Wei-Ai Tai: Had to come to this Lamps Plus location, as the one in San Mateo closed permanently. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly service, and they helped me find the right ceiling fan and provided great information on the product. Decent parking lot for easy parking, but turning left onto Stevens Creek can be quite a challenge.

No other store in the Bay Area had them in stock. After going into the store and seeing his well organized inventory he brought it right out while answering all the odd questions I had about this product. I’m forever grateful. If you can’t find a battery or bulb he will know exactly where to find it and if your have a future bulb project he has a team ready to get it handled big or small.

I appreciate the integrity and not trying to take advantage of non-account holders. He also explained the no-returns on circuit breakers policy. Who could blame them for that! The Counter team is very helpful as well.

Vincent Laughton: Went to the site to pay my bill. It won’t remember my routing number or my credit card and makes me enter 17 friggin numbers and complete address just for starters every month. Who is the bonehead that does the IT? Is it that difficult to retain? I’m told it might be just when accessing by mobile, but doesn’t everybody? Makes it extremely inconvenient. Everyone else has it. I don’t always happen to have my bank numbers or credit card numbers with me to regurgitate. I’ll have to do the process over again when I have time every month. I’ll pay it someday next week when I get out my card numbers or checkbook etc. Other than that, great service!
