is the fresh fruits and berries. I saw many people get up and go to pour their own coffee.

Laura Navarro: It is spectacular inside the hotel and has a beautiful ceiling, I thought it would be at the top of it, but literally it is at the bottom but it is still beautiful to take some nice photos but the most important thing is the buffet they serve there is 10/10 excellent I think about that and I want to be there again having breakfast the attention of your waiters is perfect, they are kind and attentive! The quality of the products they use for the buffet is top quality, I assure you, there was nothing that caught my attention when trying it and that I didn't like! If you don't know what else to do in San Francisco, it's a place where you can enjoy a good breakfast. In fact, we arrived late for the reservation and we couldn't order a la carte, but I think it was the best thing that happened to us because, as mentioned, the buffet is 10 and there were more options to enjoy!

Paul Schraeder: My stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The best customer service - thanks Antoine and staff! The hotel is central to everything and just three blocks from Chinatown so great food is just steps away.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …

Scott Bartels: Staff is nothing but perfect. Had sticker shock for the price of breakfast that was so so. And again when we got drinks at the bar 48$ for 2 drinks???????Rooms: FabulousNearby activities: About a mile and a half from most activities.Safety: I just feel safe until a Gaza protester came into the resturant

Thorsten Knoop: Location: 5/5

Pam C: Just stopped in to pick niece but this place looks AWESOME. Just walking around the main floor is stellar.Noteworthy details: Statues of all the music/rock stars that have stayed, including Beatles, Bowie, etc and a great statue outside of Tony Bennett

Tenzin Subhar: Amazing experience and exceptional front desk service, especially front desk manager Ashley, she was so helpful, kind and though. When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful, very clean and the location was close to everything especially the cable cars. Loved it here and will definitely visit again.

I particularly loved the window seat in my room, where I could relax with snacks and drinks while enjoying the stunning views. The hotel made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I just wish I could have stayed longer.I can't wait to go back again this summer. Highly recommended!

Ellaria Tyrell: I was a guest at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel is in an amazing location, and its guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to San Francisco.

David Kagel: We had a perfect stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the property. From the helpful doormen to the front desk and restaurant we enjoyed every interaction with the staff. The breakfast quality was top notch and so was the service. We had a room with a stunning view on the 44th floor that was beautiful. The shower, and bed and towels and robes were all great. The location is wonderful and easy to walk or grab a quick uber. Can't wait to return!

Rob Stevenson: First time staying here and it was excellent. Great rooms and service. Will stay again.Food & drinks: Bar area was good. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.

Edwin Chu: What use to be the Mandarin Oriental years ago has now been turned to the Four Seasons. The hotel has great views, city view room. Seamless service. Room service for breakfast was great, we aren't very demanding but the gentleman was courteous and asked how we wanted the table to be setup. Though if I am honest the chairs in the room aren't the best for the seating arrangement for it. But being able to enjoy a meal in the room looking out the window is wonderful. Location is a hit or miss depending on what your itinerary. In the middle of Financial district away from more popular places for tourist in the city.

D Haller: This was my third or fourth stay here. It is always a fun place and I like the downtown location.Every room is completely unique and I've enjoyed each one. My room this time had a chandelier in the bathroom! It has always been very quiet and I always sleep great when staying.

Rod Palmquist: Rooms: Clean roomsSafety: Quiet safe neighborhood

J G: Cons: Minimal guest services/amenities, restaurant/courtyard closed for renovations, somewhat difficult to get a hold of outside very short business hoursPros: Pet friendly, Very clean and comfortable rooms, Many rooms have private balconies, Cute walkable neighborhood with a bakery next door, Easy check in/check out provided you let them know ahead of time.

R P: Seem unique quantHotel highlights Romantic …

Nubby Shober: An extremely charming boutique hotel in the heart of Marin County with reasonable non-boutique prices. Composed of two old houses and their outbuildings set on a curved lane, it's semi-symmetrical layout is like that of a pensione you'd see in Turin or Dubrovnik. The lighting inside the hotel could have been a teeny bit brighter. The once thriving lobby restaurant was unfortunately stilled by the Pandemic; but would be most welcome if re-established.Rooms: Nearly every room is unique, reflecting the origin of the hotel as a pair of Victorian houses and their outbuildings. NOT a cookie-cutter hotel chain experience.

Kai Kienzle (rmpl7): Cozy and nice place to stay. Original designs for each room make this a stay out of the boring and ordinary. Can recommend for your visit to San Rafael.Noteworthy details: All rooms are originally designed and unique

Alyssa Siddiqui: Holiday tea at the Ritz Carlton.Late post as they don’t always offer afternoon tea but I believe they offer a type of holiday tea every winter.Highly recommend trying tea at the Ritz Carlton, when they do offer, as they provide a romantic ambience for your tea date as well as delicious treats.During our visit they had a harpist and we were met with decadent tea delights with lobster, caviar and other delicacies. They were able to meet our dietary needs of halal and celiac and made our anniversary a wonderful experience.

Su Byron: were so good and the ambience so comfortable, we never wanted to leave.Because of life’s circumstances, we needed pampering and that’s what we got at The Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. There are so many people to thank—but sans a notebook and constantly jotting down names, I can’t list them all here. From the concierges, the remarkable Club level staff, the sweet women who service the rooms—each person served with expansive energy and whole-hearted spirit. It’s a hard job—being gracious all day to the lucky folk who get to stay here but they do it with honor and integrity. One note: Through my own miscommunication, we had a slight hiccup with servicing the room. No big deal—but it was my error. However, the entire staff we worked with never pointed their finger at me; they made the situation right with graciousness and kindness.Yes, the amenities are perfect. I have insomnia but slept perfectly here. The linens, sheets, bathroom amenities—all wonderful. But the true heart of this establishment is every person who works here and strives so hard to keep the guests happy and comfortable. Bravo!!Rooms: Our room, 865, years overlooked the splendor of the city. Gorgeous!Walkability: This is Nob Hill! If you can’t handle the hill hikes

Borderlessfoodie: .Note: Valet parking is ~$80 per day.

Alice Cruce: Exceptional service. I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton’s, and other luxury hotel brands, and the service here is some of the best I have ever experienced. Every step of the way from valet to check in to restaurant service everyone is friendly and going out of their way to make your experience the best possible. This is my second visit within a few months and I have been consistently impressed. Special shout out to Teresa R at the front desk who has given me personalized service during both stays, surprising me with cake for my birthday and remembering me when she saw my name for my second visit and went out of her way to give me her favorite room. She made our visit very special and will keep me coming back to the Ritz when I come to SF in the future. Come stay here. You won’t regret it.

Fernanda Eguiarte: The attention we received at the Ritz was impeccable from our arrival to our departure. Unfortunately and for reasons totally unrelated to the hotel, we had a Covid diagnosis at the beginning of our trip and we had to quarantine in the room. The Ritz team, in addition to executing Covid protocols for the safety of other guests and their staff, was attentive to us at all times. They sent us complementary tea service to the room and helped our medicines and food always be in front of our door. Furthermore, they had a human and genuine concern for our health at every moment. Despite the sadness of the change of plans, we were able to have the space and care necessary for our recovery. I will always be grateful to them for this and I highly recommend staying there.

Ozzi H.: "Love at First Stay"I have been staying at the hotels for the last 20-plus years, but Ritz-Carlton made me realize the true meaning of Service and comfort level. We stayed there for the first time for 2 nights and 3 days enough to spoil you and raise your expectations forever...The way staff greets you at the entrance is not less than 5 stars, it feels like they know you well and are there to serve you only... The front desk staff is lovely, friendly and professional. No matter your genuine needs, they are ready to fulfil them with a lovely smile. Although the bathroom was a little uncomfortable the stay was great! At the end of the stay when we were leaving the gentleman at the concierge requested me to come back and stay with us again and consider Ritz Carlton your second home. 3 3 3Rooms: 4 starsNearby activities: 5 starsSafety: 5 starsWalkability: 5 starsFood & drinks: 5 starsNoteworthy details: At the entrance greetings and flower arrangements.

Lori Jenkins: This is a beautiful hotel and I would recommend it over any other hotel in SF. The service and staff go above and beyond anything you need. Kindness really goes a long way and it is hard to find that when traveling recently in the U.S. I would come back to this hotel based off of that alone. The hotel itself is immaculate and very clean. Our room on the club level was nice and comfortable with a fantastic view of the bay and Coit Tower. The food and service in the club room was wonderful, we felt very welcome.

Alyssa Siddiqui: Cute and dainty spot for afternoon tea. Highly recommend for the ambience.Food was decent for the price but left feeling that there could’ve been more. Was able to accommodate for celiac and pescatarian needs.

Secret Society: The way they cook their potatoes is interesting but I am not a fan.Their cheeseburger is surprisingly very yummy! The broth of the clams is also good. The panna cotta does not taste like panna cotta but instead tastes like yogurt. For breakfast I recommend the Fairmont Classic and Eggs Benedict. The pastries are also decent.

aphmona: A very nice place to have breakfast. Peaceful ambience, a beautiful dining room, and good food, however the service had me wishing for more. Never offered drinks and when we finally flagged down our waiter after several attempts, we waited for a drink that never came. I was wondering if the cups were for water, but water was never poured. Very thankful our food came and we could enjoy a very nicely made breakfast, however even asking for the check was a struggle. I understand allowing your patrons to have a peaceful meal, but disappearing until you have them requesting a check from several staff is a bit much. However, the maitre d was very polite and entertained us while we waited a couple moments for seats. We had a wonderful time at the Fairmont; the overall experience is what's saving this from a 3/5 review.

Aaron Grant III GRE_Group_Broker: In the past, I've only had drinks at Laurel Court. Dining for the first time did not disappoint. Yesterday, after belly, laughing at Ali Wong, stand up at the Masonic, went to the Fairmont for drinks and dinner. At 9:30 PM 500 right now we were served delicious old fashioneds and some very pleasingly delicious food. The butter, lettuce, blue cheese, salad with bacon and thinly sliced apples. The dressing was rich yet not drenched over the salad .The mussels with a beautiful tomato sauce, chorizo, and the wonder French bread was super tasty and delicious.Lastly, the cheeseburger was a perfect medium rare with delightful, butter, lettuce, tomato, validation, Rhodes, and the softest, most buttery, tastiest brioche bun.Didn't know what I was missing. All the class at the Fairmont and delicious food and drinks at Laurel Court
