Tomi Sushi Restaurant: what do users think?

Tim Vu: I love that they put wasabi underneath the fish on the nigiri. Seriously. That is a true sign of greatness and good things to come. Honestly not expensive either.Parking: Come early on weekends.

RICK LEE 3: Most restaurants located next to supermarkets tend to have good food. I give the food 9/10, it would have been a perfect score but the salad was old and still served. It was the brown old, and bitter salad that no one wants to eat. The dressing on the salad was so good gobbled it down.Parking: Parking is crazy on weekends and during mealtimes

Alexica Qian: Warm service and reasonable prices.

Kenzo Sushi: what do users think?

Ngan Nguyen: We ate here for Friday lunch and selected the premium option. The nigiri was really good, decent amount of fish and less rice than sushi. We mostly order nigiri. We got some side dishes but nothing stood out. Since we paid the dinner price, we were able to order items that were only available at dinner. I think it's worth it if you can eat a lot.Service was good as well.

scott mcmillen: Food: 5/5

Joey Trujillo: The food is amazing! Probably my favorite place to get sushi since it's always fresh and the AYCE menu is pretty big and keeps growing. The service is very quick and they bring your orders out pretty quickly. Overall, I'd highly recommend this to anyone!Parking: Parking lot behind restaurant

Sushi Arashi: what do users think?

L G: We got bentos to-go. The bentos come with 4 pcs California roll, miso soup, salad, and rice. I had a 2 entree bento with chicken teriyaki and gyoza. I took the photo right after opening my container. The California roll was small and looked messy but tasted ok. The gyoza were still crispy and my favorite. The portion of chicken teriyaki was also smaller than I expected, but at least the meat was tender. Everything tasted as it should. The staff was nice and our order came out fast. All in all, Sushi Arashi is just ok. In the future I would consider other options first.

Eric Lopez: Sushi Arashi was very good in my opinion. The sushi quality was fresh and we'll portioned. The staff was polite and respectful. I highly recommend this awesome sushi spot

Katy F: Good sushi. Reasonable. My only recommendation: leave the mops /brooms in a closet or janitorial areas, away from where people eat /tables .- I could smell the cleaning chemicals.. not good to smell when eating.A little cleaner would be nice and No clutter.Aim to be more “Japanese” with the atmosphere / ie feng shui

Denny Garrett: Sushi is very good a little priced for the food quality they serve they need to hired more waiters when I been there there is only one and I feel bad to many tables for one person but food taste is great Súper recommend to go there just be patience since service is slow so don’t go to hungryKid-friendliness: My daughter love their salmon lover they always ask for 2 rolls each one and never disappointed with the flavor

Reda Shaikh: my favorite place for sushi, they did reduce the size of the fish cuts but i guess thats inflation

Jisoo Kim: Food: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot

G Lee: I’m a huge fan of Cha Cha. They’ve changed hands a few times over the past 12 years, I think. The food used to be stupendous but it is still pretty good. Unfortunately they seemed to have raised their prices this last visit.Had the Cha Cha Salad which was surprisingly good. Think if larger chunks of fish sort of like salad poke.Dragon roll never disappoints.Hamachi Kama because we also like something cooked from time to time.Update March 2023: Best sushi in the area IMO. Seriously. Rolls are amazing. Sashimi and nigiri have large pieces of fish of great quality, miso is tastier than most. They are super busy for dinner most of the time. Great menu. Lots of parking. Love it here.Update May 2024: Not as good as it used to be. The Chirashu was good overall but the tuna didn't seem quite as fresh. And the edamame was more bland and less salty than before. The specialty rolls are still amazing but the regular ones have lost something. I think the sushi rice is not as good now.

Apryl Chiem: I've been eating here for probably almost 10 or so years. The quality has went down over the years but it's still my go to spot for sushi. Their portions are bigger than other places. I always get anything with unagi sauce and salmon. My usual is Golden Gate which has salmon, eel, and friend tempura shrimp. They have limited seating so I recommend coming early or ordering take out.

Maverick Sy: Went in on a Wednesday at 4:35pm. No wait time, and was immediately seated.Order arrived quickly at around 4:45pm.Food was excellent on top of arriving quickly. Ingredients uses appeared to be very good.Service was excellent, was asked for any specific needs throughout the dinner ans servers were upbeat and very helpful.Atmosphere was lovely, music wasn't overbearing and place was clean.Ordered:Lion King: baked california roll w/ salmon, spicy mayo, & unagi sauceAlaskan Crispy: deep fried w/ salmon, cream cheese, wasabi mayo & unagi sauceSuperman: soft shell crab w/ unagi, avocado, unagi sauce & spicy mayoWolf Tail: shrimp tempura, crab meat w/ salmon, unagi sauce & spicy mayoSoft Shell Crab, Bento Platter, Chicken Yakitori

Kevina Brown: Best sushi in San Jose! Wish the place was a bit bigger because it’s always busy, but I get that the owner likes things just the way they are. Bigger isn’t always better. My favorite sushi place since Kubota closed in Japantown. One thing I have to say is that you call and the phone just rings and rings. It’s literally like they turn the phone off, that’s not good.

Sushi Koya: what do users think?

Marwan Mezher: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Sushi Koya never disappoints! We arrived right when they reopened at 5:00 pm and were the first ones there. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was amazing as usual. I absolutely love their Honeymoon Rolls – the mango is always fresh, unlike many other sushi places. Their signature Battleship is simply delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch sushi!

Virginia Pulido: I think this is going to be The Spot.

Alyssa Siddiqui: The waitress warned us that the large sushi rolls are really big and we didn’t think much of it but the “large” sushi rolls were some of the largest I have ever seen! Definitely should experience. Also got a bento where the salmon was a bit dry. They were nice to give out miso soup to the little one.

Brian Brooks: Best place in South Bay for sushi. We have tried them all.... Nothing stands close. Who else gives you all this sushi, drinks, appetizer, soups, and is less than $100? Only the amazing Sushi Koya. Try anything on their menu, it's amazing. The bento boxes have sushi themes. The "boat" is served on a white plate so it doesn't look as expensive as the place down the road... Because this place is the place to eat good sushi for cheap. We love it!!! Tell Kim we said hi and ask for the special cheesecake dessert with green tea ice cream...

Local Legend: Luckily it wasn’t busy for my lady and I to have a pretty quick lunch today. We sat on the back patio to enjoy a gorgeous day so we had the bartenders as servers… both guys were a little preoccupied with entertaining a couple ladies so it took longer than we would’ve liked to get water/take our order. But, other than that everything was great from their service to the food being amazing and just a great lunch was had!

Araceli Marrufo: Atmosphere: 4/5

Jer king: I've been here multiple times and went during the time of fanime and they are very good service is fast they're happy hour is amazing and they have an amazing outdoor patio the only thing is you have to go around back to enter the restaurantAlways revisiting try there pear sake bomb it's amazing

Lydia Cole: It's wonderful to find a sushi place that has designated gluten free sushi. Will be coming back for sure. We ordered via door dash and had it delivered to our hotel. We were impressed with the flavor and unique gluten free options. Unfortunately we were not given any gluten free soy sauce with our order so we had to eat the sushi plain. That wasn't our expectation or intention so can't say that was enjoyable for the high price of the food. Had they given GF soy sauce, it would be a 5 star review, for sure!Dietary restrictions: The gluten free sushi was fantastic!

Gerald Quek: It was a Mother’s Day weekend when I visited. Only 1 sushi place with high rating. They are a belt driven style sushi place, with some a la cart things you can order from the menu. The fish is very warm, not sure if this is Cali style but not a fan of warm fish… would’ve taste more fresh if the fish is kept in a cooler / fridge and make it by order… maybe they’re just wicked busy… go back anytime soon? Maybe yes, maybe no… but menu does looks the best compared to all other sushi restaurant around the block.

Judy Margaret Chen: Vegetarian options: I did see a couple of dishes for vegetarian.Parking: Restaurant’s own parking lotKid-friendliness: Kid’s high chairs and plastic utensilsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and tables

Jonathan Chandler: Arrived around 4pm and it wasn't too busy but it took about 5 minutes to get seated.Despite that the food came out quick and everything was excellent.I ordered the spider man and C-3PO along with Gyoza and miso soup.

Andrew Yates: Great place. Miso soup and the lettuce salad were a bit unimpressive, but the Beto box was great! Nice environment and tasty, generously portioned food.

Anna Zaslavsky: Best quality sushi you can get in San Jose. Taste is fire.

Rosa Alarcon: Delicious food and great service. We weren't told they were closing early. We didn't feel rushed to finish up our meal before closing. Unlike at Yuri Sushi restaurant. It's happened there multiple times. The advertise closing time 9:30 it even states it on the door. You walk in and they won't serve you! I refuse to go back. Employees @ Truya have never done this before. That's how you run and stay in business.Parking: Plenty parking

Mark De Guzman: when your visit is during your Birth Month

Diana Chen: Great quality sushi! Super delicious food and friendly staff. We made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary and requested a booth and/or a nicer table and they accommodated us nicely by giving us an option of a booth but it was right in the front by the door or a half booth half table in a better location. Will definitely recommend and come back!

Laura Hamilton: Good food, maybe not the most traditional sushi, but still good. I wish they had futomaki or more vegetarian options. But my yellowtail roll and agedashi tofu were both excellent. The service was very good too, everyone was friendly and efficient. The ambience is like a cold diner. I don't mean it was actually cold but the lighting is harsh, silver can lights overhead, the seating is very open, the tables are plain. A few little touches to make it more cozy and appealing would be nice. Maybe just warm up the lights and switch to 2500K?

Mike Caplan: Good stuff. Done ate it all. Fish. Just keep swimming! Soup, salad, sushi. Just like home. If I lived in Japan. Which I don't. And this is Campbell. I miss sushi boats. The ones in a little river in front of you. What happened to those?Wheelchair accessibility: Roll right in.

Gulesserian Enterprises Office: Our family's favorite sushi spot. Delicious, fresh, good portion sizes and reasonable prices. The owners clearly put their heart into the business and food as well.I usually call ahead for take out. Wait can be 30-60 minutes depending on the night of the week. It is ALWAYS worth the wait.

Sunny Dua: This is the best Sushi hands down in the area. We love the rolls…

Ifti Ali: but well worth it.

Meagan Nolan: First time at this place. We're in town waiting for our dog at the vet and I did a quick search for sushi near me. This place did not disappoint. Very fresh and fast service. Not busy at all. Would definitely recommend.Parking: Plenty of parking for us today

Alvin Vu: Food here is pretty good. Some of the items with their teriyaki / unagi sauce is on the sweet side. Gyoza is awesome. Hamachi Kama is great.Come for happy hour and save. Good place to bring the family.

Alex Cornejo: Fantastic sushi and bento boxes. Reasonable price to quality ratio and great service. During happy hour they have a separate menu with some pretty wonderful and affordable items. They offer take out and delivery.

Donna D: The food was good but I didn’t feel it was the best Japanese restaurant. Still, it was above average as far as the taste of the food and the nice appearance of the restaurant. The service was excellent. I really felt the portion size of the Bento box was very small but maybe it’s very small since it was lunch? Still, I’ve had the Bento Box for lunch at other local Japanese Restaurant and couldn’t believe how small the Salmon Teriyaki was! It was the size of a Snicker’s Bar, the salad was very small compared to other restaurants and I only received 2 shrimp tempuras. Other restaurants will add vegetable and shrimp tempora to the Bento Box when you request Tempura. Here, you either have the option of shrimp or vegetable tempura. Very Small portions for the price. Price was comparable to other local restaurants but very small portions. I would have been happy to pay a little more for a normal portion size. I left hungry since I don’t eat rice and the portions were so small.

Jeremy Levin: We went for dinner. I had a Dragon Roll, and others with me had a Shrimp Tempura Entree and a Bento Box with Beef Teriyaki / Stir Fried Vegetables. For dessert, we had the green tea ice cream and the mochi ice cream. My favorites from the evening were the sushi and the green tea ice cream. The portions were well-sized, the food was tasty, and the server was very kind.It was a great experience, and I would happily go again.

Wonyeong Jung (Warren): This is really delicious in a limited environment.Recommended when you miss Japanese food.

Brian Choi: Food: 5/5 …

Ryan Boyce: Bento Boxes are great!Recommended dishes Spicy Tuna …

Tell O: Delicious sushi and nice atmosphere.Highly recommend the food here. I had the specialty rolls and they’re always fresh and flavorful. The rolls are a good large portion! I like that if you sit down they give you complementary edamame. The miso soup was full of flavor and the mochi ice cream was soft and sweet, so delicious! Also, every time I’ve been to the restaurant the staff have always been kind and made me feel welcomed.I like the decor, my part favorite being a wall of cinematic posters. Good for starting a conversation of you’re with someone.

deepti sharma: which was so yummy and veg rolls - artichoke and avacado and both weee equally good . I think I will go again to try more rolls but with same yakisoba as veg don’t have much options in main menu

Missy Muente: Our group of 4 had an excellent experience here. We started with edamame and sake and then shared 7 different rolls. The taste and presentation on all of that was great. The Catherine , Island Breeze, Caterpillar, Angry Bird and Royal Blast were the rolls that we got and loved them all.Our server was polite and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Eder: Great staff and very helpful.Clean place.Delicious food, I liked everything.Fairly priced.Fast service, we got the order within a few minutes after the request.Near IHG so we walked...

강대웅: I went in without thinking, but was surprised to see that the chef was Korean! The sushi at Nigiri Deluxe was plump and delicious beyond my expectations. I had a great time chatting about Korea with the chef. However, the rice bowl was a little tasteless. I should have ordered Jjambbong according to the review below.

alex carter: . Fish to rice ratio is very good, I was a little worried because the fish seemed to be room temperature instead of cold, and the rice is not something you'll see in the animated series Oishimbo, but it was good, filling, and did the job and was about $10 which is good these days. I'm sure students at the nearby college appreciate this place and I'll try to eat here again when I get the chance.

Charlene Teets: Really good solid chill sushi place. The customer service was really good. Menu is clear and has a lot of choices with images.I got a ell donburi, the eel could have been softer but it was still delicious with the rice well cooked all for a good cost. We also got a salmon and tuna roll, it was crazy fresh tasting. We also got a 2 lunch set with chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu, both were good.

Paul Nguyen (Dukie Travels): not sure if there is a price difference for lunch and didn't really find it advertised anywhere either, other than someone mentioning it in a review.Sushi has gotten quite expensive. Special rolls are around $17+ at various sushi restaurants. I can easily eat 2 rolls and some. We used to go to Kenzo quite a bit but their quality has gone downhill. So once I heard AYCE was back my wife and I made a visit. We came for dinner on a Friday. It wasn't busy, there was about 4 groups dining. They are a bit understaffed imo, I think I saw two chefs and 1 host/server. When we got sat down the owner

Greg Black: The best sushi in the whole bay area hands down! The baked salmon rolls are amazingly delicious! Don't try them if you don't want to become addicted! ~Five stars for sure!

Rey H: All I can say is "WOW"! Actually I will say more. We randomly searched a sushi place close to where we were at the time. This turned out to be one of the BEST we've eaten! I have been to many high end sushi restaurants. This did not look "high end" when we entered. But the energetic welcoming we got, the owners personality, and the amazing quality and taste of his sushi chef "Ant Man" sealed the deal for us to call this the best we've been to in the last 15 years in CA. We were even allowed to sample a newly released summer themed roll that had mango on it...Amazing! A must try place.

Rich Martin: This place is awesome. Good price for all you can eat. Super friendly staff. Great food!

Richard Navidad: My seafood Udon was very good. The Tempura shrimp and the Agedashi Tofu were really good. Service was great too! The owner was really accommodating and attentive. Only ding was that it was a bit cold and dark in the restaurant. Otherwise, good experience

Gloria Yates: Very good food, great portions and excellent customer service
