Paul Schraeder: My stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The best customer service - thanks Antoine and staff! The hotel is central to everything and just three blocks from Chinatown so great food is just steps away.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …

Scott Bartels: Staff is nothing but perfect. Had sticker shock for the price of breakfast that was so so. And again when we got drinks at the bar 48$ for 2 drinks???????Rooms: FabulousNearby activities: About a mile and a half from most activities.Safety: I just feel safe until a Gaza protester came into the resturant

Thorsten Knoop: Location: 5/5

Pam C: Just stopped in to pick niece but this place looks AWESOME. Just walking around the main floor is stellar.Noteworthy details: Statues of all the music/rock stars that have stayed, including Beatles, Bowie, etc and a great statue outside of Tony Bennett

Tenzin Subhar: Amazing experience and exceptional front desk service, especially front desk manager Ashley, she was so helpful, kind and though. When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful, very clean and the location was close to everything especially the cable cars. Loved it here and will definitely visit again.

Oliver Pe: Definitely one of the most convenient and polished airport hotels.Walkability: Air train loop easily connects you to the SFO airport and garagesFood & drinks: Ample options as well as a 24hr shop with a wide varietyNoteworthy details: Modern upkeep and wide bathrooms

Regalia Feng: The unbeatable location makes it the only choice if you do not want to deal with all the uncertainty caused by miserable shuttle service. It is also one of the best kid friendly hotels I have ever been. The little lower handle is perfect for small kids to keep safe during the shower. The room is not big, but it has everything you need. Oh I almost forgot the unbeatable view if you choose the runway room. The food is not very attractive but you got all the Uber delivery if you want to enjoy the meal. Fitness center is also great. The room is also unbelievable quiet. I thought it would be noisy since it is so close to the airport. But it is just quiet. The largest noise you can hear is the wind blowing out of the AC fan. A very nice experience.Transportation through the airtrain system is also convenient. There is 24/7 service for both lines of the airtrain. The price is not cheap but it worthes.Rooms: Clean room with everything you need.

Frank Chen: Loved this place. I’m a globalist member with World of Hyatt, so it’s fair to say that I’ve been staying with Hyatt hotels quite a lot. I’d say this is one of the best Hyatt hotels in the US and definitely the best one in the Bay Area. The rooms, the view and the services are all top notch. The only downside might be with the location - it’s super convenient to go to the airport but a luxury hotel like this should be closer to the city.

ILI D: Truly a remarkable experience at this 5-star hotel! With its unbeatable proximity to SFO, offering unparalleled convenience. The facility is simply amazing – the room, boasting a spectacular view of the runway, exceeded expectations, and the spacious bathroom added to the luxurious experience. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-notch customer service throughout my stay. Although my visit was brief due to an overnight layover flight, I'm already looking forward to returning to San Francisco, and without a doubt, this hotel will be my first choice. Its convenient access to the city makes it the perfect accommodation for future visits.

Keilly Leiva: I recently stayed at the Fairmont Heritage Place -Ghirardelli Square … and one thing I have to say about my experience was that it was perfection! Jean Saint Aubin and the rest of the staff made sure all aspects of our trip was taken care of. Everything including the atmosphere , the staff, and the quality of service was above and beyond. From the greetings everyday, to the care they put into your rooms and common areas, everything was at a top quality service. Sierra Foxtrot: A good hotel with attentive and friendly staff. It has a central location due to its proximity to a large shopping center. From here you can explore San Francisco on foot. The modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows through which you have a good view. There is a luggage storage service for all guests who arrive early or wish to leave in the evening.

Q Wer: comfy, low-anxiety, memorable, & smooth. :

Jarred Capellman: Hands down the best hotel in the world. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last year going to various events in San Francisco. The location is perfect to get around to everything we goto. The rooms have always been super clean, large and luxurious. You really can't beat the floor to glass ceiling views of the bay.The staff has always been courteous even when we have checked in at midnight. The buffet breakfast is also the best breakfast, lots of keto options.Walkability: Giants stadium, Warriors Stadium, Ferry Building and SF Symphony are all within walking distance. Not to mention Enterprise Brewery, Rize Up Bakery and Black Hammer Brewery.

Hortencia Mayorga: Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

James Gilbert: Had the great pleasure of staying in a room with Club lounge access for 4 nights recently with a 20th floor view of seismic proportions. A true treat. Luis and the rest of the lounge staff were as one would hope - helpful, attentive, and great to interact with. The food and beverages were of excellent quality, and the views also from the lounge and the patio were terrific. Do not hesitate to stay here, especially if you opt for the Club lounge. The location can be dicey but that's basically the entire city. So, be a little cautious but do still come.

marcia craw: Rooms: Clean comfortNearby activities: Everything was in walking distanceSafety: Felt very safeWalkability: GreatFood & drinks: Amazing

Laura O: on one slice of sourdough bread. The menu said BLT on baguette with blah blah aioli...sounded good. It was not and the waiter then tried to argue with us about what a baguette was, then tried to tell us that because we were tourists we didn't understand. We aren't, we are from Alameda and just stayed over to go to dinner at HOPR and not have to drive home late after drinking...The calamari was OLD. Like fishy smelling/tasting. We had lunch for four people and it was $250 before tip. Lunch. We went to dinner at HOPR and paid far less for WAY better food. To make a long story long....stay at this hotel because its nice/clean/in a great location but avoid their restaurant like its the plague.Rooms: Rooms are super cute. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean and nice.Nearby activities: There is a cool museum/arcade a few blocks away. You're basically in the middle of the wharf so there is a ton of stuff to do if you're new to the area. If you are not new to the area, you will be sad to see all the old timer restaurants are shuttered

Steve May: Loved our stay at Argonaut. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the neighborhood felt safe. Great location for exploring San Francisco. Really loved our morning walks to see the Harbor Seals and grab coffee.Nearby activities: 10 minute stroll to the Harbor Seals.

Vivian Y: Excellent location and plenty of amenities. But I ended up having to contact the front desk a lot about things that I was supposed to have included in my package like free breakfast and late checkout. The room was cute, but more dimly lit than I prefer. The Jacuzzi tub was a huge highlight, but many of the bathroom fixtures also felt outdated.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and might go back due to the excellent location, but I'm not sure.

Kraig S: , but it did not accumulate. So, you were expected to use the hotel services daily and even with the credit applied, it was fairly pricey for the area.

John Ko: Great location and service. Rooms are comfortable & clean but worn and needs updating. I’ve stayed here many times and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.Walkability: At the border of union square and Chinatown - easy walk to both. Also close to financial district.

Leo Díaz Longhi: Solid hotel. You won't miss anything in particular and you won't need anything else. But nothing over that. If you want to buy something inside the hotel is super expensive.Elevators are slow. It's a tall building.Rooms: Solid and comfortable rooms. Shows the wear of some time but they still are ok.Nearby activities: Middle of SF. Everything starts here. The beach is far, but there are almost no hotels thereSafety: Homeless people are everywhere in SF. Lots of drugs all day long. They won't do you anything, but it is an uncomfortable situation.Walkability: You can't be wrong in the middle of the city. Pay in advance for the public transportation and you'll get everywhere easily.

FaHaD ALSaMi: The location is suitable and close to services, Macys building, Apple and many international brands..The room was very nice. I lived on the 26th floor. The view is beautiful.. the bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet..

Doug Gordy: The rooms are really nice. They are spacious and comfortable. The king bed was a nice quality and the turn down service rocked. They have a really nice setup with the TV where you can stream a device to it, so you don't have to mess with the hotel on demand stuff. The tub was a small thing where you really could just use it as a shower. The shower has a shower head that is adjustable in height. My wife is short and I am tall.... It barely reached my head. It is kinda out of the way from the hustle of downtown and honestly not a lot of restaurants that I enjoy were near. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing here and will bend over backwards for you. I would recommend staying here and probably will stay myself again

Neil V: It's a massive hotel conveniently located near all the popular attractions, including Pier 39 and the Golden Gate. Rooms are decent, but wifi isn't free. It's about $14.99/day for non-members but $1/day for Marriott members. The Roof top bar on the 39th floor was amazing. Also, if you want to save some money then don't buy food or drink from the hotel as they could be expensive. There is Target supermarket just across the road.Rooms: The room was serviced daily and was very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower isn't that great, though.Nearby activities: San Francisco shopping mall, Target, Star Bucks, Super Burgers, Sales Force Tower. Macy's, Cheesecake Factory

A visit worth repeating.Nearby activities: The tourist traps near Fisherman's WharfSafety: ExcellentWalkability: Great, One block from the cable car on Mason and 4 from the Hop On Hop Off.Food & drinks: Just coffee and beverages in the morning and a coffee machine in the rooms

Carmela Tong: told my husband after exchanging hellos, that “they have been expecting us” and that we should have called to inform ahead of late arrival. My husband was patient enough to let her know that he had called earlier to inform about the flight arrival and another call when we were at the airport after finding out of a delayed flight// that we are checking in after 1am. The person on the other line even acknowledged that there is already a note about the late arrival from an earlier call. She sarcastically said that we should know that this Marriott is not a typical hotel which I don’t understand the relevance, although my husband knew it was a vacation villa since this was not his first time to stay. She even went to lecture that next time we should call ahead even after my husband informed her at the start that he did call to notify. She also mentioned that the person my husband spoke to should have explained, implying they were not properly trained regarding how to handle late check-in which IMO, is not our problem but management’s. I’m so ready to snap back but I tried to compose myself because obviously we’re all tired from the long journey and just wanted to rest and she made no sense at all!!! She needs to be trained more than her excuse that her team needs to be trained regarding this. I think she needs to refresh her customer service training for such situations and check for any folio notes, what we experienced is not warranted.I wish others won’t experience what I experienced!Noteworthy details: Location is great. Accessible to nearby attraction. Safe surroundings. Nearby cable car station.

Kevin Gillett: Location was excellent. It was recently renovated in an industrial fashion which was well done. Two drawbacks though... You could hear people in the other rooms. Get the top floor if you can. If you have a car... expect sticker shock for parking. Also note they do not have a restaurant.Rooms: Nicely appointed, but noisy.Walkability: Very close to fisherman's wharf.

Michela: Strategic location, quiet neighborhood. Excellent welcome, the lady at reception gave us some more information on what to see during our stay. Clean rooms well equipped with bathroom accessories and coffee maker. A notable gem was the water dispenser at the complete disposal of customers with the possibility of flavoring it. Gym well stocked with every tool, towels and headphones available for those who want to train. I highly recommend it

Gerhard Holzer: Small hotel in perfect location near to public transport, cable car and many great shopping opportunities. Very fair price-quality ratio, helpful staff and all necessary inventory.Walkability: Cable car station as well as BART and Muni lines at Powell Street / Market Street; union square and a lot of diners, restaurants nearby.

fredrik persson: . The sink was not in the bathroom but just outside. The finish of the room was a bit rough and did have a somewhat unpleasant smell. But minor things in a overall positive stay.We did not experience any disturbing sounds from the street, but from the floor above us.Safety: The building had a security officer present in the lobby during most of our stay. There were also storage lockers. Pretty small though so only suitable for a backpack or two and not luggage.Walkability: The building is located just outside of the famous Tenderloin district. Taking a turn around the corner will immediately present an increased number of "exposed" individuals. We did not feel "not safe", but just something to be aware of.Food & drinks: Being close to Union Square, there are lots of options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can walk to China Town in just a few minutes, or have a good Thai or Pizza on the way.

FLOR MARIA: Hotel highlights Great view

Linda Mac: .

Michael Mrizek (Mig): Really really good place to stay if you have all day events at Moscone. Efficient rooms with bed and bathroom. Very comfortable to sleep or take quick meetings at. Small lounge area and lobby are comfortable but can fill up quickly if a lot of people are staying there. If you enjoy lounging around a hotel room for large portions of your stay, this place is probably not for you.Like all cities in the US, the homelessness crisis is making things difficult for a lot of business so I do not hold it against Sonder. The hotel itself felt very safe, and the streets are generally safe as long as you don’t go too deep into the Tenderloin in the evenings or nights.Walkability: Only a few blocks away from all major transit for the city and a 10 minute walk to Moscone with plenty of coffee shops on the route.Food & drinks: Loads of food in near by Chinatown and around Moscone.

珍珠沒有奶茶: An accommodation with extremely high CP valueVery clean and welcoming placeIt is very close to Powell Street Station, about a 5-minute walk. There is also a 24hrs burger restaurant Carl’s Jr. nearby.

It has a common kitchen to heat food and coffee, tea and water are available all dayThe rooms are not cleaned during the stay but there are towels available to change in the laundry areaQuiet room, super comfortable beds, excellent wifiThe area is only ugly at night because there are a large number of drugged people on the street. There are markets nearby. You must check online before arriving because you have to enter data, SMS arrives, facial recognition, etc. but with time before arriving ready, the keys arrive to be able to enter the hotel and roomRooms: Super girls, there is no room.

Allison: This hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is convenient, situated on the trolley line. The staff superb. The service provided was consistent and accommodating, kind and professional. Specifically Neka and Rico were exceptional. I looked forward to their cheerful smiley greetings and the constant replenishment of bottled waters! I was part of a group in town for a wedding. We all were treated like family.I highly recommend this hotel and the great staff. I thank them for making the trip to SFO that much better.~Allison

Brittany Romick: Always a great experience going to the Omni. People are kind and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and the service is always spot on.Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …

Thérèse Seibert: We came for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and they upgraded our room to a suite! The attentive and friendly staff were without exception ready to make sure your visit was 100% amazing! Even with a Birthday sweets board and Prosecco.Walkability: Right downtown

Jessica Miller: Great location, amazing staff, and extremely clean rooms! This hotel is an absolute gem in San Francisco's business district. All staff were kind, supportive, informative, and very helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The bedding and bed were like a home away from home. The doormen were my favorite, offering directions, and even remembering my schedule and having my car ready.

Tai NGUYEN: Ideal location, we had a wedding 50m away.Close to Chinatown, valet parking, pleasant welcome.Small downside on the absence of a mini fridge in the room.

R. M. C.: seemed within a walk-able distance. If not, there were public transport options with in a few blocks.

Shazza F: everyone was fantastic - clearly, the leadership at the hotel is creating the right culture among the team there. I am rarely as impressed as I was by the staff at the SF OMNI. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room did not have a fridge but they sent one up immediately when I asked, they also allowed a late check out with no extra charge. thank you

Dina Dass: Best hotel experience we have ever had! We were selected as guests of the day, and our room was upgraded and we were surprised to come back to our room and see a bottle of wine and charcuterie waiting for us! The staff members were wonderful from start to finish, and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will be returning customers for sure!

Rachel Choi: I came here for my 30th birthday with my fiancé. It was my first time staying at an Omni hotel, and it definitely did not disappoint! We had the absolute best experience from check in to check out. They confirmed my reservation via text message the day prior to my check in and allowed me to request early check in ahead of time, without having to call. I was provided a free upgrade upon check in and the room was very clean when I arrived. My early check in fee was waived, though I believe that was part of my room upgrade. Everything was in working order and the free toiletries smelled wonderful. They also sent up a small treat to my room for my birthday, which I definitely did not expect, but thoroughly enjoyed! The free slippers provided in the room were very comfortable and cozy. The valet was speedy, courteous, and consistent. The doormen were very kind as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Overall, my stay here was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I will definitely return again and would recommend it to any one interested in staying in SF!

C X: I think the design of this hotel is very good. There is also a slope next to it for dragging luggage. Needless to say, there are steps to walk up and there is an elevator. The room is very clean and tidy. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and explained and introduced the hotel's facilities.

Novi Bear: Visited and stayed for a convention. The room was great. Air conditioning worked the whole time too. My only issues was the lack of ventilation or fan in the bathroom.Rooms: We had a nice 2 queen bed room.Nearby activities: There are lots of places within walking distance.Walkability: The hotel has a central spot for all of the elevators, however you can use the stairs in a pinch.Food & drinks: They have a resturant in the Atrium and many places in walking distance like grand harbor or benihana.

Chris Bergeron (epyon_avenger): , and it seems like folks did the best they could to help with the convention, which is always appreciated. The only minor gripe is that the "oversized" parking couldn't be used without a room key, so when the garage was inevitably full from the con, people had to go find off-site parking. Beyond that, parking prices weren't bad

Candy Marie Bickett: The service at this Hyatt is impeccable, very professional, responsive, and polite. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The amenities are what I hope they would be, and the Belgian waffles are delicious! The only issue I had was the very dry air in the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Matthew DiPietro: It's a rather nice hotel, especially for being near the airport. The room was well appointed and comfortable with very good blackout shades. Shower was good too. Service at the hotel was excellent and everything is clean. The interior atrium here makes a pleasant space to spend time in. The food is good for hotel food but is fairly pricey for what you get.

Leo Lopez: A large hotel with 4 or 5 star services. Good size rooms with adequate services. The price is in line with what you receive. The bar and restaurant offer good dining options and prices also in line with what you receive.

From Jane at the front desk to the room service staff, they were all extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable bedding, quiet AC. As a Marriott Platinum member I was made to feel special during the check-in. Definitely a benchmark for other Marriott properties.

DvGns DG: This place was really good I am kinda late to review this place but I was obsessed with the lobby and the pool. Once in a while they put movies for kids to watch in the pool and its old class made the whole hotel chic.

J. R.: , excellent service, the individual petit sandwiches were delicious and the desserts provided were nicely displayed and tasty. Beware, just the tea service will run you $65 each. We purchased a bottle of Chandon sparkling wine and that added another $75 to our tab, plus the Palace valet parking is another $30

The Simple Travels: Situated in the financial district of San Francisco the hotel is easy to get to from the airport via the BART Montgomery St Station. While the Palace Hotel is a fantastic overall hotel, the crown jewel is indeed the Garden Court. Situated in the heart of the hotel, enjoy breakfast from the menu or from the buffet or have lunch or tea.Visit the Pied Piper Restaurant to see the famous painting and visited the small mini museum of keepsakes from hotel past. The hotel staff was fantastic from Juan at the concierge desk to Yenny from house keeping. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and most certainly would return if/when we get a chance.

Carmetta Joyner: Hotel highlights Luxury

Pedro Pablo Ge Acuña: , the pool girl who works in the housekeeping department, she took excellent care of us and gave me nice details for my birthday I got an excellent opinion this is the best hotel in San FranciscoRooms: Exelente

Garth Riley: We had a wonderful stay here on our vacation. Excellent location for exploring. Comfy rooms. Great staff. The Pied Piper was nice to relax in for a bit and the breakfast buffet was decent.Rooms: Smallish room but very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very cleanSafety: We always felt safe during our stayWalkability: Lots to see and do around the hotel. Easy walking

Shailaja Shetty: Impeccable service and the apartments .. nothing to complain .. Our sincere thanks to Kyle at the front desk for all his help , recommendations and help with reservations.Rooms: Very neat, clean and well done up and equipped.

Pamela Meek: It doesn't get much better than the R-C Club! Yes, the apartment was super, but it is always the staff that makes your stay memorable. Travis, Carmela, Karena, all the valet gentlemen made sure we felt welcome and we'll cared for. The cardio and weight rooms were tops. We had a wonderful stay.Walkability: Head out in any direction to get to know the city. We walked all the way to Fisherman's Wharf. We walked to the SF Playhouse for a musical, shopping is nearby. SF is struggling to keep stores open and luring workers back to their offices. Now is a great time to visit.

Bobby Chen: Amazing hotel and wonderful service strongly recommend

Jared Byrne: I regularly attempt to stay at Marriott Hotels on my travels, and this hotel is a great example of why: this is a nice hotel, that has been kept clean - and they have excellent, world-class service! Admittedly, I didn't attempt to use the Gym or the restaurant during my stay, so can't soak directly to those items. The reality that this Marriott is in an amazing location, with a lot to see at a short walk, is an added bonus.

José Manuel González: Went for a business trip. Good breakfast selection every morning starting 6:30amGood service across the board, free tickets to the cable car and dessert coupons.Quiet and cleanNearby activities: Touristic areas in a 2 mile radius and plenty of transportation options.

Dan Tiamzon: I have stayed here twice now and this hotel has always provided top tier hospitality and treated me with excellent service. Given the check in time is later in the afternoon, the front desk accommodated early check-ins arriving around noon. Front desk was very thorough explaining amenities and the hotel fees. Housekeeping team was very accommodating. Rooms are great, nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Great location, walking distance to the wharf with lots of activities to do.The management of this hotel deserves all the praise for this reason: I had a package shipped to the hotel but it didn't arrive until after I had checked out and left town. I contacted the hotel to see what they can do and the director went out of their way to bring the package to the mailing service to do a "return to sender". The package eventually made it back to me. I am a very happy customer and will be staying here again in the future.

Gabriella Rivera: The truth is that I had a very pleasant surprise, on the outside the hotel looks very dated and old, but inside it is modern, comfortable and very quiet despite being between streets that are very busy in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, I don't know. hear no noise coming from outside.Rooms: Very nice rooms, very clean, very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotel beds I have been in. I slept like a princessNearby activities: It is in the center of the city, 1 and a half blocks from the street most visited by tourists, Embarcadero Street, close to many restaurants, clubs, church, everything is within walking distance.Safety: The security of the hotel is very good, very well maintained and protected, you have the option of being able to park your car inside the parking lot of the hotel building, although it has a high cost.Walkability: Super good location 👌🏼 to walk everywhere. It is in the center of the city, 1 and a half blocks from the street most visited by tourists, Embarcadero Street, close to many restaurants, clubs, church, everything is within walking distance.Food & drinks: It has room service, you can also have breakfast at the hotel with buffet service at an extra cost per person.

Shopaholic: and Pier 33 for Alcatraz. We also did the “Big bus” so we could see all the tourist attractions and the first stop was close by so that was convenient. Taking transit in the city was also pretty convenient from this location. If you’re from Toronto, it’s basically like taking the TTC. Overall great experience for our first time in SF!

L C: and trolly stops.Parking is valet only and costs $70 - $85, depending on the size of the car, but there are cheaper overnight parking lots found east of North Point St.Also, a $30 credit is given per room to use at their restaurant, but it's pricey and that credit will be used up quickly. We ordered 3 orange juices and 3 coffees and the bill was over $60. If using the credit to get coffee/juice, make sure you are not getting charged for the full breakfast/brunch.The general building was well kept, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly and attentive.

Arnaud Terrien: Perfect hotel for discovering San Francisco. Very well located not far from Fisherman's Wharf. Spacious and temperate rooms. It is possible to have breakfast either à la carte or at the buffet, offering a variety of choices ranging from sweet to savory, all of good quality but at a relatively excessive price. The servers and reception are smiling and attentive.

Dan Dvorak: . Decent towels. Plenty of USB and charging sockets.Walkability: Located pretty close to the cable-car turnaround and the Fisherman's Wharf. We walked to Pier 39Food & drinks: The hotel bar / restaurant was better than expected. Free sundae was nice.
