Sigmund Venetiá: Mrs. Fields in Valley Fair is elite. Cookies are perfect. Soft, chewy, and just baked to perfection. The gentlemen who served the cookies was friendly, which we appreciated. Sidenote, shame on you heathens leaving one star reviews — there is only one Mrs. Fields located in the San Jose area and you want to shut it down because they didn’t give you milk? Give me a break. Anyone leaving a one star review, just don’t. Because I like eating here. And I don’t want to drive 30 gosh darn minutes to the next closest one. Sheila Washington, who left the one star review below me, can safely be ignored. She must be the Cookie Monster. Anyways, eat cookies from here and support the business.

David Ramos: Cookies were amazing! My girlfriend and I walked in to get a custom box with two triple chocolate cookies, one regular chocolate chip cookie, and one cookies n cream cookies! Cookies had a wonderful crisp at the edges and once you get past the edges the middle was so warm, soft, and delicious! My girlfriend and I will for sure come back!

On Tuesdays you can get a discount on your cookies and that is what I do every time because it is so good! In my opinion their chocolate chip cookies are consistently the best!. The interiors are so gooey and warm. With the exteriors being extremely crispy which I love! When the cookies have contrasting textures it is just amazing. The cookies are also quite large so you will definitely feel satisfied! OVERALL the price is not too bad a with the discount and for the quality and portions you should definitely give Choc Cookies a try!

Anita Abedian: The team at CSB did an amazing job executing my vision for my daughter’s first birthday custom cake! They are so detailed and thorough, I knew I was in good hands — especially after meeting Jing, one of the most talented decorator/bakers I’ve ever met! She could easily be a competitor on a Food Network cake competition show. I included a picture of the Alice in Wonderland inspired cake she and the team at CSB created, and it was not only stunning, but delicious as well. Mark the owner hand delivered our cake promptly the day of the party and it was perfect.I will definitely order our family’s future custom cakes from here.
Eddy A.: I recently gave a ride to an employee I’ll refer to as X. Not only was she easy to talk to, but she even offered me a cupcake from a 4-pack that she was taking home. The cupcake was a chocolate cherry flavoring that was as moist and as soft as any cupcake should be. Not only that, but X did a great job upselling other products and even the job itself. This bakery is lucky to have her!

Edith M: "C'est Si Bon," as the family-owned bakery calls itself, is an understatement for a name, and should rather be called "Délice Des Dieux = Delight of Gods."The service at the store is excellent, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. You can taste the cream cheese, its.not over powered by sugarMoistChocolate Ganache- moist chocolate cupcake with whipped frosting topped with ganache.The ladoes that helped us both times were super sweet and helpful. Only room for improvement is the space, it feels a little crowded with the seating and I think it can be made a bit cozier and more inviting.

Originally came in for last minute birthday cupcakes but the cakes on display looked so yummy- ended up getting the Burnt Almond cake! Everyone at the party loved it and I am glad they had candles and all the things needed to make this same day cake buy look like it was planned 😅😅😅

Regina: Staff is always kind and helpful. Their cinnamon rolls are the best I've ever had. The fact that you can customize them to just about any flavor you like is so fun and has me craving at anytime of the year, rain or shine, celebration or not. Happy they now have one in San Jose, used to have to drive up to Berkeley for these. The fact that the shop is 100% vegan is unbelievable, it's always good to come across places like this. Good to know only thing I can feel guilty about after eating here is my sugar intake, but sugars sweet so it evens out.

Brandon Phan: It feels like home whenever I enter this store. I remembered learning multiplication from the employees; I was an elementary school student when I first entered this place. When I came back to say I'm heading to OSU Corvallis, I started breaking down emotionally because I had so many good memories with that shop. However, I had the will to order the cheesecake poppers, which tasted better than Junior's Mini Cheesecakes.
