I needed an antique emerald ring repaired and I was told this is a trusted and knowledgeable establishment. Yesenia helped me right away when I walked in and instantly made me feel like family. She explained what needed to be repaired on my ring and even told me ome details about the ring that I didn't know. I also met Terri and Sophia that day and they were all just so kind to me and my daughter. I loved working with Yesenia and I will most certainly come back to them for all my jewelry needs!

Joey Johnson: We stopped by to browse before we were supposed to catch a flight - it was our first time actively shopping for rings after I got her parents’ blessing and we just wanted to get an idea of what our options would be. We browsed without any pressure for about half an hour. Yesenia was kind and patient with us then, after taking a ton of mental notes, went in back and pulled the perfect ring from the safe. It was a one if its kind, heirloom ring that was well within our budget. My partner was in love with it immediately and we made loose arrangements to have it shipped after it was properly sized. I called Yesenia the next day and she expedited shipping so I could propose sooner than later at our house closing. I had the ring less than 48 hours later all the way in Minnesota. My partner said yes and I couldn’t be happier. Yesenia and her team were incredible and exceeded any expectations of service I had. I won’t need another engagement ring but couldn’t recommend Willow Glen Diamond Co highly enough.

It is a small family run business and Megan and Jonathan are extremely knowledgeable, and willing to cater to your jewelry needs with great design ideas and sound judgement. They are super friendly, their pricing is reasonable, but most of all the level of personal service you get is outstanding. I had taken my damaged engagement ring to five other local jewelers and none of them were as helpful or as insightful and ceative with regard to design as Forever Diamonds & More. The shop isn't super fancy but the customer service is superb and craftsmanship first rate. Highly recommend.

It takes a lot of trust to leave your jewelry in someone else’s hands, and Megan and Jonathan are the best! They are not only trustworthy, but incredibly knowledgeable and talented. We both ended up with custom wedding rings using my original ring and my husband’s grandfather’s band, which we added some diamonds to. Megan nailed the designs and Jonathan constructed them beautifully. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I also had the setting of my grandmother’s ring examined, cleaned up and resized so I can wear that one too, instead of having it just sit in my jewelry box. We highly recommend Forever Diamonds & More for any and all of your jewelry needs.

Aubrey Monroe: For our ten year anniversary we wanted to do an enhancement on my original wedding ring. After going to a few different places we quickly realized that what we wanted would need to be a custom job.We chose Dynasty diamonds after getting a few quotes. The whole customization process was easy and simple. They understood our vision and pulled it off flawlessly.We had a few ups and downs along the way, however you can tell a lot about a business by how they handle these up and downs.We made the ring a size 6 which was the same size as my current ring, however since we made it wider size six proved to a be a little too small. After wearing it for one day my finger was hurting, and we also had one of the diamonds fall out which we were luckily able to find. We took it back in the next day and they said one of the prongs was broken off.They decided to go from a size 6 to 7. Within a week we went back and upon trying on the ring we found that 7 was too big so we left it there for them to change it to a 6.5.A few days later we went back and picked it up. 6.5 fit better, however after losing the first diamond I was very cautious and was keeping a close eye on it. After two weeks I noticed one of the diamonds looked loose. Upon inspection it came right off in my hand.I emailed the shop and told them what had happened. They told me to bring it in and they would do whatever was needed to fix it. We decided that it was best to re set the diamonds in a new band, not using prongs. We also decided to change it to a 6.75 and tapered the band a little bit to make it less wide.We’ve picked it up and a 6.75 is the perfect fit. I also love the new band set vs the prongs.Most people would judge 5 stars by everything being perfect, however as I stated above you can learn a lot about a shop by how they handle things that come up. For that reason they still get a five star review from me even with the set backs we had. Every time we talked with them they were always polite and helped us with the problem. I also want to say that they never charged us anything extra for all of the size changes or re setting it into a different band.I told my husband that if he wants to get me any other jewelry over the years to always go here and we will recommend them to everyone.

I started going into details about the cut, carat, clarity etc. and Rocky was listening to what I wanted.I was extremely picky about what I wanted for my wedding set. I wanted a marquis solitaire engagement ring with a matching wedding band that the engagement ring fit inside of. I wasn’t sure how to explain it to Rocky.Thankfully, his expertise helped my situation. As I started to explain, he grabbed a loose stone and a setting similar to what I was asking for and Rocky said to me...”I know exactly what you want”. He set the stone on top of the setting and said this is what you want correct? I will have my jeweler make it for you. Trust me.”He was absolutely correct. I love my ring. I recommend diamond and Jewelry Expo to everyone serious enough to buy quality jewelry. They created my ring from design to finished product in about 4-5 days. Amazing!
