Veronica Qiu: We came here a while ago and remmebered loving the food. This time although it was only takeout, the food still tasted great was also pretty fast đ đHope they open the restaurant to in person dining again soon
Ines Zhang: Very great
Shun Chen: We had great spicy tsukemen, the noodles were generous portions and excellent. I saw other reviews that they couldnât tell if itâs open⊠it is definitely open but very empty probably because it was take out only. Iâd definitely come back again.
Karvin Dassanayake: This place is not closed at all!Wonderful ramen broth with great cuts of meat. I wandered here during a lunch break since I was craving some ramen, and it did not disappoint. Theyâre currently doing takeout only, but the lovely couple took pity on me for needing to bike back to my office with a bag of ramen so they let me eat inside. This place seems to be missing the office lunch crowd, and is surprisingly quiet for the quality of food. Would recommend anyone check this out since itâs pretty good ramen for the price. Will definitely be coming again!
Mitchell Davies: The outside looks like it's under construction but they're still open!Their takoyaki tasted very fresh and was the best I've ever had from a restaurant. Close to what I can make at home. Their broth for the spicy tsukumen was outstanding! And their ramen was great as well.Features: They wear masks and have sanitizer, as well as social distancing tables!
Chloe John: Price is fair and taste is good!
Yuju Kuo: The best Gyu Niku Udon in town with affordable price and nice service!Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes âŠ

HaNg: Not the best out there of course because it is supposed to be quick. They are indeed fast at making the food.Waited 5 minutes or less.Price reflects but is great for the amount of food.
Belle Bulbous: I miss Yoshinoya so much. Good nutritious comfort food for a decent price.
Angelo Caguia: Me and my coworkersLove to ear in here for lunch.Good to eat for bento.
Jack Luo: This is one of the only reviews I will write. I have been a long time customer here for years. The food is consistent! Not much else to say.No other restaurant beat this, it is a classic.

Natsume Shiihara: I love the bento lunches from Shalala Deli inside Fugetsu Market. In particular, the "Shalala Deluxe Bento" recommended by Shalala Deli's manager, Nobu Iwahashi, contains seasoned chicken and fried shrimp, and the salmon with white sauce on the side was delicious even for me, who doesn't like salmon. If you run out of ingredients and only rice is left, it's a good idea to eat it with the vegetables on the side.
Polly Chan: I used to occasionally buy freshly made Japanese bento boxes. It turns out they also have so many cute little things~Lots of small plates and cartoon-shaped design cups~A lot of little healing things,In the end, I was willing to bring back a milk pot~So cuteAnyone who passes by can take a look!
Oxana Tuvina: Fresh and yummy ! đ€€
Alice Shih: Much better than any Chinese pretend Japanese food here!Similar to what I had in restaurants in JapanItâs a real Japanese bentoAnd the bento is very affordable and reasonably pricedHighly recommended! !
Jaime Felix: This shop has everything here. When you think of Japanese food, they got it allâ sushi, Kushikatsu, bento, and matcha soft serve. They just started matcha soft serve here and it was so delicious. If I lived closer, I would seriously come everyday. They give large portions like it should be for your hard earned money. Get your bang for your buck here! The dons that my family and I ordered were so delicious. The flavors take me back to Japan.Fugetsu is an Osaka-born global chain that specializes in okonomiyaki. However this shop along with Shalala deli is a special place in Strawberry Park.Quick grab and go meal for lunch, dinner or a meal for the next day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Joshua A.: I got the okonomiyaki deluxe which was pretty good, a tiny bit heavy on the mayo/sauce, but didn't make it less enjoyable, plus there are a million other things to choose from here so I would definitely come back to try some others.

ìŽíž: It's delicious~ I think it's the best among the nearby ramen shops... Of course, it's based on my taste~^^ The owner is Korean.
Melfina Viengsombat: It was very busy when we walked up and there was a line out the door. It was very lively and very tasty. Every ingredient in my ramen tasted good and the gyoza and karage were crispy hot and fresh. If you are walking by just pop in and take a smell. The broths were cooked with care and had a good balance.Recommended dishes Spicy Miso Ramen, Gyoza âŠ
Murali Manohar Pai: Spicy miso ramen was good and pork was juicy.A quiet place and self service.
DENNIS TE: Ordered the spicy miso pork ramen. Not too spicy and surprisingly semi sweet. Definitely fulfilling. Had a side of California rolls. Yum. Located downtown so lots of places to do after having dinner and some sake.
Amo Kiwi: this place is literally so good, came in skeptical after a long day of skating and biking. Hit so hard. Customer service was amazing, food came out hot and perfectly cooked. Definitely coming back here again tomorrow.
Gemma Padilla: Service is friendly and fast. The food is to DIE for!!! It's so DELICIOUS! I really enjoyed my meal very much. I really want to go back already for try other options on their menu đ
Seth Haynes: Food was relatively quick but was very delicious. a small and precise menu, but cooked deliciously with a good serving to give big eaters a healthy filled belly. Staff was courteous and quick to clean tables.

Calvin Hall: Dank as hell đ. My favorite price for k/j bbq for quality of cuts. Order a la carte and get some garlic fried rice while youâre at it.
Bryan Barnhardt: Awesome spot for Japanese BBQ in San Jose. Prices can run a little high but the food is high quality and the social experience is greatParking: Parking garage next to the restaurant is fine. It is paid.
Jennifer Arce: I recently dinned at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ in San Jose, and it was an unforgettable culinary experience. The food here is simply amazing, with a wide variety of meats to grill, each bursting with flavor and freshness. From tender cuts of beef to savory chicken and seafood options, every bite was a delight for the taste buds. But the excellence didn't stop there. The side dishes, including the noodles, corn with cheese, and dessert, were equally impressive, complementing the main dishes perfectly. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly shone through in every dish along with the service of the staff, awesome! Whether you're a barbecue aficionado or simply looking for an exceptional meal, I highly recommend giving Gyu-Kaku a try. You won't be disappointed!

Marcela Ma: Vegetarian options: Lots vegetarian option and even vegan option as wellParking: there's parking but you will have to pay its not a lot
Thomas Haynes: Warm udon on a rainy day! What is better? The broth was on point and everything was just yummy.Liked the communal seating for singletons, reminded me of Japan.Actually also very good on a cold Spring Sunday... Same thing, same reaction!
Lawrence Tom: I really wanted to try their curry rice bowl and luckily it came with a small food on bowl. This was enough food for two people and after I ate the udon, I had very little room for the curry. I did several bites of the curry and it was delicious. I would definitely get this again. Next time I come I also ordered the corn fritter, but it was very plain and didnât have a lot of flavor. It was pretty to look at, but not so much to eat. I would not get the corn fritter again.

Hanoch Raviv: Went there yesterday to celebrate birthday. We focused mainly on the Sushi rolls which was viewed on the table menu under the glass. Service was great. What I miss is some Japanese music to provide authentic atmosphere.Parking: it is a mall so you can park almost everywhere
Linh Nhat Nguyen: Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Roll
Rosalie: Iâve been coming here for years, this place has consistent quality, service and atmosphere. Miso soup is always delicious. I tried the Kelvinator role this time and it was delicious, very substantial role and great mix of salmon, eel, spicy tuna and crab, and jalapeño. Reduced one star mainly for price, roll was $20.25 on its own. That, plus the miso soup, put it more in the $30-35 range once you include tax and tip.
alynda her: My husband and I ordered the Yuri special plate for two and added a fire crunch roll just in case if it wasn't enough for two people. When the food came out it was more than enough, we ended up taking some leftovers home. I recommend trying the Yuri plate for two if it's your first time and just want to try an assortment of food. However, the rolls were the highlight of our meal and we're definitely going back to try out the other rolls. A little pricey, but the generous portions do make up for it.
Duong Truong: We ordered the sashimi platter, the fried vegetables for appetizer and the rocknroll roll sushi for dinner. Everything was so fresh and delicious. For the sashimi platter, we asked to only have the tuna and the salmon. Both were good. However, the salmon was like butter, yum.The dinner also came with the salad and miso soup. Both dishes were worth mentioning as well. The salad dressing was perfect and the miso soup was perfectly cooked.Highly recommended!

JM Wu: This is a restaurant that I think is delicious in the United States!Itâs cheap and has a large portion, and it also comes with hot tea and a small bowl of lettuce salad before meals!Every dish is delicious and cooked to perfection! There are a lot of portions and you can feel quite full! The key point is that itâs not very expensive, and youâll be free to fill in the tip later. Itâs a rare and good Japanese restaurant! In addition to some fixed dishes in the restaurant, there will also be a small whiteboard with special dishes launched every day!Everyone can click and take a look, maybe there will be surprises!PS: If you like my comments, you can follow them~I will take photos of the appearance and color of the food I saw on site and present it to everyone. I will go to various places to discover delicious food and unique places! !I wish everyoneâs wishes come true!

Weston Choi: Kizuna was reopened recently and we visited it today. It looks the owner has changed and menu was expanded with sushi roll. We tried Katsu curry and spider dragon roll. Itâs fantastic and I love roll here. Curry isnât same as previous menu but still very good. Service was great and staffs were very friendly. I will come again. I missed a sushi on this place before and now it offers sushi menu. Itâs worth trying them out.
Stephen Chan: Seems like new ownership/menu as of May 2024.Menu is no longer as unique as before, no longer has my favorite items like Kakiage. Pretty standard Sushi/Bento menu now, not very different from other nearby options.Food was good, but no standout like before. Service was fast and polite.
