She even personally displayed how to put them on, and assisted my 80 year old grandma with several tryouts. It took us about 20 minutes till we finally decided on the most suitable size and style. Just—be sure you get a receipt when you return equipment; we were assured all was done, and the chair was examind as we returned it in excellent condition. Then down the road we noticed rental invoicing had started up again, and backfilled a month or two. A phonecall was sufficient to clear up the incorrect billing, but waiting and insisting, on a nit-busy day, to have the accounting closed and a receipt confirming return and end of rental woukd have kept this error from happening in the first place. Woukd definitely recommend & use again, just make sure the last conversation gets finished on paper.

I could order two-day shipping but the shipping would be $70 alone. I called CPAP Services and asked if they sold the part I needed: the operator said it wasn't a guarantee, but to try it anyway. I drove to CPAP services where Laura assisted me after I explained my predicament. She looked everywhere for the piece, but couldn't find any. She recommended another store nearby that might have it, so I called the store after her recommendation. While I was on hold on the phone, she victoriously held the part that I needed in her hand. I almost cried and thanked her profusely because of how stressful the day has been with fragmented sleep and the thought of more fragmented sleep.In short, I highly recommend CPAP services! Not only has she given me the best advice & service the past 3 months but Loan is a people person. I had bought the wrong size for a product that they sell. I brought the product back and since I had taken it out of packaging it came with I was informed that it was not returnable. I was disappointed but understood. To my surprise the employee who worked there grabbed me the same product with the size I needed. To my amazement he said I could keep the wrong sized product and he would give me the right size without charge. What a great surprise. Debbie Michels: I recently brought my mother-in-law here because she was arguing that she wanted a taller walker than her current one. I stopped in prior to taking her and explained to the owner Travis, that my mother-in-law has terrible scoliosis, back problems and moderate Alzheimers. We knew that her current walker was already the correct size for her and I was bringing her in to appease her. When I brought her in a couple days later, Travis was incredibly patient with both my mother-in-law and me. She wasn't listening to Travis and can't process because of her Alzheimers and I was rather impatient with her and not very compassionate that day. Travis continued to show her different walkers and spent a lot of time with her, and was very kind even though in the end, she ended up with her exact same walker! I also went in another time and Eric was helpful with another product issue I needed help with related to her. Both Travis and Eric never tried to sell us products we didn't need, were knowledgeable about their products and understanding about working with the elderly. I highly recommend the store and will be back again!

Jess V: 5 visits into this place and I had to give a review after my grandmother broke her ankle. We have rented a wheelchair. Purchased shower stool, a back brace and some other miscellaneous items. They have some comfy lift chairs my aunt is looking at for my uncle as well.It's a small business so remember to support the local guy over the ease of Amazon. Which means they can get busy with a few customers and have had to pause for a deliveryman at their back door when it's just 1 guy working. Just take the time this gives you to look around and maybe pick up some other stuff you didn't know they had or you needed.I just went for myself after my surgery when I thought I was going to die from the hospital issued no rinse hair wash and they had these cool shower cap that didn't irritate my scalp since I have sensitive skin.I have referred 3 family members to the shop over Brannon's. I would only go to the other place if they didn't have it or couldn't order it for you. The owners seem responsive and knowledgeable n the question section. Jonathan was really sweet and helpful. The manager seems fair enough as well.
