S A: , with comfort and style. But WGD hasn't just reworked my old pieces, they've also sold me new pieces, too! I feel that Terri gets my style and gives amazing and honest advice on what will work for me, and why. When it won't, she explains the engineering or logic reasons, and helps to find alternate options. I've found Terri and WGD to be ethical, fair, kind, and to give excellent customer service., too. There aren't many places with a combination of a well trained, experienced Graduate Gemologist like Terri, and fantastic bench jewelers and helpful staff. Terri is a Gem, and so is WGD!

I needed an antique emerald ring repaired and I was told this is a trusted and knowledgeable establishment. Yesenia helped me right away when I walked in and instantly made me feel like family. She explained what needed to be repaired on my ring and even told me ome details about the ring that I didn't know. I also met Terri and Sophia that day and they were all just so kind to me and my daughter. I loved working with Yesenia and I will most certainly come back to them for all my jewelry needs!

We had some out there ideas for our engagement ring and wedding bands. They worked with us with every turn to make sure we got what we dreamed of. Don’t hesitate, give them a call and a visit and you won’t regret it !
Joey Johnson: We stopped by to browse before we were supposed to catch a flight - it was our first time actively shopping for rings after I got her parents’ blessing and we just wanted to get an idea of what our options would be. We browsed without any pressure for about half an hour. Yesenia was kind and patient with us then, after taking a ton of mental notes, went in back and pulled the perfect ring from the safe. It was a one if its kind, heirloom ring that was well within our budget. My partner was in love with it immediately and we made loose arrangements to have it shipped after it was properly sized. I called Yesenia the next day and she expedited shipping so I could propose sooner than later at our house closing. I had the ring less than 48 hours later all the way in Minnesota. My partner said yes and I couldn’t be happier. Yesenia and her team were incredible and exceeded any expectations of service I had. I won’t need another engagement ring but couldn’t recommend Willow Glen Diamond Co highly enough.

Elizabeth Smirnov: This is an amazing store!I was looking for a cute and aesthetic thrift store to update my closet and/or find some cute accessories. Knowing it was a thrift store, I expected the prices to be pretty cheap for used stuff. I walked in and it was so cute and just like the pictures on their instagram but the prices… Don’t get me wrong if you have a couple hundred dollars to spend and want to support a small business this is perfect but for me, it was a bit too expensive. I only got a hair clip, one sticker, and a ring and spent $30! Those are some crazy prices! Other than that, this store is great and has great employees just a little too expensive for my taste.

I especially appreciated working with Virendra Shah who helped me from the first time I stepped foot in the showroom. Virendra was very helpful, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me, helping me after hours, on his days off, and even coming into the showroom before his shift to accommodate me with my purchase.He was very patient in helping me, offering me several options to consider, as it can be a bit confusing and overwhelming when purchasing fine jewelry. We walked in with no appointment the first time, knowing very little about diamonds. She patiently helped us and educated us about how to select the diamond. After the visit, she sent a few follow-up emails to follow up on our visit and answered some of my questions. Through out the entire process, from the initial visit to the final purchase, she was very nice and patient, and made our entire experience very pleasant.Pros:- Good service with follow-up emails. The entire experience was smooth and efficient. We placed the order on our second visit to the showroom- They pick up phone calls. I called the showroom once and they picked up and helped me.- Lianna responded to text message promptly.Cons:Sometimes they reply to email, but other times they don't reply to email promptly. As email did not work well, I had to call them and schedule a showroom visit - this did not bother me because it was a better experience getting my questions answered in person.I will update this comment once we receive the ring.
