Wei-Ai Tai: Had to come to this Lamps Plus location, as the one in San Mateo closed permanently. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly service, and they helped me find the right ceiling fan and provided great information on the product. Decent parking lot for easy parking, but turning left onto Stevens Creek can be quite a challenge.
Shubhangi Kapatkar: Great customer service, price is competitive with online prices, so you can definitely make a purchase here. Lots of selections to look at, and the people working in the store answer all of your questions.

Andrew Brogdon: Went to this place a few years ago and put down a deposit on a pair of lights. Afterward, we had a change of heart and asked that they put a hold on the order while we reconsidered. Two years later, we realized that neither of us had gone back to complete the order one way or another. My wife returned to the shop today, they still had our deposit on file, and we'll have our new fixture in about a week!
Michael McMahon: I blew out a light socket while cleaning. Could not find the light anymore discontinued. Wright lighting bailed me out once again with some parts to redo the light... Great local company. Highly recommended..
Tony Marek: Great selection and even better staff. If you don't find what you want in their showroom, they will consult with you and guide you through their huge library of vendor catalogs. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. Unless you only need a simple off-the-shelf fixture, dealing with Wright is infinitely better than trying to deal with a big box store to figure out your options for a serious project.

We鈥檙e very happy with the outcome. We鈥檒l be back with customs lighting needs in the future. If your willing to wait a bit more for your lights to arrive, but want expert advice and service, this place is for you.

Kim Ratcliff: Anthony did a fantastic job helping us transform an old gas bedroom fireplace into a sleek new beauty! I tried to find the perfect size insert and changed my mind at least five times. He was patient and helpful throughout. Anthony was also punctual and dependable. There were so many steps I didn't realize I needed to take as far as the demo, asbestos removal, instructions for the stone fabricators, choosing the medium for the fireplace, etc. Anthony was there every step of the way. He made this an enjoyable experience. We love to sit by the fireplace every morning with coffee and relax. The new insert puts out a lot of heat. So happy with the way our new fireplace turned out thanks to Wright Lighting and Fireside.

The internal workings needed a refresh so I brought it in to Wright Lighting for repair. They were very careful with my family heirloom and turned my lamp around in quick time.
