mamane noemie: I had the pleasure of working with Lemon Remodeling for my recent bathroom renovation, and Adir was my main point of contact throughout the entire process. The project required a significant overhaul, and thanks to their expertise, the entire experience was remarkably smooth. They took car of the permit process, assisted with the design and material selection, and executed the construction of my beautifully updated master bath. The end result is nothing short of stunning, and collaborating with Adir on my bathroom remodel was an absolute delight. Adam I: to the inside of the house. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me a product or inflate the price.• Communication—Jacob was my project manager and spent all the time I needed to ask questions or get a project status. He seemed to anticipate my questions and reached out to me every day by phone, text, email, or in person. I felt Lemon was actively partnering with me to make the repair and that they cared that it was done well.• Ease—Jacob handled everything the project needed—scheduling the engineering and architectural plans, securing the permits, scheduling the inspection, and doing the actual work. I didn’t have to do anything. It was so nice to let someone take care of it—and take care of it correctly.• Comfort—I felt Jacob and his team were honest and had my best interests at heart. I was comfortable asking them questions, talking about problems that arose during the project, and having them in my home.• Timeliness—The team was on time and very responsive. They worked every day and finished the project about ten days sooner than I expected.• Cleanliness—The team was surprisingly clean. Digging concrete piers from under the house—in a crawlspace 18 inches high—was loud, dirty, and dusty. They protected the floors and hung plastic barriers to isolate the work space. And, after each day, the team swept up and stacked their tools nicely. Of course there was a garbage pile outside the house during the project, but it was removed within a day of the project being completed. Jacob even planned to have someone come to my house to clean it after the project was done.What initially overwhelmed me turned out to be a positive experience. I’m very happy that I could work with Jacob and the Lemon team and hope to be able to use them again on future projects.

Yonatan helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. Lary Franks: In the summer of 2018, I had Lemon Remodeling upgrade 2 of my one bedroom apartments which where somewhat outdated. After speaking with Asaf, the owner, I had him go ahead with the project. From older rugs and linoleum flooring to updated modern hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, full bathroom and full kitchen remodel, it looks AMAZING!Then, a few month later, I spoke with Asaf about a project I needed done, which would include: removing and replacing balconies, downstairs ceilings, and upstairs floors to bring the building up to 2018 code. Asaf took charge of the project, found a structural engineer, which the city asked for, and coordinated with San Jose inspectors to confirm the work in progress.To this point, I’m very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Lemon Remodeling and crew.Thank you L.J.F*I’m satisfied with how the project has progressed at this time. Justin Mechair: I bought a property in Walnut Creek which needed a lot of work. The 2.5 bathrooms needed to be completely remodeled, the carpets needed to be removed and new floors needed to be laid down. My wife also wanted the kitchen remodeled in a particular way.We received multiple different estimates from general contractors but all of them told me conflicting information. They took care of choosing matching tiles, the shower head and waterproofed, re-tiled and installed the shower in just a few days. I now have a gorgeous bathroom that I am so happy with. X. Madri: B&B remodeled my guest and master bathrooms after a bad experience with another contractor. We were pleased with the superior standard of workmanship. The good communication with all members of the team. we were assigned Daniel, as our project manager who went above and beyond to assist us when we ran into issues of materials procurement. We were also assigned an assistant project manager and a designer who assisted with all material purchases and questions and helped get them ready before our project started. The project was delayed a bit but still completed within the promised time frame. The price was reasonable, and we are happy with the end results.

Ra: , are kind and reasonable. They are hard-working, experienced, and are receptive to feedback. They always listened when we had a particular concern, minor or major.Tony was very accommodating. He would constantly listen to our feedback and accept input on how to make the process better. For instance, when I mentioned that I wanted to minimize construction dust, he immediately set up tents of 6-mil plastic barriers using Zipwall barriers. We then added intake and exhaust fans to blow away construction dust.Tony is a responsible and honorable person. In our project, we ran into an incident where the quartz subcontractor wasn't experienced with inset cabinets. That subcontractor cut a mitered edge that was too long and stretched too far for inset cabinets. It was clear and apparent both to us and to Tony that the subcontractor didn't cut the slab specifically for inset cabinets and, furthermore, the subcontractor was very sloppy with his work. The subcontractor left burn marks on the cabinets by using dull wood blades, damaged the cabinets, and left glue on the cabinets without cleaning up. These are Crystal cabinets and were over 30 grand in cost. It was a shame, to say the least.Tony immediately rectified the situation by getting new slabs and getting another subcontractor, from Baystone, to re-do the work. Furthermore, he found a specialist to repair the cabinets, and another specialist to fix the cabinet paint. Other contractors would leave you hanging and this event would probably have ended up in court. But, Tony not only recognized the problem, but he made sure to fix the problem right away. Although we had to wait an extra 6 weeks

Rick Lahkar: A whole house remodel can be quite a daunting task but our house was ready for one. We hired Mr. Tony Tran as our main contractor for the job and that was one of the best decisions we took. We interviewed and took quotes from quite a few other contractors but Tony shone primarily because of his pleasing personality and competitive bid.This wasn't definitely a most flawless project and hiccups did happen but Tony was not only understanding but very easy to deal with.Tony has the nicest crew in the business, I must say. They were a pleasure to deal with and very good at their craft.Also, important to note is that COVID-19 broke out during the remodel and there was a delay in the project. Tony and we spoke and agreed on a revised deadline to complete the project and Tony actually made the house "move back-in ready" a week before the deadline.We love the end result of the interior of our house and everything was well worth it.I have to admit this was a very challenging project we undertook but we're very glad that we hired Mr. Tony Tran. He is an absolute gentleman and a thorough professional. Highly recommended !!

Jerry Yang: We just bought a new home in West San Jose, nearby Cupertino. Our Objective was having our home totally renovated before we move in. Not much to ask right?After interviewing top 4 contractors in San Jose. We selected Tony Tran Construction. Tony came across as a General Contractor we can trust. He has a calm manner and he is passionate about his works. He extends his passion as a Jet Pilot who flew the U.S made A-37 Dragonfly Jet Airplane to what he does now. Tony is extremely detailed oriented and he cares about his Customers.Our kitchen is very tiny and we asked Tony for his ideas. Tony suggested that we remove the load-bearing walls to extend the kitchen. Andy, a Foreman of Tony's team is supremely talented. Our existing 100 AMP Electrical panel was upgraded to 200 AMP panel with a Tesla Charger in garage. Our home was built in 1966 and there were no ground wires to Electrical outlets and switches. We asked Tony to remove non-ground wirings to the new Electrical wirings the entire home. The squeaking noise on the floor was fixed before installing Vinyl Pergo with 5 1/4 inch baseboards.Tony spent the time by taking us to his vendors to select the Kitchen Cabinets, Countertop, Vinyl Pergo and baseboards.Here is our report for the workmanship and working with Tony Tran Construction: The new textures on walls and ceilings were perfectly matching our existing textures so you can't tell the drywall were cut, patched and painted. The siding around the Front door were extremely matched the existing siding and you can never tell the door was moved 3 ft to the Left. The Kitchen countertops were installed in perfection that you can't feel the joints and the cabinets were also installed perfectly as well. One nice touch: Tony installed screw-less faceplates on all outlets and switches to make them look nice without charging us extra. There were 2 Change Orders to our additional requests and Tony was wonderful by giving us great discounts. Tony and his team worked continuously 6 days a week to finish our home 4 days ahead of schedule. One of our friend hired other contractor and their Kitchen wasn't finished in 5 weeks. Tony and his team finished our entire home in 4 weeks. Tony had a Professional Cleaning team to clean our entire home before we moved in. We asked Tony to haul away the debris left by our Landscaper. Tony willingly obliged and not charging us even 1 penny.Our home was totally changed. We love the wide-open kitchen when we open our door and it became the Focal point of our home. We are totally satisfied and very glad to select Tony Tran Construction. Everything were done right the very first time and his team were very efficient. A lot of businesses talk about customer service, but either do not understand the concept or know how to practice it. Tony on the contrary both understands and practices customer service at an exceptional level.Yesterday, the A/C went out at the Women's Care for Life Medical Clinic. Tony was contacted because he is the original contractor that built out the new office suite. He sent his crew to the office suite the same day, after business hours, to diagnose the problem. The crew returned the next day at 8:30 AM to work on the problem. With less than two hours of work on the job, his crew had the A/C up and working again.Note, the A/C was out since the weekend and these recent days all have been 100 degrees plus weather. Women's Care for Life was on the verge of rescheduling patients, because of the extreme heat in the exam rooms. He has a calm way of managing complex projects, while always displaying a smile even during the most challenging times of the project.Tony relocated the Women's Care for Life medical clinic from Los Gatos to a new location in San Jose under a very tight deadline. He came in under budget and on time. Tony also took on aspects of the project that were slated for other contractors. For instance, the job was faced with high architecture fees and an exorbitant sewage line cost. Tony's involvement got both projects quickly under control as well as under budget.The City of San Jose's permit process was very lengthy, with onerous requirements. Due to Tony's tenacity, the final permit eventually was obtained, and most importantly without passing on unexpected cost to the medical practice.Tony's value-add is his strong desire to first-and-foremost complete the job in a high quality manner. There were several surprise enhancements to the medical practice, e.g. Bluetooth switch5/USB charger in the exam rooms, Quartz counter tops at receptionist/nurse stations, etc.One day, while in an exam room, Tony asked the medical practice's doctor would she like to hear Whitney Houston. Given that there was not any CD player or music system in the exam room, the doctor asked Tony -- "how?" Next, Tony pared his cell phone with the Bluetooth switch in the exam room and Whitney Houston's "The Greatest Love of All" began to play over the speaker. The doctor was overcome by tears and she hugged Tony and said "I am speechless -- I can't believe what you have done for my new practice".Needless to say, Tony by far is not your typical contractor. I feel, with Tony, customer satisfaction is his number one priority and it comes from his good heart.Tony can do all this with the help and expertise of his crew, I would like to thank his foreman, Chinh, for his excellent skills in tiling, plumbing and his meticulous attention to everything he did during the remodel. Our house was kept clean with the hallway covered with a layer of plastic and everyday the crew started their job with covering the hallway with a another layer of canvas. We interviewed with 4 other contractors before we decided to go with Tony, and we're very happy we made the right choice.

I am amazed as to how to he does this.Now coming to the pricing .Tony's prices are very fair and reasonable compared to the market. We could not have done this project since we had a budget set in our minds. Also to add Tony did a lot of things for free.I don't think anyone really does that nowadays. His estimates are clear and prices reasonable, and if there’s a minor change or additional work that needs to be done, often he’ll complete it without charging. He replaced the upstairs bathroom window and added laminate flooring to the small steps that connect our garage to the house, all without charge. I’ve heard horror stories of contractors that for every little change or unexpected issue that comes up, they add it to the contract and the cost just racks up. This didn’t happen with Tony.2

We moved in last year and needed a lot of work done but our top priority was the kitchen and floors. We got some quotes last year but then never did anything with them. We went back through the interview process and after meeting with a couple contractors we landed on Top Home Builders. They provided a fair price and took care of everything start to finish which is what we were looking for. Charlie was very professional and communicated the good, the bad, and the ugly in a way that kept us informed without freaking out. There were some change orders that came up during the process but the house is old and I expected they would find some stuff. I’ve heard nightmare stories about change orders but Top Home Builders was very reasonable and I didn’t feel taken advantage of in the slightest.We worked with their designer who assisted with shopping for all of the finishes and also provided very impressive 3D renderings so we could get a good idea of the final look before work had even started. I didn’t know the first thing about shopping and I don’t have the best eye for design so it was extremely valuable that they provided this service.The crew was great - Clean work, polite, and hardworking. I don’t recall all of their names but a big thanks to everyone involved. Danny was the foreman and he had a very positive, can-do attitude. Charlie visited the project every day, sometimes I’d see him sometimes not but it was nice to know that he was staying on top of the project so that I didn't feel like I had to.We will be calling them back for our many other projects throughout the house. They pride themselves on being the team that proves it is possible to get it done on time or ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption and no extra fees. Let's take a moment and look at that no additional fees thing. I got quotes from five different places; they are the only ones that didn't make change orders the usual way of doing the work. One price, no change orders. That is incredible and has helped greatly along the way.

We chose Wise Builders and were extremely delighted with our choice. Nathan, our project manager, his foreman, Mauro, and our designer, Roni, were the best. From the first meeting until the final inspection and cleanup every step was done with care. They finished in four weeks on schedule. They treated our house as if it were their own homes. They consulted with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Although there was dust, they sealed off the two adjoining rooms to keep the dust to a minimum. All the tile was cut outdoors and under water which eliminated tile cutting dust. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We would give them six stars if we could.

Compared to the other bids we received, Sigura’s was very competitive. Ilan Sigura, the owner, and his team were professional and hard-working, and the job was completed within budget and on time. Cindy Gardner: I am extremely happy with Sigura Construction's work on my home. There was a fire damage and none of the other construction companies wanted to work with me because they did not want to deal with my insurance company. They wanted $ handed over to them on a silver platter without having to work with my insurance. I spoke with 5-6 different construction companies, some local and some not, and after one or two conversations, they ghosted me. Nobody returned my calls or emails. I believe I called each place 6 or 7 times before I realized they did not want my business. It was frustrating and I was losing hope. My home remained damaged for a year and was a sore sight for the neighbors.Then I came across Sigura Construction. Found them on the internet. I called and spoke with the Office Manager. Then Ilan visited me and I gave him all the details. He took measurements and pictures and drafted up a quote. He and his staff were patient and unwavering and understood how to get the resources needed to fix my home. My insurance company was initially going to offer a measly amount to fix. They only cared about fixing or "bandaging" the exterior to cover the burn and maybe repair the wall. However, the damages and effects on the house were more devastating and Ilan was able to point that out to my insurance. He was so experienced at his work that he specifically described the damages and and what exactly was needed to bring the house back to its previous state which is an obligation of the insurance. He also knew the law too.Sigura Construction stuck with me every step of the way and did not abandon me like all the other construction companies out there. Truthfully, I think those companies probably were not smart enough to deal with my insurance and backed off. Anyways, I am so glad I found Sigura Construction and I will definitely use them again for anything else I need.

As with any contractor anyone has ever worked with, we had some frustrations with time delays and unexpected expenses. Jiqing Zhang: went up by 30% one year after the contract was signed. I really appreciate it.The construction went fast with good quality. The outcome is almost the same as the rendering. During the construction, they found that our project scope is bigger than expected; it was like a rebuild - they needed to remove all of the exterior and interior walls, rewire the electricity and reinstall the water pipes for the whole house. However, they didn't ask me to pay more because of that or cut any corners.The communication is good. They created a whatsapp group to update the progress and communicate any changes.We have lived in the new house for a couple of months now. So far, everything has worked well, and we really enjoyed the house. There was one incident where I suspected a leak under the kitchen sink. I called Eli, and the plumber came to check it out the next day. The service after the project is done is good so far.Overall, I was satisfied with their service and collaboration after Eli took over the project. They did a reasonably good job but could have done better. I want to give them 4.5 stars. I hope to see Eli Alon again, but not for this house, the next one. :

This was a significant piece of work... taking down existing walls to create a great room, adding a bedroom and a bathroom and remodeling the entire kitchen from down to the studs. What was remarkable was the speed and quality of work produced by Eli's team. Gilbert was the Project Manager. Both Eli and Gilbert were always available to speak with. Gilbert and his team clearly cared about the quality of work, even as they exhibited great skills and experience in getting the job done at unbelievable speed. Justina Kaiser: We were searching for someone that can do some major remodeling for our house that was in a need for some serious upgrades and updates. Due to some personal issues, we decided to wait with the major remodeling and to do our kitchen and master bathroom so we moved forward with that goal. Eli came out and quickly figured out what we were looking to do and he was very clear about the time frames and overall costs. Eli was very resourceful with the designs that he did for us and he gave us a great direction when we had doubts about paint colors, type of materials and light fixtures. Eli and his skilled team gave us a range of starting dates because of few pending projects that they had this was more than fine with us. As the starting date for the work got closer, Eli kept us informed about all the materials that they ordered for us and he came over to make sure that they were delivered on time. This was a huge advantage because at the end, this more made the work run smoothly and without any additional delay. The work took a little over 5 weeks (including the installation of a custom made shower glass and mirror that were order. The team was very nice and polite to us while they worked very hard with attention to all details and perfection. They worked from 8 to 5 or even 6 each day and they did their best to not bother the rest of the house. We are very happy with the results of their work! The final price was very fair and it didn’t change at all. The quality of the work is much better than we thought it will be. We would highly recommend Eli and his crew.
Wilma Shepherd: and he said great things about his contractor, so we took from him the number just in case we will need it in the future. We knew that we have to hire this company to come over and to see what we will do for our new house when we buy one. After we purchased our house, we needed to do several improvements and we had strict budget for that in which we thought that it will be the best to call this contractor and to ask him to come over and check out what we want. What we did not know is that someday after purchasing our house and live there for close to a year, we will have unknowingly twist of luck that will require us to have a contractor come over and correct the problems and issues. The copper pipes were no good and exploded after we had a leak and cracking tiles throughout the home at the time of purchase. I wish it would have been under easier circumstances but thank god, we still had the contact information of this contractor. After contacting Gili from LAR Construction & Remodeling, we scheduled a meeting for him to come over and see the problems AND to give us estimate to remodel the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom. Gili and the workers from LAR Construction & Remodeling were on top of things and did a fantastic work in a pretty good timeframe. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! I mean that not many contractors are capable to perform big project such as ours and mainly on time and as agreed. We originally expected from the first contractor that we meet and asked for estimate will be able to at least provide some referrals that can confirm the works that they did. We quickly learned that all contracting companies are not the same. We feel very lucky to have Gili and his team worked at our house. The team and Gili fixed, rebuilt, replaced, improved, painted, hanged, washed, installed and repaired everything we agreed and even more and all of that in order to make our home functional and beautiful again.
