Paula Burkley-Ibonie: My new go to ski shop. I rented skis and all that goes with it. They took the time to help me find a narrow boot that fit my thin feet & ankles. They have a great ski gear as well. I ended up buying a gator.Nice place for all your skiing/ snowboarding needs

Vanessa Reid: Great place; great service. Pro tip go during the work week if you can for a boot fitting, for extra time 1:1. They are extremely patient and thorough and will spend all the time you need with them for a proper boot fitting.

Richard Berryhill: For several years now, Sports Basement Campbell has been our "go-to" destination for sport clothing and goods. We've shopped at every store in the Bay Area, including Santa Cruz, etc., and no other store has the wide selection from everyone, and in all the sizes, that Sports Basement Campbell has. It's a real pleasure to find all of this in one location, with easy access from freeways, a huge parking lot, and surrounded by great restaurants, Trader Joes, and just a great place to walk around and people watch while shopping. Wonder place, and so glad it's still there after Covid and all!

Carlos Lamas: Great people at this location. Been here for snow equipment services and pickup of online orders. This location is easier to navigate than the Sunnyvale location although parking is hit and miss so tradeoffs I guess.

Sam K: The staff are great but the check out is very slow and long lines I am surprised that I have not write any review for sports basement. Great sports and outdoor shop at discounted prices. The staff are amazing and they are always there to help.

We found a preloved snowboard and a new set of bindings that fit my budget. Dennis was knowledgeable, and he assured me that the equipment was appropriate for my skill level. Sneha Radha Krishna: Daryl is brilliant and knows his craft and business so well. He's invested in educating his customers. He was so patient with me and explained the basics of ski equipment, dos and don'ts. I highly recommend giving this establishment a visit before a ski trip.
Rachith P: Great place to rent skiis and boots! They have a great collection of beginner friendly and sport skiis. Got my season rentals here and I changed my skiis in between the season. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

Tanmay Jaiswal: The best ski renting experience possible at the best possible price. They are very organized with their appointment system. They give everyone 20-30 minutes to find a good fit. They helped me figure out how to wear my boots better which really helped my skiing stance. They are very knowledgeable as well. Free waxes for mid year rentals is great. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Lynn Wei: The staff here are very friendly and eager to answer any questions. In particular, Daniel was extremely helpful. Even though it was almost closing time, he assisted with the steam service for my baseball glove, allowing me to take it home the same day instead of making another trip the next day. The shopping environment is clean and tidy, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.

Caressa Dotson: I went for a tube for my fixie, needed 700 series the staff help me find what I was looking for. But what I really liked was a person ahead of me in line was having trouble with a coupon on her phone we've all been there but the cashier was nice and helpful and together they scanned the coupon...I'm not sure of her name but that was good costumer service .. something a lot of stores are forgetting about!!!!
