Angelica SF: My husband and I went here for a Friday night dinner. We did reserve online on the same day. I think we were lucky since most folks were probably out of town.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service was superb and they were very attentive. We ordered dessert wine and I didn’t like mine. I usually wouldn’t say it but the owner asked. He replaced my drink and it was delicious 👌🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food was good too! We ordered the paella negra, crab croquette, and basque cheesecake. I expected a bit more with the cheesecake, but it tasted like a normal one. Not the Basque style but still good.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ambiance was great. We liked the music played and it felt intimate. There were families dining as well.

Jewel Swanson: A really great tapas place, and one of the hest happy hours in the city. 15 dollars for a nice carafe of sangria, dollar oysters, and more. I always order the patatas bravas and spanish omelette, love their fish, their paella is really decent and great for the price, and almost every dish I have had aside from that has been great, especially the stews. Perfect for groups, large and small, dates, friendly get togethers, and any other time.you want affordable and good food and drink.
Sandra Salmeron: Very delicious food and attention

Matt Easton: and Pulpo
Jenny Vereschagin: . I tried a vermouth and it was very similar to the flavor I enjoyed in Spain. My husband had a Spanish red wine
Aaron: ! Also if you lean vegetarian there are loads of amazing options.Kid-friendliness: It’s mostly adults but we’ve brought our kids and they were great with them. I’d stay in the earlier side because it can get busy later on.
Michelle Barnes: Visited to celebrate my mom's birthday. We made a reservation on a Sunday at 6:30pm via Opentable for their paella and tapas pre-fixe menu, which includes a paella for the table, 2 tapas, and 1 dessert per person. We opted for the mixed seafood and chorizo paella and they were able to accommodate my mom's request for no oysters in the paella. They started us off with the Spanish cheese tasting, which included 3 varieties of cheese that were nicely proportioned so each of us got to try a slice of each. For the tapas, we opted for patatas bravos, jamon croquettes, tortilla espanola, and stuffed piquilo peppers. I also ordered a sangria, which was a pretty small portion for the price. The tapas were all quite good and by the time the paella arrived we were already pretty well fed. For dessert we got the chocolate olive oil almond cake, which was a very thin layer of cake covered with tons of shaved coconut and the tres leches pumpkin bread pudding, which was unique but not a personal favorite. While I quite liked the cheese and tapas, the paella and desserts were just all right
Jenny Xu: I came here with a group of 10 and this place was great for a group dinner - the table was pre heated and the table was outside at a private event!Good:- Great tapas style place- We got a bottle of white wine as well to go with our dishes and they poured it all out really nicely for us- My favorite tapas were the pulpo, the meatballs, the bacon wrapped dates, and the empanadasBad:- The wait times were long between some of the initial dishes, but then got quicker over time which was good!- The service was slow to come outside to help- The shishito peppers were way too spicy!Overall, what a fun place to take a big group, and festive!

Erfan Karimian: I had an exceptional dining experience at Bellota Restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a stylish and modern decor that set the tone for a memorable night. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, with our server taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food - every dish was expertly prepared and presented, with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The highlight was the paella, which was cooked to perfection and full of savory goodness. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to using high-quality ingredients. Bellota Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and a lively atmosphere. Five stars and I can't wait to go back!

Trace Henley: It was pricey, but I can truly say it was worth every penny. The people were kind, helpful, and friendly. The food was phenomenal. The ambience was both joyful and romantic. The only problem I had was that it was too good and too much, and we couldn't possibly eat everything we ordered!
Tim Wang: The best paella in SF. I studied abroad in Valencia and outside of Valencia, this is the best paella I’ve had. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The appetizers and sangria were also terrific. A+ friendly service as well.Recommended dishes …

Teddi Carbonneau: We had a wonderful evening at this bistro. The service was very friendly and it had a fun and funky ambiance. I lived in Spain for a few years and love good tapas. B44 did not disappoint. We shared a salad along with sizzling gambas ajillo and patatas bravas. They served bread to dip into the hot shrimp and garlic oil. I had the crema Catlana for dessert, and it was the best I have ever had. The caramelized sugar crust and creamy custard had just a hint of orange.
A K: restaurant. Wines were mostly from Spain or France

Jason Siow: Amazing food, atmosphere.Their Cajun shrimp is a MUST ORDER. The sauce, together with their free flow bread is heavenly.I could eat just that for days.
Cristina M: The best restaurant this side of town, this place never disappoints. Friends and I come on a near monthly basis and always bring out of town guests here - it's always a highlight of any visit to SF.Great vibe, consistently excellent food, and the sangria is on point. Best bread in town too. Go for the shrimp dish with the bread.
