Wei-Ai Tai: Had to come to this Lamps Plus location, as the one in San Mateo closed permanently. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly service, and they helped me find the right ceiling fan and provided great information on the product. Decent parking lot for easy parking, but turning left onto Stevens Creek can be quite a challenge.
Shubhangi Kapatkar: Great customer service, price is competitive with online prices, so you can definitely make a purchase here. Lots of selections to look at, and the people working in the store answer all of your questions.
