They have a wall full of Kanken bags in every color, it looks like a giant watercolor palette.I picked out the bag I wanted, the Raven 28, in a few minutes and then looked at all the other little bags they have - they have a lot!Prices are .... well I'd say it's Santana Row but the prices are the same as they are online. And Fjallraven is "buy it for life" stuff.Service was tip-top and the people working there were very pleasant. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Mars Doria: I have 2 favorite outdoor gear brands and Fjällräven is one of them. I have taken their vidda pro trousers through 14 days of trekking in the Annapurna circuit and Everest base camp. After a few years of use it still looks like new and I expect them to last me a lifetime. I can't wait to use them on other trails and mountains.Customer service in this location is also great. The staff members also spent time outdoors and I had a great conversation with their adventures in the wild.I'm not sure how often I'll be back in this store considering how their gear is built to last in tough environments but I will probably be back if my trousers and eco-shell jackets need repair.

Even though it was almost closing time, he assisted with the steam service for my baseball glove, allowing me to take it home the same day instead of making another trip the next day. The shopping environment is clean and tidy, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.

But what I really liked was a person ahead of me in line was having trouble with a coupon on her phone we've all been there but the cashier was nice and helpful and together they scanned the coupon...I'm not sure of her name but that was good costumer service .. something a lot of stores are forgetting about!!!!

Pink Elephants Moving And Storage: We came looking for Tennis rackets. It was 2 gentlemen's that helped us. They were very nice and the help. Our kids find their size. We highly recommend going to this store.

I've only been in the Dublin and San Jose stores, but each time the way the people in the store treated me, if I'd been a bit stressed going in I would have been completely relaxed coming out. Both stores treated me like I wasn't just a customer, but a friend they were helping out.

I found out about DXL and I was a little nervous at first shopping here, thinking that I wouldn’t find styles for me. Thankfully, I was wrong! They have a lot of awesome styles ranging from casual to fancy. Also, the staff here are very sweet and eager to help you. They’ll ask you about your style or what you’re looking for and make great recommendations. I always feel happy coming to this store, knowing there is something for me!Update: I was part of the groomsmen for my friend’s wedding and he had created a group # with Men’s Wearhouse for a rental suit. Men’s Wearhouse was a joke… they were just trying to get me in/out and the materials were cheap/bad. I ended up refunding/cancelling the rental and bought the exact same set-up at DXL. The ladies at the Winchester location in San Jose, CA were extremely helpful and gave me advice on sizing and style. I now feel very confident that I’ll look exceptionally well for my friend’s wedding!

The gentleman there was a well needed breath of fresh air. The world would do well to produce a few more of him, although I'm quite sure that the mold was broken immediately after his creation. Over the top you say? I absolutely dare you to visit this place, and come away with any other conclusion. It's simply the place we've all deserved. There isn't enough time in the day to express my astonishment at the exhaustive collection of clothing you'll find there. This was my first time shopping in this establishment, and I'm in no way connected to anyone there, but I walked away having found one more place on earth where I'm treated as a dear friend, and I plan on going back for more at my earliest opportunity.

Jessica: The store clerk's quality is not always guaranteed. I got very good feedback when I asked for the first time. He took me to find the shoes I wanted. Although the size I wanted was not on the shelf, he helped me use the machine to double-check whether the size I wanted was real. There is no stock. Please help me see if other products of the same style and different colors are in stock. The second time I asked another store clerk, while we were chatting, he told me that the ones in stock were on the shelves, and we continued chatting!Although the conclusion is the same, the customer experience is much worse. I hope that staff training can be strengthened. It is impossible to observe which store clerk is more active and enthusiastic every time I go there.I give five stars to the store clerks who provide good service and two stars to the store clerks who provide poor service.
