Jessica: The store clerk's quality is not always guaranteed. I got very good feedback when I asked for the first time. He took me to find the shoes I wanted. Although the size I wanted was not on the shelf, he helped me use the machine to double-check whether the size I wanted was real. There is no stock. Please help me see if other products of the same style and different colors are in stock. The second time I asked another store clerk, while we were chatting, he told me that the ones in stock were on the shelves, and we continued chatting!Although the conclusion is the same, the customer experience is much worse. I hope that staff training can be strengthened. It is impossible to observe which store clerk is more active and enthusiastic every time I go there.I give five stars to the store clerks who provide good service and two stars to the store clerks who provide poor service. The average is 3.5 stars. If the products in the store are neatly arranged, 0.5 stars will be added, so I give it four stars.

He also searched for the pants in the correct size, even double checking with a coworker that all stock was on the floor. I thought the customer service was very friendly and thorough, and I had a great experience here.

Lynn Wei: The staff here are very friendly and eager to answer any questions. In particular, Daniel was extremely helpful. Even though it was almost closing time, he assisted with the steam service for my baseball glove, allowing me to take it home the same day instead of making another trip the next day. The shopping environment is clean and tidy, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.
Tatum Justine: Bought 2 bikes from Robert last night. Robert was very helpful & informative. He definitely knows bikes & will make sure you get in the one fit for you. He did a very thorough look over to make sure our bikes were safe for us to take home. If you need a bike, go see Robert.

Pink Elephants Moving And Storage: We came looking for Tennis rackets. It was 2 gentlemen's that helped us. They were very nice and the help. Our kids find their size. We highly recommend going to this store.

Caressa Dotson: I went for a tube for my fixie, needed 700 series the staff help me find what I was looking for. But what I really liked was a person ahead of me in line was having trouble with a coupon on her phone we've all been there but the cashier was nice and helpful and together they scanned the coupon...I'm not sure of her name but that was good costumer service .. something a lot of stores are forgetting about!!!!
