John Magliato: There are a plethora of places to buy a hot tub, but Spa and Sauna Company is by far superior, not only for quality, but for initial service and continuous service during the life of the product. Bo treated us as friends and provided a no pressure approach to getting the tub we desired. He listens well and provides choice that work for us. Sheena is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. She knows how to get things done effectively and efficiently. We continue to go to her for advice. Doug and Jr. round out an incredible team at the Santa Cruz location, providing fast service and excellent, understandable information. All in all, a great experience. Almost as pleasant as actually sitting in our new hot tub.

浣愯棨鐩村搲: Located near San Jose Airport.The rooms were clean and nice.There are not many shops around, so I feel like I need to go by car for shopping and eating.Food & drinks: A small amount of water etc. is sold in the lobby.
mi mi: The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. There was also a sofa and space where you could telework.The continental breakfast is also very satisfying with lots of sausages, egg dishes, bread, cereals, fruits, etc.It's close to the airport and a light rail station, making it convenient for both rental cars and public transportation users. The location makes it impossible to go to Valley Fair or the supermarket without a car, but no matter where you stay in San Jose, if you want to go to the mall, a car is essential.I will definitely use this hotel the next time I visit San Jose. It is recommended.Rooms: Spacious, clean and beautiful.There is a sofa and a telework space, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.Nearby activities: Very close to San Jose Airport. The light rail station is just a short walk away.Food & drinks: Continental style but with many varieties

Lizet W: Great location, excellent staff and rooms were very comfortable and clean.Safety: Elevators could only be used by guests with their room keys which was excellent. Front doors were locked after 10, I believe, and could only be accessed by guest with their key cards, which added to the safety of hotel guests.Walkability: This hotel was close to many restaurants and downtown. Many places to sightsee in walking distance
Maria Angela Sanchez: This hotel just got newly renovated and I had a birthday weekend 05-17-2024 to 05-19-24 and our stay was awesome the rooms were really clean and just by the front of the hotel and the lobby and the hallways you could just lay down because of how clean it is very good hotel will surely come back and it鈥檚 in a great location!Food & drinks: It has a ton of restaurant options nearby
Alistair Irving: Stayed Thursday to Monday, so included the weekend period, which is normally the busiest times.VTA train noise is mostly noticeable in the early morning, it is not excess, and I mostly ignored it after a couple of days.Rooms: Rooms are compact, however have all the expected facilities.Walkability: Hotel is centrally located, VTA stop close by.Food & drinks: Onsite restaurant bar can get busy. Plenty of other close by restaurants and Santa Clara St is only a couple blocks away with plenty of bars.
