Christina Ng: I was driving to gong cha and saw their buy 2 get 1 free sign so I decided to give them a try instead. Got my usual panda milk tea which was good and the kids passion fruit and strawberry. Paid $15 for 3 bobas. They were made super fast and I was on my way. I would come back again if I’m in this area. Hope they keep that deal going.

There‘s no seating area, but I would nevertheless recommend this location.Dietary restrictions: Offer alternatives like almond & oat milk!

Dominic Vargas: I’ve been coming to Kay’s Tea house with my sister for all of 2022 for the Strawberry Matcha Tea you guys offer. It has been a while since the tea house closed down temporarily. Do you guys have any plans on reopening soon?
David Merwin: Delicious! It would be cool to see a them collaborate with quantum computers. Semper Fi.
L G: , 1 green apple delight
Teja Tangirala: It’s the first time I visited this place and the ambience is really beautiful. I usually get taro milk tea at any boba tea places and so far Kay has the sweetest taro milk tea. I’d like to try other menu options the next time I visit Kay’s. They can customize the menu according to the customer choices. I would definitely recommend this place for any of those boba tea enthusiasts out there. It’s close by to the San Jose’s lucky store on Capitol Expy.
Srushti P: Chic bubble tea place with many options for milk and non-milk based milk drinks.Dragon fruit mojito is a must try.
Laavanya Rajendran: Tried the taro milk tea and tropical yogurt. Loved it. Ambience was also really good.

Jelly2 Tasty: 這傢伙真的很友善。他工作努力,看起來充滿熱情。我很難過時尚去世了,但我聽到另一隻狗在吠叫,所以也許他們現在有另一個毛茸茸的朋友可以依靠。Not 2 Nite Honey 真的很棒。
Asher Paulson: I came in to escape a power outage at home and ended up going on a flavor journey I will never forget! The man at the counter was the most exuberant, kind person I have seen serve boba. When I said it was my first time there he said he would pick the drink for me—if I didn’t like it, it was free.I swear this guy is psychic because he knew EXACTLY what I needed and it wasn’t even a drink I was considering. Dude knew me better than I knew me. Plus the names are all a treat as much as the drinks themselves. XD
William Ou: Everything about this place is perfect. Clean store with a comforting atmosphere, and absolutely incredible boba options with creative names. The pearls melt in your mouth and burst with flavor, and the tea is the perfect sweetness. The big menu is a little daunting, but they'll patiently work out the order for you if you don't know what you want. It's pricey, and drinks are on the order of $8-10, but definitely worth a try.

Gustavo Cedillo: I love this place! My girlfriend and I have been coming here for around a year now. All their drinks are good, but today the gentleman at the register recommended the Okinawa Milk Tea, since I wanted something hot. It became my favorite drink as soon as I took the first sip! Will be coming back more often. Their staff is super friendly and welcoming.
s g: Their garlic fries are worth every visit!
Georgina V: Great place for good coffee!I love the variety of the menu and the excellent taste of each of the drinks and they are always super friendly

Matt Hamilton: Fun time with sister Lan and Tuoc
Chanh Dang: Very good drink, self serve kiosk is very convenient.
Kim N.: especially during weekends, service could be slow and inefficient but at least the staff is not rude. And parking is plenty but might be a bit harder to find one during busy time.
Nikhil: This particular R&B Tea location, situated within Vietnam Town, boasts a meticulously designed and modern interior that exudes attention to detail. The ambiance is inviting, with pleasant views and a staff that is both welcoming and friendly. The menu offers a wide array of choices, and the ordering kiosk simplifies the selection process. Notably, it provides options for customizing ice and sugar levels, a standout feature. It's worth mentioning that opting for no ice incurs an additional charge of $1 to $2, which seems reasonable.Furthermore, this location also offers sugar cane juice. During my visit, I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with 50% ice, and despite the reduced ice level, it still had a slightly icy texture. Next time, I plan to opt for no ice. The 50% sugar level was just right for me, resulting in a good, balanced flavor. Please be aware that additional charges may apply depending on your choice of toppings.
Tri Nguyen: Good spot for hanging out, plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor. Drinks are average while their prices are above average.

HENRY DUONG: This boba place is one of my favorite boba places. I come here very often to satisfy my sweet tooth. The food and drinks are good. The only downside to this place is that it is very loud and noisy when it is crowded. Another reason I took off a star for this place is the smell. I feel like the store's ventilation is not working properly. Whenever I come here for my drinks, I always walk out smelling like food or burning oil. It really pisses me off sometimes. I hope they will work on these issues.
Aishwarya: 💖 Had the Taro Tea and The Super Fruit tea ! One word - LOVED! ♥️❤️🌱 This is probably my first ever Fruit Tea that came with so many many fresh cut fruits inside the tea and it was so delicious !!! 🥝🍉🍊🍋🍍If you’re a fruit tea lover like I am, do not hesitate to try this ♥️I’ll definitely be back for more drinks in future Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian dishes imo. However they weren’t serving any food the time I visited.
lance sunzeri: Best popcorn and biggest popcorn chicken
Quinnie Do: My daughter love boba drink here.Recommended dishes Basil Popcorn Chicken, Calamari …
Volark Keo: We were next door at 24 hr Fitness and after a good workout needed some light refreshments. Seen this place on Google map and 2 minutes walking distance, so decided to give it a shot. The food and drinks was so delicious. Not to sugary or salty. The cashier and the employees was so nice and served us with a bright smile. I will come here every time after I work out. What a good experience, and sharing it my friend. We stayed over an hour and a half enjoying the drinks, food and sharing some laughs. Highly recommended for everyone.

Haely Shah: My favourite afternoon tea place in the south bay! Great experience all the times. Absolutely love the scones and the finger sandwiches.“Somewhere there’s danger, somewhere there’s injustice, somewhere else the tea is getting cold! Cmon we got work to do….”
breanna higgins: Super cute! my 70 year old grandmothers and 11 year old niece enjoyed the experience equally. There was much more food than we expected, a proper lunch and everything was very cute and tasty. We loved the kitch decor and little gift shop and felt the service was perfect. Everything was sparkling clean and we were pleased with the options- even our picky eater had to take half of her dessert home in a box because she enjoyed her lunch so much.I'd like to add that some of the complaints I'm seeing in here are just silly. Yes it's a little pricey, you're coming to a fancy tea shop not a diner. Half of the meal is desserts and the other is carbs, of course it's not going to be super diabetic friendly. There is a set menu, published on the website, so if you have dietary restrictions that would require you to deviate from that menu you need to call ahead. If you dislike your tea selection they will bring you another but it's brewed by the pot so you're not going to have a different flavor every time you finish a cup, as is usual for a tea service. If you're asking for things that the restaurant does not serve, of course the server is going to have to spend some time telling you that you can't have those things. Finally, I don't think it's fair to take points off because you and your guests were too shy to ring a bell for service in front of each other- if anyone had bothered to ask, the server girl would have made time to check on you! My family loved that we were left to chat and enjoy without being constantly interrupted.
Akansha Bansal: Visited Lisa’s tea treasure for a women in engineering team building event on international women’s day. Lisa's Tea Treasures truly offers a delightful experience with their exquisite hors d'oeuvres tea and heavenly cheesecake. The carefully curated selection of teas complements the savory bites perfectly, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. The cheesecake, a true masterpiece, is rich and velvety, leaving a lingering sweetness that makes every visit memorable. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste makes Lisa's Tea Treasures a must-visit for tea enthusiasts and dessert lovers alike.
Kristine Sliter: The food was very good, but doesn't warrant the price --you are definitely paying for the atmosphere. Service looked promising as each table had a little bell to ring for the service, but it seemed difficult for the servers to discern. The atmosphere is absolutely fabulous. The decor and tableware take you back in time. It really is a splendid experience, albeit very pricey.
黄锦涛: Atmosphere: 5/5
Sabri Lapietra: The place is truly storybook!!! Ideal for tea lovers!!! The atmosphere is super delicate and warm! With a unique romantic style!! A prior reservation is always required as tables are few and far between! The teas are delicious and the food is exquisite! All the dishes used and the teas are for sale in a store located at the entrance to the living room!! A truly impeccable experience!!

S H: The boba is chewy, but the drink is way too sweet even though less sugar is requested. The ube flavor is too light for dirty ube. It tastes more like coffee and milk.
Miki Chaki: good tapioca
