Sina -: They have a wide variety of chocolates from different regions, mostly dark chocolate. You can sample chocolates from various origins, and besides chocolate bars, they also offer a range of gift boxes. chocolates are very a rich, bitter flavor, quite different from traditional American chocolate shops. Here, the focus is on intensity, and the chocolates are not very sweet.Various chocolate bakery- **Canele**: Very delicious, with a rich, bitter chocolate flavor. It's crispy on the outside and chewy inside, perfect with tea or coffee.- **S'more Cocoa Marshmallow**: The torch-toasted marshmallow and chocolate are crispy outside with a molten center. The marshmallow is homemade and fresh, served warm and quite sweet.- **Florentine**: Caramelized crispy shell filled with chocolate. The caramel shell is tasty- **Carrot Cake**: Not good, as the strong cinnamon flavor overwhelms the chocolate taste, and the texture is coarse. Best to avoid.V They offer various beverages, including hot chocolate, and you can enjoy complimentary chocolate cookies and housemade marshmallows.I don't like the cold cocoa drinks since doses taste cocoa but too many other spices. You can book a chocolate-making tour, which runs every hour until 2 pm daily. A guide will take you through the factory, explaining the process from cacao bean to chocolate bar. The tour costs $20 per person and is worth checking out if you're interested.
Samuel Roth: It's very cool to sit in the cafe and look through the glass into the small factory where the chocolate is made.
Deklan Reign: The chocolate melts in your mouth! đ
nguyen Lam Cuong: Chocolate is very delicious
Ali: I tried their marshmallow chocolate tart, an it wasnât for me at all. This is absolutely subjective.Their drinks are well made, and I suggest you book for the chocolate tour which can give you an overview of bean to bar chocolate making process. All the best team!
Misha Kestler: Took the chocolate truffle making class last night and it was so much fun, exceeded my expectations! Cesar Navarro: I recently discovered an incredible churro stand that instantly transported me back to my unforgettable culinary experiences in Puerto Vallarta. This stand serves up the most authentic and delicious churros Iâve had since my trip, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Each churro is a perfect blend of crispiness and softness, dusted with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. The fillings elevate these treats to a whole new level. Whether you're indulging in the classic plain churro or opting for the decadent options like vanilla, Nutella, strawberries, or caramel, every bite is pure bliss. The quality and authenticity of these churros make this stand a standout in the Bay Area. It's the only place Iâll go for churros, and I guarantee it will become your favorite too. Simply put, these are the best churros youâll find outside of Mexico!
Teri Wong: Super quick and friendly service, not to mention delicious churros!
Obadiah Watkins: Great churros!
Tai: The best!!! Weâve been coming here for years and the churros are always good! My favorite fillings are the Carmel and vanilla! Churros are nice and hot, fresh and super yummy! Highly recommend
P P: Definitely a hidden gem to savor some freshly made churros! It's in across the street from In-n-out burger in San Leandro right by the intersection of Hesperian and Lewelling.
Christina P.: Love her churros, been going here over 10 years.
Alison Roessler: Delicious churros made to order. Best when they are still warm. We tried all the flavors, my favorite was the regular but the strawberry was good too! Would definitely come back when a churro craving hits.
Zafir Shaiq: , but I prefer Rico's Churros. Rico's gives you more bang for your buck. I would eat here again, but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.
Daniel Flores: Booked Churros Mexicanos for wedding, they were a hit! Guests thrilled with truck arrival and lively atmosphere. Only caterer found who fried fresh on-site, they did a fantastic job. Churros filled to order, no lines or waits despite 130 guests and multiple orders. Hourly rate is a plus, guests could try different flavors. Note: follow up multiple times to confirm contract/deposit, but well worth the extra effort. Guests will remember your event forever with Churros Mexicanos.
Francisco Leung: We ordered Chocolate-filled and Vanilla-filled Churros. They are fried and stuffed to order, so there may be a little wait. Tasted great and fresh. Prices are reasonable. She only spoke Spanish with us.
Nicole Macuil: Above and beyond! The best best best churros in the entire world! They are so professional, punctual, fast, friendly! I mean they will literally cater to you! I've used them twice already and already want to have another party to have themBack! They are just incredible ! The churros are sooooooo good you willSpend your entire time in line! So happy to have found them!

Aditi Kulkarni: Very enjoyable balance of unique flavors. Hugely admired the care in craft and attention to detail. Worth all your money âșïžFood: 5/5Recommended dishes Medium Truffle Box âŠ
Ernie Wu: I had my first Socola chocolate when co-founder Susan Lieu hosted a late night tasting event in 2014 at an alumni conference. My oldest child, Ming Li, was with me. Afterwards I ordered some chocolate to share with the rest of the family. That has evolved into ordering Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn chocolates to send to both my kids. We text about the different flavors and which ones we like most. It's been a lovely way to send a care package that connects us to each other with flavors that creatively connect us to our Asian heritage. So awesome!
Sachin Shastri: Their Kheer White Chocolate Bars are perfection!Food: 5/5 âŠ
Hibiki The Shiba: If you are craving chocolates from Paris but you canât go to Paris⊠come enjoy their chocolates!!! Taste like Jean Paul HĂ©vin!đ€©đ€©
Amanda Samuel: We have used Socola for company events and celebrations multiple times and theyâre always great! The chocolates are excellent and Wendy and the team are so easy to work with.
Jonathan Leach: This is chocolate that loves you back . Absolutely the best and most unique thing I have found in the city.
ayush kalani: It's a cute little confectionary store with some exotic chocolate flavors. It was founded by two Vietnamese American sisters. The chocolates are pretty good and each box of chocolate comes with a small booklet which lists out all the different flavors. You have a bunch of different options to pick from, and you can get them in different sets- set of 4, set of 12. You can also buy individual pieces. The staff was kind enough to give me some samples to try. This store puts a lot of time and effort into the presentation of their chocolates and packaging, and I appreciate that. Definitely recommend checking this place out. You wouldn't be disappointed.Parking can be tricky during rush hours, so I recommend parking at second street plaza parking. It's a 2 minute walk from there. It's a bit expensive. They charge $3 for 15 minutes.
Jxx X: , and explained the menu boxes and the individual flavors. The packaging is thoughtful and looks to be reusable, if youâre into that. I very much enjoyed the custom boxes I purchased, especially the tea flavors. I will most certainly return for more!
Daphne Chen: A quaint little shop with creative chocolate flavors that would make for a sweet special gift.
Karthik Marut: Their chocolates are amazing! I tried guava truffle and toasted coconut and sesame milk chocolate bar. Both were so delicious. Very friendly and patient folks
Midori Wada: is excellent. You canât find this anywhere else â it feels like a true SF classic.
Elizabeth Purdy: I got some custom chocolates for a work event recently and they came out amazing. Not only are the chocolates delicious, but Wendy was super attentive to our needs and was wonderful to work with. On theme with the event, we had custom color prints on the chocolates themselves, and I worked with Wendy to pick out the packaging that worked best for us. Everything was ready on the date requested and wrapped to perfection. Our guests were so happy to have these as takeaway treat at the end of the evening. Some didn't even make it out the door without digging in!

Suzette L. Davidson: This is one of my favorite businesses in Berkeley. Excellent quality chocolates, handmade, right there. Delicious. And their chilled and hot chocolate beverages are to die for. Great service and limited people inside the shop for Your Health and Safety during this new time of pandemic. I have also ordered chocolates delivered and those were Fantastic. They continue to be a favorite for me.
George Pell: Good chocolates.Best tasting hot chocolate ever, but it empties my guts rather quickly, would be good to have a tasty hot chocolate when preparing for a colonoscopy.
