I liked that my Super Mom wouldn't be moved around to different facilities because the care center and crematorium are located on the same site. Haley, who is another funeral arranger, stepped in and assisted when my schedule was outside of Gretchen's hours, and I was surprised by her professionalism and level of caring as well.
