ASJ Restaurant: what do users think?

Wayne Kao: It used to be good. Unfortunately it's closed permanently now. Just came and see all the windows are covered with papers. Good bye.

Lauren Y.: Very authentic Chinese food! I like the the wonton a lot! Good reviews for pancakes and fruit👍🏼👍🏼

Ray Wang: Recommended dishes beef noodle soup 清炖牛肉面

Kathy Yu: The beef noodle soup was ok... not sure if the intention was for the clear soup to be bland but the beef was flavorful and tender. Bland soup made it hard to finish the noodles after the beef ran out. Perhaps their fried dishes or the hot and spicy is better.

Ken-Fu Liang: Ok

Bennet Wong: They serve Northern Chinese dishes. We had breakfast, which include ToFu pudding, Egg pancake, deep fried dough, etc. Chinese style comfort food. Would recommend to those who like this style of food.

New Sam Kee Restaurant: what do users think?

Regina Murphy: Big on portions and low on prices. I say try it.

Lucy Lam: One of the few restaurant that is safe to eat regularly. Other places has too much spice n chemical gives me all sort of problems gum bleed, nose bleed, backache, thirsty n sore throat..Staff cares about how customer feels, provide shade when it's sunny, close door when you are cold... The waitress gives very good recommendations. I like their fried foods: rice, ribs, crabs, calamari..

H Cheng: Food: 5/5

Lawrence Marwong: She is probably in her 70s or 80s and was waiting on tables and refilling the table condiment containers. The secret to a healthy and active old age must be to eat here and stay active. We left her a 30% tip.Go granny!

Eg X: , lobster garlic noodle full of butter decadence, as well as their seasonal veggies that has that signature wok hay and fresh oily flavor such as fermented tofu water spinach or pea sprouts with garlic.

Michelle Vu: . It was mildenough to accompany the flavorful proteins on our table, although you can eat it alone too. My grandma was a fan!-honey walnut shrimp: Battered and thinly-coated shrimp tossed in a mayo sauce that wasn’t too thick although every part of the shrimps were coated. The shrimp meat was soft and chewy.-lobster garlic noodles: A classic lobster dish that had flavorful garlicky egg noodles tossed with garlicky-seasoned lobster. Had to use a fork to pull out the lobster meat.-ginger lobster: Tasty sauce with ginger and spiced coating the lobster meat. Really enjoyed this one!-fried lobster: Always love this dish; it’s better to pull the meat out and then taste some of the breading outside of the lobster shell.-sweet and sour fried pork: Good balance of sweet and tartness coating the breaded pork. The thinness of the pork worked well, and we ate it with fried rice.-crispy fried pork: Tasted garlicky and I liked the jalapeños that came with it. Too salty to eat on its own so we ate this with fried rice too. Same thinness as the sweet and sour pork.-stir fried greens and shiitake mushrooms: This was the last thing I ate because I needed vegetables in me. I love bitter mustard greens. The mushrooms, however, packed such a flavorful punch that it stayed in my mouth, even after dessert. Just be aware of the strong mushroom flavor if you eat this! The meal ended with slices of oranges on ice! The oranges were quite sour but it’s a decent palate cleanser. They also gave us plates and utensils for a cake we brought in. All in all a lovely dining experience for my family!

New Tung Kee Noodle: what do users think?

Steven Cheng: Quick and easy but always fix the craving f crabs. You know what I mean!Very efficient and delicious. Consider cheap as today’s living expenses! You will get a buzzer if your order is to~go!We will continue to come back for sure but may not be this location.Parking: Free parking lot!

Sze Yen Chan: TL;DR: solid food for a decent price, especially liked the daikon rice cake which I haven't seen anywhere else!Super quick service but also gets crowded and filled up very quickly. We were lucky to get seated right away arriving at 1145 or so, but saw a long line when we were leaving. Come early if you don't want to wait!We got two different combination rice stick bowls - one combination with soup, one combination wonton in the dry format. The soup version was pretty good, solid with a ton of ingredients included! The wontons were just ok, for only a dollar or two more though, it was good value since you get the same amount of ingredients as the regular bowl too! The dry noodles were good but not as flavorful as the ones I've ordered at Hai Ky in SF Tenderloin.I also ordered the daikon rice cake with egg and peanut because I've never seen it at other places! It was delicious - crispy with a good flavor from the occasional pop from the preserved radish they added. It reminded me of a better daikon cake from dim sum places because of the crispy texture and egg. Yum!

Soong Soong Restaurant: what do users think?

Sam Ch: Food is good, and the price is fair for nowadays. The service, at least this last time we went, was not as good. First time being there for me. The only problem is after we got our food, the servers basically never came our way to see if we needed anything, or even glanced in our direction so we could flag them down. We wanted to add a dish and we also wanted to ask for a couple glasses of water. Tried flagging them down when they served the other tables, but never looked our way. We had to get up and call them to finally get their attention.

Mark Liu: I forgot how good this place is.Salty Soy bean milk - This is really tailored to my taste. I've had a few of them at famous restaurants in Taiwan but I like this better.Onion cake - very good. Thin and fluffy. Excellent.Spicy beef noodle soup - the soup flavor is very good, spicy enough but what caught my attention is the texture of the noodle. It's very Al dente.Chicken fried rice - I say it's slightly above average. Not bad.Beijing meat pancake - the meat is firmer than I hoped for but the taste and the pancake crust was really good.Walnut chicken - That was the surprised. My son ordered it and I have lots of doubt about it. I've had Walnut prawns before but Walnut chicken... It turned out extraordinary. I didn't like chicken breast but you couldn't tell the difference. It's very crunchy and chewy. The sauce also very good.I'm going to have to come more often.

Ume Chinese Food: what do users think?

Jose Siqueiros: "Absolutely love this Chinese restaurant! The food is consistently delicious, and the staff always greet you with warm smiles and great attitudes. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. The dishes are flavorful, fresh, and authentic. Whether it's the savory stir-fries or the mouthwatering dumplings, every bite is a delight. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience with exceptional customer service!"

Lupe Martinez: We've heard of Ume's quite awhile ago but never had a chance to try them until today. We arrived @ 11:30 AM for an early lunch. Although their weekend offerrings are not as extensive as theirregular week day offerings there was still a good variety to pick from for us to choose from. I opted for their Vegetable Chow Mien & Fried Rice along with Tufu & Vegetables plus Chicken in Black Bean Sauce. It was a very enjoyable meal and I highly recommend these dishes.Their Customer Service was excellent, very professional, prompt, friendly, & courteous, while their Restroom is one of the best maintained by far of any restaurant regardless of status. A definite good lunch eating experience...
