Justine Oh: Had the most delicious and beautifully rustic two-tier cake!! There were very few to no regrets my husband and I had from our wedding, but one of them was that we wish we had more cake :P Both the Lemon cake with Strawberries and the Chocolate Chip cake were perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweet. We received many compliments from our guests saying this was one of the BEST wedding cakes they've ever had, including my brother/Man of Honor who is a baker/picky eater! We are so glad we went with Jen's and are truly grateful to them for being so accommodating from the beginning. Highly recommend!!

Tanya M: Due to an app notification sent in error, we arrived too early to pickup our order and Jen immediately set out to help us out by contacting the owner to see if she could assist. She was super friendly and even offered us some samples while we waited. Her chocolate cake cookie was AMAZING!!! The cupcakes samples were certainly very good, but the cookie was definitely the highlight of our adventure. Found out she is able to make both gluten free and vegan delights, so we are looking forward to trying those out in the future. Definitely worth a follow-up visit. Steve Shahinfar: We entered this cake shop literally 3 weeks before our wedding, after being disappointed from many other places that we had gone before. This was a small wedding with 15 people in it and did not require a whole lot of work. Mary, who greeted us, not only accepted the order but also went beyond our expectation by handling the situation. We gave her a photo of what we wanted and she took it from there and did a home run! fantastic job. Story did not end there. The price was short of a steal from the shop. Almost 1/3 of what all other places quoted. She asked us to come and pick it up day before wedding. I called and told her that we can not do it since we are short handed. They delivered this to us on the day of wedding, sharp on time. No charge for delivery. Of all the vendors in our wedding, this one goes on top of all of them. They did a miraculous job! Akanksha Bhatnagar: A little delayed note but i wanted to post this review since long.We ordered my baby shower cake from here and it was nothing but Gorgeous and yummy!!!We took a picture from net and gave the same for the order and the actual cake came out exactly the same or i would say even better than the picture we gave. It was a standout in the party and certainly the best place to order custom cakes..They were even able to accommodate our request of eggless cake without compromising with the taste or texture of the cake!Thank you for such beautiful cake!

Anita Abedian: The team at CSB did an amazing job executing my vision for my daughter’s first birthday custom cake! They are so detailed and thorough, I knew I was in good hands — especially after meeting Jing, one of the most talented decorator/bakers I’ve ever met! She could easily be a competitor on a Food Network cake competition show. I included a picture of the Alice in Wonderland inspired cake she and the team at CSB created, and it was not only stunning, but delicious as well. Mark the owner hand delivered our cake promptly the day of the party and it was perfect.I will definitely order our family’s future custom cakes from here.

The cupcake was a chocolate cherry flavoring that was as moist and as soft as any cupcake should be. Not only that, but X did a great job upselling other products and even the job itself. This bakery is lucky to have her!

You can taste the cream cheese, its.not over powered by sugarMoistChocolate Ganache- moist chocolate cupcake with whipped frosting topped with ganache.The ladoes that helped us both times were super sweet and helpful. Only room for improvement is the space, it feels a little crowded with the seating and I think it can be made a bit cozier and more inviting.

Originally came in for last minute birthday cupcakes but the cakes on display looked so yummy- ended up getting the Burnt Almond cake! Everyone at the party loved it and I am glad they had candles and all the things needed to make this same day cake buy look like it was planned 😅😅😅

Kyle HMMLM: Absolutely most unbelievable cake we had made by Cake Expressions. My mother taught pastry classes back in the day and Cake Expressions is perfect with design, texture & taste. Never seen a cake like this and Ms. Haley had "free design range" with only photos provided as base concept. She really cares about her work and it shows !!! If you are picking place for your special cake this is "THE PLACE". They answer the phone and e -mails with perfect communication and deliver to location. Thank you again Cake Expressions.

Jenea Black: I’ve been coming to Ana’s bakery for about two years now. Myself and all three of my children have a gluten allergy and it’s really hard to find bakeries that make gluten-free cakes. She was willing to accommodate us and the cakes came out, absolutely beautiful and they tasted delicious. On top of the fact that they don’t charge a ridiculous amount for the cake just because it’s gluten-free. A lot of places charge more when you were ordering gluten-free but they didn’t. I had great communication with Annette and she always made sure the cakes were ready before the scheduled pick up time. I won’t go anywhere else to order birthday cakes. Ana’s is the best place to go. We love the way my daughters birthday cake turned out. Thanks again!

The other bars were just kind of average. From one week to the next there was quite a different variety of bars to choose from so I really liked that. I have been told that Maple Donut Shop in a nearby shopping center is absolutely tops so I think I'm going to go try the donut shop.

ricky graziosi: We usually go to Susie cakes and have had good experiences when eating cupcakes at the store but we placed an order for cupcakes for our engagement party and the experience was less than ideal. We ordered them a month in advance and went with their recommendations. The cupcakes were many hours late available for me to pick them up and the quality was horrible, folks at the party were asking if we home made them.We ended up calling them and they gave us a full refund. We hope to have a better experience next time.

The cake was Paw Patrol theme with a whipped cream icing that was creamy, not overly sweet, and it did not taste like food coloring . The cake was a vanilla cake, spongy, moist, the top layer had chocolate mousse filling, the bottom layer had a strawberry filling, over all the cake tasted great, my nephew and family loved it. Gabe Law: The cake from Van's was perfect. It was gorgeous but the photo does not do it justice. I wish I remembered to take a photo of the inside but it was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo. This cake had large chunks of fruit inside. I highly recommend Van's for your party needs. Our cake was completed quickly and for a very reasonable price. What's not to like? Only downside is parking can be a bit rough as it's in a busy plaza.
Greg Collins: Very good bakery with a wide of variety of cakes, macaroons, pasteries and danishes to choose from. I got some tiramisu and it was sooo delicious. Their ice cream macaroons are out of this world. They also make some really good tropical drinks made with sugar cane. You can preorder cakes for holidays and birthdays. The manager Van is really nice and she goes out of her way to make sure yiur order will be prrfect. You gotta check it out. If you go there once, you will be there at least twice.

I went to this place years ago and would love to come back because I absolutely love their princess cake.We bought coffee cake and biscotti on top of princess cake slice and I love everyone of them.They have nice seating area and they’re pretty quiet so it’s perfect place to work or study. The service was ok, the person assisted us very nicely without any issue. The only downside is finding parking. It’s so hard to find good parking that we had to circle a couple of times during rush hour.

Tascha Mattos: By far the best cannoli in San Jose and the Bay Area. We order birthday cakes, cupcakes and cookies from here for work...and I decided to order some cannoli to make it a bit different. Everyone was going crazy. I only wish I had ordered the large and not the small so - we ordered large last Friday and it was so delicious it was sinful. The chocolate are just the right amount of chocolate. Shells are fresh and the ladies are super easy to work with and responsive.

This bakery is working hard to keep the traditions of Italian cookies, cannoli and Italian baked goods, alive. Their cakes are really something, too.
