Adam Warpinski: Brought an engagement ring in for resizing that I had purchased elsewhere. One of the few jewelers in the area that has goldsmiths inside the store meaning that they can do same day repairs and alterations unlike most of their localized competitors. That also means that their staff consists of people with technical knowledge of their wares rather than just a sales team; for me, that means peace of mind. They completed not only the work I had requested but also worked with me to get everything done on an expedited timetable. They also professionally cleaned the ring and ended up charging about 30% less than initially quoted. Would not hesitate to give them business again in the future!
xiaoping hu: This is the first time I visited the new location since JG moved from Milpitas Square a few years ago. I'm so glad the store has kept intact its best part, which is the superb customer service. The inside has been upgraded to a more luxury setting and the store has a lot more designs at all price points to offer. The staff treats the customers like true VIPs, even though I just had a small custom work order. I'm not sure if they have the lowest price in town, however from the consultation with Fannie I can feel they do prioritize customers' need rather than pushing for higher price options. The custom item comes back very well made, and I enjoyed very much the whole process. After all, jewelry shopping is not only about a merchandise but also about experience. I definitely will come back to this jeweler if need something unique, or just simply go to online jeweler if I already have something in mind. This jeweler is so much better than those big chain retailers.

She perfected it and made sure I was so happy from start to finish and she鈥檚 been so honest and kind throughout the entire process and I鈥檓 SO PICKY! I highly recommend Irene and jade galore! You get what you pay for and it shows!

It was initially overwhelming when we walked in, considering it was our first time at a jeweler, but Debby was very informative and patient with us. She showed us a couple of options at various price points and in the end she helped us pick out the perfect ring. The ring was cleaned before we left so it looked absolutely stunning! My partner is trans and his preferred name is different from his legal name on his ID, which people usually give him a hard time about, but Debby was very respectful of my partner and referred to him by his preferred name. We both really appreciate her and the rest of the Jade Galore team for providing the best customer service experience we have ever had! We will definitely be returning

I called the showroom once and they picked up and helped me.- Lianna responded to text message promptly.Cons:Sometimes they reply to email, but other times they don't reply to email promptly. As email did not work well, I had to call them and schedule a showroom visit - this did not bother me because it was a better experience getting my questions answered in person.I will update this comment once we receive the ring.
