Jasmine Magana: The tiger milk tea was really good and had bits of flan or something like that.Recommended dishes Tiger Milk …
Andy Ng: You really can't go wrong with a solid boba chain like Tastea. This location is a bit off the beaten path but my friend and I had lunch right next door, so this was the perfect dessert to grab before our salon date.Their menu is as vast as you'd expect other large boba chains in the Bay Area. All the teas are brewed individually with the flavor syrups being responsible for your added sugar intake. They offer non-dairy milk options which is what I always look for whenever I frequent a shop. I ordered a regular milk tea with soy milk and boba, and it hit the spot. Shop worker was very nice and my drink came out quickly. If you get overwhelmed by the options, be sure to ask the workers there for recommendations. All boba lovers will have a go-to they can recommend.
Nicolas: , is because the service isn’t always perfect and the inside is not the greatest design during busier hours.
Rocky Quat: Went here on their 5 year anniversary and it was packed but they had a lot of staff to accommodate. I was able to get a tshirt which was only for the first 100 people and even spin the wheel for a prize. My go to drink is the peach me sweetea which I feel you can’t really get anywhere else in San Jose, especially that size and flavor combination. I always get the fries because I like the texture of them and now they added 3 near flavors of bbq, sour cream and onion, and jalapeño lime. The main reason why I go here over every other milk tea spots is online ordering. They have an app and it makes ordering painless. You order and pick up by the time it tells you, in and out.

Matt Hamilton: Fun time with sister Lan and Tuoc
Chanh Dang: Very good drink, self serve kiosk is very convenient.
Kim N.: especially during weekends, service could be slow and inefficient but at least the staff is not rude. And parking is plenty but might be a bit harder to find one during busy time.
Nikhil: This particular R&B Tea location, situated within Vietnam Town, boasts a meticulously designed and modern interior that exudes attention to detail. The ambiance is inviting, with pleasant views and a staff that is both welcoming and friendly. The menu offers a wide array of choices, and the ordering kiosk simplifies the selection process. Notably, it provides options for customizing ice and sugar levels, a standout feature. It's worth mentioning that opting for no ice incurs an additional charge of $1 to $2, which seems reasonable.Furthermore, this location also offers sugar cane juice. During my visit, I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with 50% ice, and despite the reduced ice level, it still had a slightly icy texture. Next time, I plan to opt for no ice. The 50% sugar level was just right for me, resulting in a good, balanced flavor. Please be aware that additional charges may apply depending on your choice of toppings.
Tri Nguyen: Good spot for hanging out, plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor. Drinks are average while their prices are above average.

Got my usual panda milk tea which was good and the kids passion fruit and strawberry. Paid $15 for 3 bobas. They were made super fast and I was on my way. I would come back again if I’m in this area. Hope they keep that deal going.

Teja Tangirala: It’s the first time I visited this place and the ambience is really beautiful. I usually get taro milk tea at any boba tea places and so far Kay has the sweetest taro milk tea. I’d like to try other menu options the next time I visit Kay’s. They can customize the menu according to the customer choices. I would definitely recommend this place for any of those boba tea enthusiasts out there. It’s close by to the San Jose’s lucky store on Capitol Expy.

G Lee: Nitrogen boba tea was awesome! Smooth and tasty. Really soft and yummy boba.It took like 15 minutes to get the drink. That’s a bit long considering only 3 people ahead of me.Inside has some chairs in the back. Kind of dark and not inviting. But there’s a little L-shaped seat in the from which was comfy while you wait.Order at the kiosk to at the counter. Either way it takes a long time to get your drink. Otherwise it’d be five stars.
Vincent HT: Other than that, it was a great experience.
Sajeemas Pasakdee (Mint): My first time here and the ice coffee flavor is very good. 😋
