Rome Drori: Great little place with solid curry. Definitely one of the best curry places in the bay area, the food here really is no slouch. Service can be spotty at times if they are busy and you might be waiting upwards of half an hour for your meal at worst but typically it's ok. The seating is nice and quaint.Kid-friendliness: Curry is a classic kids dish, that will leave both adults and kids extremely happy.Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter and eat with a wheelchair but not extra accomodations
Snoe C: The curry here is always bomb! I love the curry udon here. The spice level is so good, although may be intense if you’re sensitive to spice.
Lena Li: I ordered takeout. As an Asian who eats rice her whole life, I think their rice is too hard to chew. Please put more water in it. Another than that, it’s great curry.Food: 3/5 …
not gacha ghost: Food was great, service was quick and polite, stopped what they were doing to help me with the water. The parking is hard to find though, if you want to eat in house the seating is very limited. Also orders aren't taken by a worker just a screen if you care. I only care since it still asks for a tip even though no one is serving you.Vegetarian options: You can easily get a vegetarian curry and or sides like the fries.Parking: There's free parking but this is a really popular area so it's often packed especially around lunch or dinner. You may have to find street parking or park in the residential area and walk a bit.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome I think they may have a kids size curry.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible but the store is very small so probably hard to move around. I'd probably just take food togo.

Christine Hou: The curry flavor is so good and addictive here. It can be a bit slow sometimes esp if full house but the food and flavor more than make up for it. Take out option also super good. Their tonkatsu is best I’ve had in the bay and is tender and not dry. Their tofu, spinach and mushroom curry is so good. And the chicken with mushroom and spinach. The staff are all super friendly and my kids also really enjoy it here! They love their miso soup and Ebi fry. Karaage is also super good. I’m going to make an effort to try everything on the menu 🤣 I’ve yet to find something I don’t like! But I keep going back to my favs

Veronica Qiu: We came here a while ago and remmebered loving the food. This time although it was only takeout, the food still tasted great was also pretty fast 👍 😁Hope they open the restaurant to in person dining again soon
Ines Zhang: Very great
Shun Chen: We had great spicy tsukemen, the noodles were generous portions and excellent. I saw other reviews that they couldn’t tell if it’s open… it is definitely open but very empty probably because it was take out only. I’d definitely come back again.
Karvin Dassanayake: This place is not closed at all!Wonderful ramen broth with great cuts of meat. I wandered here during a lunch break since I was craving some ramen, and it did not disappoint. They’re currently doing takeout only, but the lovely couple took pity on me for needing to bike back to my office with a bag of ramen so they let me eat inside. This place seems to be missing the office lunch crowd, and is surprisingly quiet for the quality of food. Would recommend anyone check this out since it’s pretty good ramen for the price. Will definitely be coming again!
Mitchell Davies: The outside looks like it's under construction but they're still open!Their takoyaki tasted very fresh and was the best I've ever had from a restaurant. Close to what I can make at home. Their broth for the spicy tsukumen was outstanding! And their ramen was great as well.Features: They wear masks and have sanitizer, as well as social distancing tables!
Chloe John: Price is fair and taste is good!
Yuju Kuo: The best Gyu Niku Udon in town with affordable price and nice service!Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …

Weston Choi: Kizuna was reopened recently and we visited it today. It looks the owner has changed and menu was expanded with sushi roll. We tried Katsu curry and spider dragon roll. It’s fantastic and I love roll here. Curry isn’t same as previous menu but still very good. Service was great and staffs were very friendly. I will come again. I missed a sushi on this place before and now it offers sushi menu. It’s worth trying them out.
Stephen Chan: Seems like new ownership/menu as of May 2024.Menu is no longer as unique as before, no longer has my favorite items like Kakiage. Pretty standard Sushi/Bento menu now, not very different from other nearby options.Food was good, but no standout like before. Service was fast and polite.

Hanoch Raviv: Went there yesterday to celebrate birthday. We focused mainly on the Sushi rolls which was viewed on the table menu under the glass. Service was great. What I miss is some Japanese music to provide authentic atmosphere.Parking: it is a mall so you can park almost everywhere
Linh Nhat Nguyen: Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Roll
Rosalie: I’ve been coming here for years, this place has consistent quality, service and atmosphere. Miso soup is always delicious. I tried the Kelvinator role this time and it was delicious, very substantial role and great mix of salmon, eel, spicy tuna and crab, and jalapeño. Reduced one star mainly for price, roll was $20.25 on its own. That, plus the miso soup, put it more in the $30-35 range once you include tax and tip.
alynda her: My husband and I ordered the Yuri special plate for two and added a fire crunch roll just in case if it wasn't enough for two people. When the food came out it was more than enough, we ended up taking some leftovers home. I recommend trying the Yuri plate for two if it's your first time and just want to try an assortment of food. However, the rolls were the highlight of our meal and we're definitely going back to try out the other rolls. A little pricey, but the generous portions do make up for it.
Duong Truong: We ordered the sashimi platter, the fried vegetables for appetizer and the rocknroll roll sushi for dinner. Everything was so fresh and delicious. For the sashimi platter, we asked to only have the tuna and the salmon. Both were good. However, the salmon was like butter, yum.The dinner also came with the salad and miso soup. Both dishes were worth mentioning as well. The salad dressing was perfect and the miso soup was perfectly cooked.Highly recommended!

Marcela Ma: Vegetarian options: Lots vegetarian option and even vegan option as wellParking: there's parking but you will have to pay its not a lot
Thomas Haynes: Warm udon on a rainy day! What is better? The broth was on point and everything was just yummy.Liked the communal seating for singletons, reminded me of Japan.Actually also very good on a cold Spring Sunday... Same thing, same reaction!
Lawrence Tom: I really wanted to try their curry rice bowl and luckily it came with a small food on bowl. This was enough food for two people and after I ate the udon, I had very little room for the curry. I did several bites of the curry and it was delicious. I would definitely get this again. Next time I come I also ordered the corn fritter, but it was very plain and didn’t have a lot of flavor. It was pretty to look at, but not so much to eat. I would not get the corn fritter again.

이호: It's delicious~ I think it's the best among the nearby ramen shops... Of course, it's based on my taste~^^ The owner is Korean.
Melfina Viengsombat: It was very busy when we walked up and there was a line out the door. It was very lively and very tasty. Every ingredient in my ramen tasted good and the gyoza and karage were crispy hot and fresh. If you are walking by just pop in and take a smell. The broths were cooked with care and had a good balance.Recommended dishes Spicy Miso Ramen, Gyoza …
Murali Manohar Pai: Spicy miso ramen was good and pork was juicy.A quiet place and self service.
DENNIS TE: Ordered the spicy miso pork ramen. Not too spicy and surprisingly semi sweet. Definitely fulfilling. Had a side of California rolls. Yum. Located downtown so lots of places to do after having dinner and some sake.
Amo Kiwi: this place is literally so good, came in skeptical after a long day of skating and biking. Hit so hard. Customer service was amazing, food came out hot and perfectly cooked. Definitely coming back here again tomorrow.

James Washer: A brilliant bento box, with a great selection of choices.I had the tripple bento, with teriyaki beef, chicken katsu and tuna nigiri. All were great and served quickly with a lovely miso soup that really hit the spot!Excellent value for money in this area and a great place to go.

JM Wu: This is a restaurant that I think is delicious in the United States! It’s cheap and has a large portion, and it also comes with hot tea and a small bowl of lettuce salad before meals!Every dish is delicious and cooked to perfection! There are a lot of portions and you can feel quite full! The key point is that it’s not very expensive, and you’ll be free to fill in the tip later. It’s a rare and good Japanese restaurant! In addition to some fixed dishes in the restaurant, there will also be a small whiteboard with special dishes launched every day!Everyone can click and take a look, maybe there will be surprises!PS: If you like my comments, you can follow them~I will take photos of the appearance and color of the food I saw on site and present it to everyone. I will go to various places to discover delicious food and unique places! !I wish everyone’s wishes come true!

Pat Wong: The steamer baskets are super! Also great nabe options, especially on stormy days. Service is friendly and fast. Dishes served in correct order. The agedashi is tasty. The staff checks often if anything else is wanted. The plain rice 🍚 is good! The combination meals are great!
Kevin Mentor: Best Japanese restaurant in the US! Definitely authentic.
J Valdez: Nice little establishment. Staff were on point. Hot tea was nice. I asked about ceramic instead of plastic for the tea. The staff did a good job for a arbitrary request. Does it matter? A little bit as far as temperatures. Now the fish. I ordered the Sashimi appetizer platter. It was very good. I can end the review on a high note there. I would recommend. The fish mix was nice, flavorful and buttery. This was my first time trying Sashimi and thank you for making it a good time.Okay, now the spicy tuna roll. I don't know why sometimes it's softer mix for the tuna but based on that and the portion size I am going to take a few points off.Speed of service was very good for having a sign in sheet.

Irene Lu: Hands down the BEST teriyaki chicken you're gonna find in the Bay Area. The chicken is cooked well, the steak is medium, and the sauce has ruined most other teriyaki sauces for me. Most Japanese restaurants have teriyaki as the safe option, but at HoT, it's the star. ✨In my recent visit, it seems they no longer offer the teriyaki pork option or steamed veggies. I am assuming this is due to supply/demand issues. Not the end of the world. I didn't take a photo of my latest order because I was HANGRY, so I've shared an older photo which is still pretty representative of the portions and how the steak looks. 🤤I like to get the half and half with a side of egg roll. The portions are huge, so I usually get at least two meals out of one order!Their sauces come in regular, mild, and spicy. If you like sweet and savory sauces with a good kick of spicy, GET IT. It's not overpowering with just the right amount of heat. You can buy bottles of their sauces for about $5 a bottle, and it is 100/10 worth it.Orders take about 15 mins to prepare, so take a walk around or grab lumpia from Gabrielle's next door while you wait!
David Perez: By far some of the best teriyaki out there. I have tried plenty of places and this one has some of the best steak teriyaki ever. No other place can compare to the steak they prepare. Usually places give thin slices of steak or ribs, but this place gives big cuts and perfectly cooked to your desired state. They also have solid sides of egg rolls and gyozas that are nice and crispy. They sometimes have some milk tea that is also good. Highly recommended
Jay Zuran: Had chicken teriyaki with miso soup. Soup was delicious and chicken and rice was scrumptious large portion for late night eats
Vincent Galvan: Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: No
Tim Bromagem: Bomb teriyaki place at an affordable price. You simply cannot beat the quality of food at this price point, yet alone the quantity. My wife absolutely gets cravings now for their teriyaki steak. Their hours are a little shorter due to staffing as of late but we try to order from them whenever possible.Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes …
Zach: Photo added is missing two Goyza... I got impatient. I love this place. I always get the mix plate with spicy teriyaki sauce. When they say spicy they mean it. The food is always good and the staff is always nice. If you want to talk about anime, figures and posters to bide your time while you wait for your order. This place is adhering to COVID-19 protocols and are only doing pick up only. Love this place its a nice hidden gem.
Johanna T: Love the teriyaki here! You get really big portions and I love their house made teriyaki sauce. You can taste the quality in their food. Highly recommend checking this hidden gem. I always get their beef but their chicken is just as good! 👍
Ravnil kumar: Excellent Quality of food. I was skeptical at first looking at the other guys 1 star review. But everyone is different and I'm diggin the mild teriyaki sauce! Will be coming here agian. I wonder if they can do sauce on the grilled chicken only and leave a small cup for the katsu chicken. Since the sauce will make katsu breading less crispy.but other than that its a 5.
Krystal Roberson: BEST teriyaki tofu in the area. I absolutely love it.
Candy Rosas: The food is great buy the service upfront no so great the lady at door not friendly at all but the food is great tasting and big family portions
Chris Wills: Food was excellent, reminded me of my time in Japan.
Eric Neu: I was surprised how well the teriyaki chicken was here. The reviews saying it was good were correct. The chicken was nice and soft, and the sauce was not over powering. I would go back again for sure.
