HENRY DUONG: This boba place is one of my favorite boba places. I come here very often to satisfy my sweet tooth. The food and drinks are good. The only downside to this place is that it is very loud and noisy when it is crowded. Another reason I took off a star for this place is the smell. I feel like the store's ventilation is not working properly. Whenever I come here for my drinks, I always walk out smelling like food or burning oil. It really pisses me off sometimes. I hope they will work on these issues.

Aishwarya: 💖 Had the Taro Tea and The Super Fruit tea ! One word - LOVED! ♥️❤️🌱 This is probably my first ever Fruit Tea that came with so many many fresh cut fruits inside the tea and it was so delicious !!! 🥝🍉🍊🍋🍍If you’re a fruit tea lover like I am, do not hesitate to try this ♥️I’ll definitely be back for more drinks in future Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian dishes imo. However they weren’t serving any food the time I visited.

lance sunzeri: Best popcorn and biggest popcorn chicken

Quinnie Do: My daughter love boba drink here.Recommended dishes Basil Popcorn Chicken, Calamari …

Volark Keo: We were next door at 24 hr Fitness and after a good workout needed some light refreshments. Seen this place on Google map and 2 minutes walking distance, so decided to give it a shot. The food and drinks was so delicious. Not to sugary or salty. The cashier and the employees was so nice and served us with a bright smile. I will come here every time after I work out. What a good experience, and sharing it my friend. We stayed over an hour and a half enjoying the drinks, food and sharing some laughs. Highly recommended for everyone.

L G: The drinks taste great! They have unique drinks and seasonal selections. This time I got the seasonal drink, Kumquat Mojito, and I added lychee jelly.

Austin Zhuang: Overall…. 5 stars across the board! I’ve been wanting to see what the hype was all about in terms of this place through one of my foodie influencers I follow on Instagram… and it did not seem to disappoint at all! We went around 5PM on a Saturday afternoon, where the crowd seem to be quite quite bustling with lots of peopleWe got quite a bit of drinks… which all of them came out to $47. I’d consider that quite expensive for drinks for 7 people in total… but they had pretty good drinks after all so I honestly do not mind. The one thing that makes me impressed is the speed at how fast they made the boba. The boba was quite chewy and the texture was just right.I would definitely come back again sometime soon!Dietary restrictions: They have all sorts of different milk… so you can ask them!Parking: The parking situation on the road can quite be sparse at times, so be prepared to circle around for a while.

Sarai: Their tea drinks are absolutely so good! Andtheir boba is amazing!Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Matcha Toffee, Creme Brulee Milk Tea, Strawberry Milk Bar …

Vincent Tang: ", no sweet. I liked how this location gives you the option to have 0 sweetness. The tea was smooth and concentrated.Overall, the biggest difficulty with the spot is accessing the place. Decent if you already found parking, but otherwise I wouldn't just come for MT. It just happens to be the only drink option in the food court.Parking: Nearby parking garage costed $10.00 for me.

S H: The boba is chewy, but the drink is way too sweet even though less sugar is requested. The ube flavor is too light for dirty ube. It tastes more like coffee and milk.

Miki Chaki: good tapioca

Christiane Highfill: This tea store was wonderful. Lots of various tea flavors available in both loose or bag form. I adored the teacups as there were many cute designs. I also liked the stainless steel thermoses as they had inserts for the loose tea. I would definitely shop here again.

Gustavo Cedillo: I love this place! My girlfriend and I have been coming here for around a year now. All their drinks are good, but today the gentleman at the register recommended the Okinawa Milk Tea, since I wanted something hot. It became my favorite drink as soon as I took the first sip! Will be coming back more often. Their staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Dominic Vargas: I’ve been coming to Kay’s Tea house with my sister for all of 2022 for the Strawberry Matcha Tea you guys offer. It has been a while since the tea house closed down temporarily. Do you guys have any plans on reopening soon?

David Merwin: Delicious! It would be cool to see a them collaborate with quantum computers. Semper Fi.

L G: , 1 green apple delight

Teja Tangirala: It’s the first time I visited this place and the ambience is really beautiful. I usually get taro milk tea at any boba tea places and so far Kay has the sweetest taro milk tea. I’d like to try other menu options the next time I visit Kay’s. They can customize the menu according to the customer choices. I would definitely recommend this place for any of those boba tea enthusiasts out there. It’s close by to the San Jose’s lucky store on Capitol Expy.

Srushti P: Chic bubble tea place with many options for milk and non-milk based milk drinks.Dragon fruit mojito is a must try.

Laavanya Rajendran: Tried the taro milk tea and tropical yogurt. Loved it. Ambience was also really good.

Breaktime Tea - San Jose: what do users think?

Tokunbo George: Tastes great, recommend jasmine green milk tea

Nixon Caparas: "The best boba place near SJSU, though it might not reach S-tier milk tea quality, it's certainly good enough for a pick-me-up. Conveniently located close to campus, right across from MLK, and reasonably priced. Both the food and drinks are solid, and they offer free Wi-Fi.Service is typically efficient; the longest I've waited for an order is 12-15 minutes, mainly because I always order fries, which take a bit longer. Here are my ratings:- Passion Fruit Green Tea: 5/5My go-to drink! It tastes the same as anywhere else I've had it. I usually go for 75% sweetness and less ice. If you enjoy passionfruit and sweet teas, it's definitely worth a try.- Curly Fries: 5/5These fries are unexpectedly amazing. They're perhaps the best snack on the menu. They have a fantastic aroma and are always served piping hot. The crunch and flavor are outstanding, and the portions are generous, making them perfect for sharing. Highly recommended.- Popcorn Chicken: 5/5The popcorn chicken is typically dusted in Cajun spice, but I ordered mine without spice due to my low tolerance for heat. It comes with a side of sauce. The crunch is delightful, and the taste is decent overall. It's a filling option and great for sharing, though I personally prefer the fries. In summary, this is a fantastic spot to grab a snack and hang out. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

Nghi Luu: and mango milk tea with crystal boba. This rice bowl actually blew my mind away because it's such a good option for when you don't know what to eat for lunch but want something to get near SJSU area, portion and price are both reasonable. As for takoyaki in the video, they're ok - I've had better ones from T4 sorry. Their drinks are not EXCELLENT but they are good throughout and I wouldn't have to worry about trying a new drink and getting disappointed here. Still decided to give 5 stars because of their consistency, never had a time where I was super disappointed by either customer service or the quality of food & drinks.
