Andrea Saputra: Alright, listen up folks, if you're like me and need a late-night snack fix, Wok n Go is where it's at! Seriously, it's become my go-to spot, and let me tell you, it hits the spot every time.Ordering couldn't be easier - whether I'm giving them a ring or placing my order online, they always have it sorted in a jiffy. And get this, the food? Ready in a flash, like 20 minutes tops. No long waits, just straight to the good stuff. Now, let's talk flavor. Their mapo tofu? Spicy goodness that I just can't get enough of. And the salt and pepper tofu? Crispy perfection. Oh, and don't even get me started on their salt and pepper chicken - it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth!Plus, since I'm usually there when the moon's out, parking's a breeze. Seriously, no stress about finding a spot, which just adds to the whole experience. So, if you're craving some late-night Chinese munchies, Wok n Go has got you covered. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Jack: Pretty good pick up and delivery spot. I recommend the Szechuan chicken dishes. The milk tea is pretty average, but they have a variety of non dairy milk options which is appreciated.

A G: Great food, nice people

Donna Baldwin: I loved the salt and pepper chicken, and the salt and pepper fish. Both were delicious. I'll go back to take out. The shrimp fried rice was good, but nothing special. I'm not a fan of small shrimp because the veins are never removed. The sitting area is small. I can't imagine it being full during lunch or dinner. They seem more of a take out place. No 5 stars here...no restroom, I like to wash my hands before eating.

Donna Fong: This is my family's to go dim sum house in Alameda. The prices are right. The dim sum is rock solid. And the dumplings are huge and good. It is not fancy and most of the time, we really aren't into fancy. We just want it to be satisfying and it is. Service is good and typical for dim sum houses. Parking is easier than Oakland Chinatown and it is safer. It's a no Brainer for us.

Cinde Salazar: stuck to the paper liner, causing the wrapper to tear and ingredients to fall out...not sure if they steamed them too long. They use thick style wrappers on their steamed dumplings should you have a preference; I prefer the thin style. Anyways, it's clear Chef Wok has a loyal following, and the prices are decent. As with most dim sum places, they do get busy on the weekends, so be prepared to stand in line or order ahead and pick up. All in all, if you have the craving, they will help with the fix!

Carol Chong: My family dinner at Chef's Wok was yesterday evening. My brother and sister-in-law chose this restaurant for our Chinese New Year dinner. I lost count on how many courses were served. It must have been a 10 course meal. After dining at Agave, I was not sure if I had enough room to digest all that food. What a combo of meals - Mexican and Chinese - and this morning my stomach was a little queasy. Still, the food was great from both venues.

Melody DeOrnellas: Food was really good. Only one English speaking hostess, so hard to communicate. They forgot 1 ordered item.

zm163usa: Okay,,Parking: There are not many parking spaces. First come first served.

Wesley Hogan: They have an entire gluten free menu! Lots of gluten free options for people with Celiac disease. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive! My girlfriend and I loved it here. The food was delicious and affordable!

Manuel Rendón: Excellent. The exquisite food.

Philip Laird: A hidden gem of a Cantonese restaurant in Chinatown. Dim Sum for lunch, full menu for lunch and dinner.

Valentina Antonini: We stopped for lunch and I must say that I found a welcoming and absolutely characteristic place. But the surprising thing is the DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE menu!Ate very well!Advised!

Karon Rilling: Such a treasure! This was the best Asian food I have ever eaten. Seven of us sat down for a leisurely, conversation-filled dinner. Our server made sure we knew how many servings the designed-to-share dishes included. Her assistant offered suggestions about which sauces complemented which appetizers. Our wine was excellent and very reasonably priced. When the main dishes arrived, we were very happy with the tasty offerings. The several shrimp dishes were especially excellent.Vegetarian options: The vegetarians at our table were pleased with the variety of choices available. They were delighted with their tasty dishes and shared little samples with the rest of the guests.

Kayci Ogden: Gluten-free menu! It is difficult to find gluten-free menus that have good food on them. I ordered the Prawns with Honey Glazed Walnuts. Totally worth it!

Nayeli Constantino: Good taste!!

Pat Toner: Nice for dim sum and small plates, service was wonderful and food was great

Nadia Sofia Gutierrez: and it was soo good, great portion size creamy warm inside. We also got the mongolian beef

MDKAI: How is this place not a 5?! Their service is fast, attentive, prices are reasonable especially for San Francisco. And the FOOD! Literally some of the best local Chinese food I've ever had. Portions are amazing and their crab rangoons are literally perfect. Seriously every time you go here, you MUST try their crab rangoons. You will thank me later.Parking: Just hunt around dinner time for some of the local spots for parking. Or at least park at Safeway.

Rassada “Rusty” Aryuyong: Service was good. Only the restaurant itself feel a little too old. overall it’s sgood place to try.

Aimee H: Fried rice came with big portions and retained some moisture, not too dried. Twice-cooked pork was juicy and came with a good amount of cabbage. Fried reddish cake is crispy outside and soft inside. I like the sweet sauce it came with.Service: 5/5 …

Yusi: is amazing!Plus, look at the size of the Chinese donut!Absolutely amazing! This, ladies and gentlemen, is what genuine Taiwanese food should taste like! An old couple owns the runs this place pretty much all by themselves. They know everyone around here and have been around here for decades. The food here, 100% amazing! Totally mind blowing- soft tofu soup 豆腐脑 only served during weekends and in the morning; probably the only place in the city who makes soft tofu like this- fried donut stick is huge … and taste really good. Check out the photos, it’s as thick as my forearm- the oyster omelet 蚵仔煎 or 海蛎煎 is amazing, fresh oyster mixed with egg and sweet potato starch and fried - lovely- red broiled beef soup and noodle 红烧牛肉面 has a specific flavor that I recognize from my childhood. The beef is juicy and tender. For those from the previous reviews who think Taiwanese food should be more spicy or should be sweet, please go to some random American Chinese restaurant vs, trashing this place. I feel personally insulted reading those reviews…

Angad Bedi: Szechuan chicken

Fabs Guts: The restaurant is very busy, which, in addition to the Michellin recommendation, makes a good impression. The food was tasty, the service was quick. The service fee is debatable, we found it quite high…

Grace Tong: Despite having Michelin awards, the food was honestly just mediocre to me.Additionally, the wait line system was not explained clearly. When we first entered, they asked us to wait outside. After we came back in 30 minutes, they said we should write our name down and wait for another 30 minutes. So, we ended up waiting about an hour to get to a table, which we had to share with others. There is a mandatory 18% service charge along with a 4% SF Employee mandate, and they still asked for a tip. Just no, lol.

Victor Yates: Food was impeccable, the only thing that wasn't excitingly flavorful was the tea which was to be expected. The staff did a tremendous job of serving us amazing food. The actual service was a tad bit slow, however if you don't worry about that then I highly recommend this place. If I was in the area, I would immediately return. Whether you have kids or not, for AMAZING Chinese food this is the place to be.Dietary restrictions: Whatever your need, I'm sure they would be flexible per your request. If unsure, call before hand.Parking: It's downtown so I would park at the closest parking garage then mosey on over.Kid-friendliness: They did an excellent job of serving our children and we had a lot of them.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for entry and exit of restaurant.

Sarah D: A gem on Irving Street, where the competition for good Chinese is fierce, this restaurant stands out. Amazing Chongqing xiao mian, fresh in every possible way. Clean but homey atmosphere, with an employee taking advantage of the lull to trim green beans on a free table. Great value as well. Already making plans to go back with a fellow lover of spicy cuisine.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Dan Dan noodles

Rob Grande: Really spicy, really great flavor!

Wilson Tsang: TLDR: nice lingering spice of tasty food with good service! We ordered the fried fish with chilis in Ainu wok and that was fantastic! The spice is more numbing than burning but it is very spicy to me still! We also ordered the braised pork belly and that was a nice balance to the meal. They also provided us with free sweet and sour soup which was a nice start to the meal. Come check it out if you’re looking for a nice spice and northern Chinese cuisine

SamisTina Samara: its good and friendly but i think they precook some of the items . Portions are really good too.

Shu Doo: I ordered spring rolls, mapo tofu, fried noodles, and BBQ pork rolls. The seasoning was just right, and it was really delicious Chinese food at a reasonable price. It was a homely shop and the staff's service was very good.

Wook Chung: China Live is unique in many ways. You are put in this street market type of atmosphere with touristy, yet quite authentic and modern interior, loud and noisy as ever, while being served pseudo fushion Chinese food. The experience is great overall, especially right by China Town. The food is tasty in most ways. The sea bass was spot on. Some of the buns and dumplings were great. The shrimp / crab spring roll sticks were mindblowing. But also, there were some unnecessary garnishes and overly inventive twists where perfectly good classical food was over spiced or peppered. The presentation was perfect - not too gaudy and adequate to generate a sense of homeliness and small-town street market. Ingrdients are fresh. I would just hope that the chef didn't try too much to pander to tourists. For example, the Peking duck in a pocket is a fabulous idea on paper, but clearly they had pre-made it and it really was cold in the inside. Again, this isn't your classical Chinese restaurant.Service was quite hectic and dismal. Because it was a street market, food would arrive in random order by random people. You had no idea what had arrived or what hadn't, how much you had left, etc. The 8 of us were served in a genuine random way. Even till the very end, we weren't quite sure who our server was. Oh, did I mention our drinks only came out half way through the unstructured meal? Also, they put us on this 6 person table with 2 of us squeezed at the two ends where there was really no place to put your legs.Again, the atmosphere was wonderful and overall, we had a good time. The prices are quite expensive for Chinese food but then, you are paying a premium for the "gentle fusion" experience.Great place to have a date or a business meal. Will certainly return!Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian selection across each section.Kid-friendliness: This place isn't friendly for kids. Too noisy and street/bar style.

Stephanie Curtis: We really enjoyed our food. We had the yangzhou fried rice, the spicy curry, the wings, chicken dumplings with that delicious chili broth, and the char siu crunchy buns. The shaved mango ice with sesame ice cream was sooooooo good.More than anything, we deeply appreciated our server Rafi. My husband always says, "What comes from the heart has a tendency to reach the heart." We felt Rafi's care and attention to detail. He answered our questions and made our first-time experience at China Live unforgettable. He seemed like a genuinely kind person and was absolutely the best server we've ever encountered.

Vivaan Barai: One of the best Chinese food!

khushi passi: This is actually now INDIAN NEPALESE restaurant. Highly recommend because of delicious food and most importantly very gentle behavior of staffVegetarian options: Gobi Manchurian and veg biryani

Chris Dahms: Great! Best Tofu and Eggplant I've ever had! Fried rice was very good also. Prices are very affordable, especially by San Francisco standards. Will definitely return soon.

Michael He: , food quality is decent for this type of restaurant

James Fitts: Love this place , great food. Very good prices , great staff

Benjii gaming online: Located on the border of Chinatown and the financial district of San Francisco, this looks like it was a Chinese food buffet, but now post COVID everything is served behind the counter by the staff. For around $11 dollars, you get all of the portions in the picture I provided. The staff is very friendly and seems to have a good rapport with what seems like steady reoccurring customers. The food is served fast, hot and with great presentation. Parking is touch and go, so I would either walk, Uber or bus it here. No noticable homeless element at time of visit.Definitely going back!!

CJ D: Cheap and good food!
