With a history of back pain, Ross was able to help teach me how to grow a strong back with proper form. Along with his undoubtedly strong skillset and prowess, he's the most humble guy you will ever meet despite his ability to easily lift the back of a pick up truck off the ground.

He was supportive, analytical and encouraging throughout and l couldn't recommend a better PT than Ross of Progression Health.

Cinthia V. Mendoza: . The staff is pretty attentive and welcoming and you’ll never miss the coaches training other people which is great to see! If you’re new you’re entitled to a free coach session with any of the coaches there and then decide if you’d want to pay for your training. The ladies locker is always clean and there’s plenty of available lockers but you should bring your own personal lock.

Ted Downs: Liked the workout. Hard to breath with masks on. Thought I would pass out. Went to upper body Thurs 7:15a. Great mix of resistance bike, kettlebell, barbell, and dumbbells. You follow the video screen for your group.

Dolly: Great community of trainers that care about your health, happiness, your form and results. Its a gym, but its also a community, and pre covid would have a community night at a restaurant with trainers and members. Classes are smaller with covid, yet kept very clean and sanitized.

I am an active gym member; but, have never had such intense, effective and fun workout in only around 45 minutes. Burned around 700 calories at all the classes I attended!! Coaches are very professional, helpful and friendly!! I was on vacation; and Basecamp SF became one of the best attractions to experience during my time in SF!! I highly recommend you to check this amazing fitness institution!!

S Y: Gym is very clean, classes are fun and make me sweat, and members and people working at facility are very helpful and nice too. Shaun at front desk didn't hesitate to help me and did it with a smile. A member of the gym also helped me during class and also saw i needed help after class and helped me again. Made me feel very welcomed and especially that they didn't ignore me when I needed help.

Rachel Laser: This club is fantastic. Looks like a museum from outside. Staff super friendly. Took Amazon metcon and yoga classes. Great location too! Highly recommend.

Angel Batista: in that the building used to be a stock exchange.I saw a negative review regarding not being able to visit on weekends. That's not really an issue since you get access to the other gyms

Jock Putney: By far the best gym vibe in the city. The staff is outstanding and I believe that starts with the leadership. Sydney Thornell, the general manager, is engaged & responsive. You can tell that people genuinely enjoy working there which makes that atmosphere fun. Nic at the front desk always has a smile on his face and goes out his way to make you feel welcomed.Hector does a phenomenal job of keep the locker room in tip top shape. It’s clean and the steam room is a huge plus.I have found the personal training staff to be friendly and helpful. Ava is a new addition there and if I ever was going to use a personal trainer I would definitely work with her.I am impressed by the volume of cardio equipment a variety of classes they have.My focus is on lifting and as a newer member I haven’t taken full advantage of the club but I’m looking forward to it. Yi Chiang: Quite possibly one of the most beautiful gyms you’ll ever see! Pretty open floor plan though there are some interesting choices in where the equipment is placed.Would definitely recommend visiting if during off hours as the setup can get cramped during peaks.Coolest part about the gym is that the locker rooms are in the actual vault
