Just鈥攂e sure you get a receipt when you return equipment; we were assured all was done, and the chair was examind as we returned it in excellent condition. Then down the road we noticed rental invoicing had started up again, and backfilled a month or two. A phonecall was sufficient to clear up the incorrect billing, but waiting and insisting, on a nit-busy day, to have the accounting closed and a receipt confirming return and end of rental woukd have kept this error from happening in the first place. Woukd definitely recommend & use again, just make sure the last conversation gets finished on paper.

I could order two-day shipping but the shipping would be $70 alone. I called CPAP Services and asked if they sold the part I needed: the operator said it wasn't a guarantee, but to try it anyway. I drove to CPAP services where Laura assisted me after I explained my predicament. She looked everywhere for the piece, but couldn't find any. She recommended another store nearby that might have it, so I called the store after her recommendation. While I was on hold on the phone, she victoriously held the part that I needed in her hand. I almost cried and thanked her profusely because of how stressful the day has been with fragmented sleep and the thought of more fragmented sleep.In short, I highly recommend CPAP services! Great customer service and employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help those in need. Thank you so much!

She spent a good amount of time explaining every thing about the CPAP from cleaning, fitting, caring for the mask and ensuring that the meter was running properly. Anton Nel: I was given about 10 contacts to contact after my sleep study. CPAP Services had the best reviews and in particular the name Loan kept coming up. Not only has she given me the best advice & service the past 3 months but Loan is a people person. Two days ago a friend of mine had an appointment with Loan and she sorted out all his issues which his previous provider has dragged their feet on for over 6 months. I highly recommend this company & especially Loan!

David Putnam: I was scared from all the reviews. But they were just not true for our visit. Our visit was as close to perfect that I think one could expect.The company is now Adaptive Health. We just had our CPAP training and received our machines. Process took 1hr. Our CPAP technician, Ally, was amazing. Knowledgeable. Set a perfect pace for the training. Empathetic.Rest assured that the old reviews here on Google are old. My wife and I are 150% completely satisfied with our experience from the moment we were greeted at the front desk to the instructions on how pack up our newmachines.Well done Ally and the Adaptive team.

She even personally displayed how to put them on, and assisted my 80 year old grandma with several tryouts. It took us about 20 minutes till we finally decided on the most suitable size and style. The out the door price was under $40 and strap quality is impeccable. Thank you Sunita, we would definitly return again and would recommend your product and service to anybody in need.
