Zee: We arrived at the store during closing hour, but the owner Sunita kindly introduced us a variety of lumbar support straps. She even personally displayed how to put them on, and assisted my 80 year old grandma with several tryouts. It took us about 20 minutes till we finally decided on the most suitable size and style. The out the door price was under $40 and strap quality is impeccable. Thank you Sunita, we would definitly return again and would recommend your product and service to anybody in need.

Just—be sure you get a receipt when you return equipment; we were assured all was done, and the chair was examind as we returned it in excellent condition. Then down the road we noticed rental invoicing had started up again, and backfilled a month or two. A phonecall was sufficient to clear up the incorrect billing, but waiting and insisting, on a nit-busy day, to have the accounting closed and a receipt confirming return and end of rental woukd have kept this error from happening in the first place. Woukd definitely recommend & use again, just make sure the last conversation gets finished on paper.

I called Bradford to inquire about a rental and repair options. That very evening a rental chair was delivered to my home and set up ready for use. They took my old recliner to evaluate and repair it if possible. My Old recliner was ancient. Mr. Bradford offered to let me buy the rental chair since it was working so well and fit me so well. Mary Clouse: I just met with the kind owner of Bradford Medical Supply. My husband and I were in search of CPAP cleaning supplies while out in California for over 3 weeks. I came to Stanford hospital to receive surgical treatment for moyamoya disease which has left me with 10 strokes. Sleep Apnea puts me at higher risk for strokes and my husband said I was choking in my sleep last night and we spent hours searching CVS and Walgreens and calling medical supply stores and Bradford was the only one that picked up. He offered to get something next day but I needed it same day because of the choking from last night. He offered his own filters to me. That level of caring and customer service will forever make my day and that’s exactly how someone should run a business.

I had bought the wrong size for a product that they sell. I brought the product back and since I had taken it out of packaging it came with I was informed that it was not returnable. I was disappointed but understood. To my surprise the employee who worked there grabbed me the same product with the size I needed. To my amazement he said I could keep the wrong sized product and he would give me the right size without charge. What a great surprise. Debbie Michels: I recently brought my mother-in-law here because she was arguing that she wanted a taller walker than her current one. I stopped in prior to taking her and explained to the owner Travis, that my mother-in-law has terrible scoliosis, back problems and moderate Alzheimers. We knew that her current walker was already the correct size for her and I was bringing her in to appease her. When I brought her in a couple days later, Travis was incredibly patient with both my mother-in-law and me. She wasn't listening to Travis and can't process because of her Alzheimers and I was rather impatient with her and not very compassionate that day. Travis continued to show her different walkers and spent a lot of time with her, and was very kind even though in the end, she ended up with her exact same walker! I also went in another time and Eric was helpful with another product issue I needed help with related to her. Both Travis and Eric never tried to sell us products we didn't need, were knowledgeable about their products and understanding about working with the elderly. I highly recommend the store and will be back again!
Jess V: 5 visits into this place and I had to give a review after my grandmother broke her ankle. We have rented a wheelchair. Purchased shower stool, a back brace and some other miscellaneous items. They have some comfy lift chairs my aunt is looking at for my uncle as well.It's a small business so remember to support the local guy over the ease of Amazon. Which means they can get busy with a few customers and have had to pause for a deliveryman at their back door when it's just 1 guy working. Just take the time this gives you to look around and maybe pick up some other stuff you didn't know they had or you needed.I just went for myself after my surgery when I thought I was going to die from the hospital issued no rinse hair wash and they had these cool shower cap that didn't irritate my scalp since I have sensitive skin.I have referred 3 family members to the shop over Brannon's. I would only go to the other place if they didn't have it or couldn't order it for you. The owners seem responsive and knowledgeable n the question section. Jonathan was really sweet and helpful. The manager seems fair enough as well.

Federico De Silva: A hidden Gem!Dealing with home medical situations is always stressful, however when you are made to feel cared for and are provided with wonderful, personal service, this can go a long way to ease that stress. Owner Selina Bertos of Home Medical Solutions did just this recently when our family needed some medical equipment following surgery. She was calm, listened well to our needs, and provided us with the best equipment. She was professional yet extremely personable, which gave us a sense of normalcy during a stressful time.We are fortunate to have, and so happy to support local, family-owned businesses.

Anna Erickson: My husband has Parkinson's disease and needed a rollator to help with walking. We visited quite a few medical supply stores and didn't have a great experience at any of them. Our therapist recommended this place and I'm so happy she did. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Selina is very knowledgeable and helpful, she even gave my husband tips on how to adjust his posture and make walking easier. We rented a rollator to try it out, and then we purchased the same model. The pricing was much less than at other stores, including the manufacturer. I highly recommend this place!

David Putnam: I was scared from all the reviews. But they were just not true for our visit. Our visit was as close to perfect that I think one could expect.The company is now Adaptive Health. We just had our CPAP training and received our machines. Process took 1hr. Our CPAP technician, Ally, was amazing. Knowledgeable. Set a perfect pace for the training. Empathetic.Rest assured that the old reviews here on Google are old. My wife and I are 150% completely satisfied with our experience from the moment we were greeted at the front desk to the instructions on how pack up our newmachines.Well done Ally and the Adaptive team.

I could order two-day shipping but the shipping would be $70 alone. I called CPAP Services and asked if they sold the part I needed: the operator said it wasn't a guarantee, but to try it anyway. I drove to CPAP services where Laura assisted me after I explained my predicament. She looked everywhere for the piece, but couldn't find any. She recommended another store nearby that might have it, so I called the store after her recommendation. While I was on hold on the phone, she victoriously held the part that I needed in her hand. I almost cried and thanked her profusely because of how stressful the day has been with fragmented sleep and the thought of more fragmented sleep.In short, I highly recommend CPAP services! Great customer service and employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help those in need. Thank you so much!

Anton Nel: I was given about 10 contacts to contact after my sleep study. CPAP Services had the best reviews and in particular the name Loan kept coming up. Not only has she given me the best advice & service the past 3 months but Loan is a people person. Two days ago a friend of mine had an appointment with Loan and she sorted out all his issues which his previous provider has dragged their feet on for over 6 months.
