Xiawei Packer: I took a Saturday beginner wheel throwing class January 2024. The experience was wonderful. My teacherâs name was David Bruce, he was very patient and caring for the learning experience of all of his students. Staff was very welcoming and friendly too. The studio also has a lot of choices of glaze to use. During the class I was able to make some bowls and cups that I was proud of. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.
David Bruce: .I've jumped classes a few times as my schedule has changed and each teacher is as friendly and knowledgeable as the last.Blossom Hill Crafts comes with my highest recommendation as someone who was new to pottery just a couple years ago.
J Olcott: Amazing place to learn the ceramic arts as well as make new friends. This place is the hidden gem in town of Los Gatos. With the membership you can choose and use all different kinds of clay and glaze. You can work on wheels or hand build anytime you want. Many members have been in the studio for many years. They are happy to help and share the skills. BHC also has great free workshops for all members. I have been here about 3 years now. I love to come and create my ceramic pieces with wonderful people here. I am so lucky to find this place.
Eun Kang Kim: I had a great spring and summer as a member of BHC last year. Facilities were well equipped and staffs and other members were friendly. Hope to join this beautiful studio again if I have a chance.
Jane Carvell: Blossom Hill Crafts is fantastic. It is more than just a studio space, it is a community. The owners and staff are lovely and everyone is willing to share knowledge and to help. Everything is thereâŠ.including a variety of clays, cone 5/6 and 10 glazes, underglazes, oxides, dedicated wheel and hand building spaces and even a spray booth. I have attended classes at Blossom Hill Crafts in the past and have been a member for the past 5 years. I love this place.
Mark Hurwich: , even more glazes, well-equipped throwing and hand-building facilities. Staff and teachers are skilled, friendly, and generous with their insights. There's also an associated store that can sell the things you make. And the people who do pottery there are lovely too. Whether you're a novice, or been doing pottery for years, this studio has something for you. Check it out!
Gabriela Soriano: I took a Sunday class Jan 2022. The experience was wonderful. turtlesilk: I've been a member of BHC for two years now, and highly recommend it. With membership, everything is provided: work space both indoors and out, a variety of clay bodies for both cone 10 and cone 5/6, and a range of glazes for both. The staff is friendly, helpful, supportiveâ and fun. Besides beginner wheel-throwing and hand-building classes there are on-going classes for mentoring and intermediate instruction. It is such a great community!
Red Black: Blossom Hill Craft is a great place to enjoy your time and creat. I consider myself lucky to work here as one of the teachers. Blossom Hill Craft Pottery Studio has evolved into one of the finest pottery studios in the Bay Area. We have a new corner for low fire clay and variety of glazes, a separate area to work with porcelain so it doesn't get contaminated and a large area for our hand building classes. The studio has very relaxing atmosphere to explore, learn and create. The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. The owners Tasha and David are very passionate about BHC and I am so impressed with what they have done so far. Thank you for keeping this place alive!
KK O'Brien: , have a good sense of fun, and are happy to explore new things with their students. There are also special workshops on specific topics like glazing techniques, raku, etc. The studio has done a great job managing safety during Covid and I feel very comfortable and safe there. BHC has become a real place of community for me - such a warm and creative group of people!
chiara cois: It is the best place for ANYTHING pottery related the classes are fantastic with the sweetest staff. Clay is free with membership and so is firing which I am personally in love with. I have recommend this pottery studio to everyone from people looking to try something new to people who just like pottery.
Christie Close: I just bought a gorgeous food safe bowl for making bread dough and kneading and rising it. It feels great to support LOCAL Los Gatos artists!
Kate Haberbusch: BHC has been such a great experience for me as a brand new potter. The beginners class I took was really informative and gave me the basic building blocks to get started on my own as a member. The staff and all the members are super friendly and anything you need on your ceramics journey can be found at BHC for you to use. I love this place!
Arielle Hendel: Best place to learn and make ceramics!

Wenjun Han: I took Academic Drawing class since January and I enjoyed every moment here! The class is beginner friendly and my teacher Andrew helps me a lot on refining my drawing details. Highly recommend the class to people who wants to establish new habit of drawing.
Sachmo9: I took Manga drawing classes with Andrew during the Fall '23 semester. I didn't hesitate when my Dad asked if I wanted to sign up again. Andrew is very talented, he can make awesome drawings in no time at all. He is a good teacher that sees flaws in my drawing and corrects them. Plus he is fun to work with.
ĐĐœĐœĐ° Đ§Đ”Đ±Đ°ĐœĐ”ĐœĐșĐŸ: I am so happy I found this studio recently! I visited it few times and I already have a huge progress in my painting! I want to give a special thank you to Teacher Anna! Saumya Trivedi: This was one of my best Birthday Present! Loved and Enjoyed each and every moment of the class. Sara was amazing, meticulous and very patient as a teacher. I took it for the Spring of 2023 and learned a lot. I would recommend anyone to take these classes if you want to learn some new skills!
sabtn1: My husband and I took the Adult Art class with Sara S. for 12 weeks during Fall 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our class with her. She would start the class with a small lecture and demo and then release us to try on our own. Then she would walk around to assist and provide tips for us to improve. This is where she really exceled! She was great at analyzing our paintings and trouble areas and getting us on the right path quickly. For my first art class ever in my life, I have gained a greater appreciation for artists now. Sara is also very calming and chill in her mannerism, and she would hum a gentle tune as she helps us.We learned many different types and techniques. We learned about the skeletal structure and the body shapes and perspectives. We learned vanishing points, scale, shading, and proportions. We also got to draw a live model. It was a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Sajani Sheth: I have been going to the Adults Oil and Acrylic painting class for about a year. Teacher Maria is very knowledgeable about various art styles and techniques and has teached us the Old Masters, Impressionism, Hyperrealism and other styles of painting. I definitely see an improvement in my painting and look forward to class each week.
Azhar A: My 12 years old daughter is a student at the Art School of SF Bay. She has been going there for about 6 months now. Her teacher, Maria, is an incredible artist and an awesome teacher.
Yichen: Instructors are very helpful, insightful, considerate, and responsive. Highly recommend the classes here!

Jeff Atterbury: This place is fantastic! They have such a variety of both classic and modern art instruction. They are very organized, enthusiastic staff, and skilled counselors who are very attentive to the kids. Also, very reasonably priced. My kid has done 3-D printing and digital animation on an iPad. Wonderful instructors helped him the whole time. I love this place! âïžâïžâïžâïžâïž
Yana Routshtein: Our kids love this place! The staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoy coming back every time.
Natasha Fulcher: Visiting from out of town and decided to drop my 6 year old off for a lesson. The staff were soo welcoming and my kiddo had a great time. He is so happy with the painting he did and said he learned a lot. Really wish this place had more locations or that we were closer!!
Mohan Venkatesh: They really teach for kids very good knowledge they are really sweet with kids
Judy Nguyen: My 5yo loves this place. Weâve been a few times. This time we decided to take my 2yo too. The lady at the register said great for any age, and if under 3 they ask that I stay with her. Fine. So I did. Granted itâs a holiday and there were a LOT of kids but they had some teachers and when we were there our one teacher was teaching 8 students graciously and sweetly. And then her relief came. The relief person asked what age my younger kid was and said âwe recommend 3 and up. Ideally 4. Bc itâs just too hard on us teachers.bc itâs just too difficultâ as Iâm the one painting with my child. And helping her. She wasnât disrupting the other kids she was just doing her own 2 year thing! She could have even just pointed tot he image we were trying to do and I would have finished the black outline myself. This new teacher needs an attitude adjustment. She started her shift and was already not in a great moodMy 5 year old said she was ok after we left just rushed through her artwork. She had another 30 minutes on her own. She helped her finish her painting and made a bracelet. Iâm only giving a higher ranking bc the original teacher was helpful and nice. More of the teachers should be like her, she had a pixie cut and glasses.
Justin Beck: My shy 5 year old was instantly warmed up by the staff's welcoming approach. Allow your child the time here! You will appreciate their soft approach to bring out your child's inner talent. Excellent setup with lots of supplies and inspiration. We'll be back!
Richard Vila: Very courteous staff. Fun time for the kids and some walk around time for parents. Great combination. If youâre kids are into art, they have a variety of levels for beginners to more advanced.
Stacy Avery: My granddaughter truly enjoyed herself so much that I signed her up for more hours!!
C Han: Positive Quality
