Recchiuti Confections at the Ferry Building: what do users think?

Paulette Bean: OMG! I was gifted a Black Box as a birthday gift and I have to say, I have not had a finer selection of chocolates ever. The flavors are incredible. The ones with tea and coffee flavors are fabulous. I saved the candied orange peel for a friend and she LOVED it. The only one in this box so far that I did not care for is the Rose Caramel - the rose geranium oil flavor was strong and made me think of a room freshener. But, then again, it may just be my palate. I just checked out the website and am thinking hard about making a selection. Very pricey, but the chocolates are to die for.

Jxx X: Expensive but totally worth it. Very interesting flavors. The truffles should be savored, allowing the flavors to develop over time. I wish they had a make your own box option, as I can’t stand coffee, mint, or lemon in chocolate. The brownies are delicious and should be eaten in pairs, I think. The cherry two ways are pretty good. I find eating them in handfuls confuses one’s taste in a pleasing way. Not a fan of the s’mores. The dark chocolate Easter eggs are amazing! When I die, bury me with a box of ginger hearts!

Tom Keefe: Excellent chocolate!!!

Mark Cruz: Delicious chocolates. We bought some for ourselves and for gifts.

Danny Kawadri: In the past two years, many small businesses permanently closed their doors. I’m happy that this place did not.

Ricky Weston: I just ordered the key lime pears and vanilla bean marshmallows. Both are equally spectacular!! Very high quality products, and worth every penny! The marshmallows are, by far, the best I've ever had. Absolutely amazing! Wonderful job packing for shipping! I will be buying more! Thanks!!

Elaine Middlekauff: Corina provided outstanding service in helping me select a gift box of their gourmet chocolates. She was kind, patient and offered her valued opinion in choosing between two options. Every time I visit the Ferry Building I stop to pick up gift boxes of chocolates, which are exceptionally well received with many compliments for their unique infusions.

Seth Allen: Ordered online. Very good customer service. I had troubles completely outside of their control, and they helped me out anyways. Greatly appreciated.

Dandelion Chocolate 16th Street Factory: what do users think?

Sina -: They have a wide variety of chocolates from different regions, mostly dark chocolate. You can sample chocolates from various origins, and besides chocolate bars, they also offer a range of gift boxes. chocolates are very a rich, bitter flavor, quite different from traditional American chocolate shops. Here, the focus is on intensity, and the chocolates are not very sweet.Various chocolate bakery- **Canele**: Very delicious, with a rich, bitter chocolate flavor. It's crispy on the outside and chewy inside, perfect with tea or coffee.- **S'more Cocoa Marshmallow**: The torch-toasted marshmallow and chocolate are crispy outside with a molten center. The marshmallow is homemade and fresh, served warm and quite sweet.- **Florentine**: Caramelized crispy shell filled with chocolate. The caramel shell is tasty- **Carrot Cake**: Not good, as the strong cinnamon flavor overwhelms the chocolate taste, and the texture is coarse. Best to avoid.V They offer various beverages, including hot chocolate, and you can enjoy complimentary chocolate cookies and housemade marshmallows.I don't like the cold cocoa drinks since doses taste cocoa but too many other spices. You can book a chocolate-making tour, which runs every hour until 2 pm daily. A guide will take you through the factory, explaining the process from cacao bean to chocolate bar. The tour costs $20 per person and is worth checking out if you're interested.

Samuel Roth: It's very cool to sit in the cafe and look through the glass into the small factory where the chocolate is made.

Deklan Reign: The chocolate melts in your mouth! 😍

nguyen Lam Cuong: Chocolate is very delicious

Ali: I tried their marshmallow chocolate tart, an it wasn’t for me at all. This is absolutely subjective.Their drinks are well made, and I suggest you book for the chocolate tour which can give you an overview of bean to bar chocolate making process. All the best team!

Misha Kestler: Took the chocolate truffle making class last night and it was so much fun, exceeded my expectations! Steven is an incredible instructor and he was highlight of the class for us - he’s passionate, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful!Came home with truffles and ganache - chocolate heaven.Highly recommend this class as a date, for couples, with friends, or even solo!

Feve Artisan Chocolatier: what do users think?

Emma Malz: My husband is awesome and brings me chocolate from his business travels. I've had the privilege to try chocolate from all over the world, and this chocolate officially ties for first place in my book. I don't know how they do it. The flavors are so distinct and perfect together. Each one is like it's own little book. I'm blown away. You guys are great at what you do. Bravo!

Larry B.: Feve chocolates are outstanding! I order them frequently. The flavors in the bars are immensely accurate. You feel that you are eating real raspberry cheesecake, a spoonful of peanut butter and cinnamon sprinkled toast with the perfect amount of sugar. The truffles are deeply rich. The quality of chocolate used in all of the items we have ordered has been outstanding, the best I have encountered. For shipment orders, Feve preserves every bar and box in vacuum sealed wrappers. This retains freshness to the point that you feel you picked up the items directly in their store. I highly recommend their chocolates!

P Pal: Feve is a chocolatier with outstanding quality products. Seasonal varieties are always something to look forward to. A must visit during my trips to San Fransisco.

Jeanni Miranda: I received a delicious giftbox, 21 piece’s of Chocolate! I can’t stop sampling all the amazing flavors. Each piece is beautifully decorated. I will definitely purchase as a gift or for myself. 😋 yummy

T G: The chocolate quality here is far above the usual find. The flavors are creative and well-balanced. Every piece was special. I will be back to try more!

Michael Kostove: Wow. 😋. A little pricey for my own wallet but yummy!! Good people.

Modupe Odusote: My chocolate life is complete since discovering these chocolates, after receiving them as a gift last Christmas. I’ve since ordered them five times, for myself and as gifts for others. My most recent delivery made me write this review as I appreciate how well-packaged they arrived. I was worried they might melt from fedex delivery all the way to NJ but feve shipped my chocolates packaged in a cooler bag with ice packs. I love this chocolatier and they will remain my go-to for sugar-joy.

Heidi Beck: Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking situation. Yummy chocolate.

Madison Bryan: The passion fruit truffles are spectacular!

Hal Lonas: Amazing high end hand-crafted chocolates by an extremely dedicated team of passionate chocolatiers.

Anna Sheu: for $1 a piece.

Jazzy Piper: The best chocolates I've ever had. I thought Dilettante chocolates were good, until I had Feve chocolate. Dilettante chocolate is now in second place. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Jo Nardi: Amazingly delicious chocolate!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Kalin Schmitz: The chocolate here is so amazing. I would recommend this place to any lover of chocolate! This chocolate is the real deal, and the staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about.

Christopher Elbow Chocolates: what do users think?

Dominic Terrones: Luxury hot chocolate, delicious chocolates, extremely friendly staff.Hot coco was super rich, I’d highly recommend the marshmallow.Macadamia Praline was my favorite and unbelievably flavorful. Kentucky Bourbon one had a darker flavor that contrasted well. Carrot cake tasted exactly like carrot cake. The staff was really kind to us and each other. Love it here

Hemshree Mangrola: People here are really passionate and want to help you get the best experience. They took the time to explain me different drinks and recommended changes according to my preference.I ordered the mocha with no simple syrup and no marshmallow fluff. Loved the rich, creamy, dark chocolate flavored mocha.

Virginia Huffman: We received a box of chocolates from a coworker. So very thoughtful. It was our first time trying Christopher Elbow chocolates. So beautiful and delicious. We are treasuring every bite.Glad to know we can order online or take a quick trip to SF to replenish our stash.

Socola Chocolatier: what do users think?

Aditi Kulkarni: Very enjoyable balance of unique flavors. Hugely admired the care in craft and attention to detail. Worth all your money ☺️Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Medium Truffle Box …

Ernie Wu: I had my first Socola chocolate when co-founder Susan Lieu hosted a late night tasting event in 2014 at an alumni conference. My oldest child, Ming Li, was with me. Afterwards I ordered some chocolate to share with the rest of the family. That has evolved into ordering Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn chocolates to send to both my kids. We text about the different flavors and which ones we like most. It's been a lovely way to send a care package that connects us to each other with flavors that creatively connect us to our Asian heritage. So awesome!

Sachin Shastri: Their Kheer White Chocolate Bars are perfection!Food: 5/5 …

Hibiki The Shiba: If you are craving chocolates from Paris but you can’t go to Paris… come enjoy their chocolates!!! Taste like Jean Paul Hévin!🤩🤩

Amanda Samuel: We have used Socola for company events and celebrations multiple times and they’re always great! The chocolates are excellent and Wendy and the team are so easy to work with.

Jonathan Leach: This is chocolate that loves you back . Absolutely the best and most unique thing I have found in the city.

ayush kalani: It's a cute little confectionary store with some exotic chocolate flavors. It was founded by two Vietnamese American sisters. The chocolates are pretty good and each box of chocolate comes with a small booklet which lists out all the different flavors. You have a bunch of different options to pick from, and you can get them in different sets- set of 4, set of 12. You can also buy individual pieces. The staff was kind enough to give me some samples to try. This store puts a lot of time and effort into the presentation of their chocolates and packaging, and I appreciate that. Definitely recommend checking this place out. You wouldn't be disappointed.Parking can be tricky during rush hours, so I recommend parking at second street plaza parking. It's a 2 minute walk from there. It's a bit expensive. They charge $3 for 15 minutes.

Jxx X: , and explained the menu boxes and the individual flavors. The packaging is thoughtful and looks to be reusable, if you’re into that. I very much enjoyed the custom boxes I purchased, especially the tea flavors. I will most certainly return for more!

Daphne Chen: A quaint little shop with creative chocolate flavors that would make for a sweet special gift.

Karthik Marut: Their chocolates are amazing! I tried guava truffle and toasted coconut and sesame milk chocolate bar. Both were so delicious. Very friendly and patient folks

Midori Wada: is excellent. You can’t find this anywhere else — it feels like a true SF classic.

Elizabeth Purdy: I got some custom chocolates for a work event recently and they came out amazing. Not only are the chocolates delicious, but Wendy was super attentive to our needs and was wonderful to work with. On theme with the event, we had custom color prints on the chocolates themselves, and I worked with Wendy to pick out the packaging that worked best for us. Everything was ready on the date requested and wrapped to perfection. Our guests were so happy to have these as takeaway treat at the end of the evening. Some didn't even make it out the door without digging in!

Phuong Mai: If you love chocolate, you must stop in here. Jack is always ready to share his chocolate knowledge. Just walk in and tell him what you're looking for in a bar, whether it's something fruity or floral, dark or milky, he will be able to direct you to at least half a dozen bars matching what you want. Simply incredible. For a small shop, the selection is tremendous.

Chase McNeil: the finest chocolate shop i've been to on earth - wide selection and great advice

Magic T: Tasty cookies. Cute names. Fun little spot. I've hit their Castro and polk street locations and both are good.

Lorenza G: This is the most amazing chocolate shop I’ve been to.Has over 1k bars that are bar to bean, a ton of local, National and international. Some crazy and delicious inclusion bars as well as pure ones.Support small chocolatiers and small business owners and give this place a try.Everyone in the shop is also amazing and will help you find the best bars for you in case you feel a bit overwhelmed or don’t know where to start! Some my fave brands so far: Hogarth, Fossa, Tiny House, Markham & Fitz.

Briana Fortnam: Best chocolate store ever!! And definitely the best in the San Francisco Bay Area! The owners of this place are so nice and generous, always offering to give us samples. Prices are reasonable compared to other chocolate shops and grocery stores.FYI: masks are required to enter the store for everyone’s health & safety.

Doug Crouch: Wow, so much chocolate! Willy Wonka would be jealous. Cooper gives it 5 wags.

C K: They sell chocolates from all over the world, including Pingtung chocolate from Taiwan! It is recommended to order customized boxes in advance as they cannot be printed on the same day. Please wear a mask to enter

Javad Kouchakzadeh: The best chocolate shop I've ever been too. I was able to find every bar of chocolate that I've ever tried, as well as huge variety of new chocolates that I'm eager to try.The man behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to dedicate some time to helping me find what I was looking for and how to branch out. Jayps Gabionza: . And if its cold, I recommend their Mission

Gala Shrenik: Got them as a gift, each and every flavor is amazing

Am: I had a bit of sticker shock initially as these are quite pricey, but then I tasted them and they really are super delicious and interesting truffles! There are lots of tasty and unique flavors, the pistachio strawberry one was so good! The only thing that I would personally want different would be: I don’t like the use of artificial colors, which I understand are necessary to make the cool designs on the top of the truffle, but it would be cool if there was an option to just have them “blank” if you will 😊 All in all though very delicious treats and I’m thoroughly enjoying going through my box of truffles every day lol

francesca sands: Amazing chocolates! We got the passionfruit, the chai, and the sea salt caramel. All incredible and with a beautiful, unique design on each. The store owner was so lovely and explained how they did the designs on each chocolate also! Cannot wait to come back.

Gavin Zau: Beautiful chocolates with many different flavors. Staff is helpful and friendly

Heather Estes: Marvelous place with extraordinary chocolate and attentive staff. Love the tastes of the individual chocolates. Each one is intensely itself. Earl Grey, Irish Coffee and the fruit flavors. Base chocolate is very high quality. It shows. So many options to choose from. We are still sampling from our box. Chocolate orange cookie is also so flavorful. Not lots of space to sit and that is just fine. Try the chocolate cereal bowl. Amazing.

Bruna Portes: Best hot chocolate of my life!!!!!!

Kyle LeGrow: Fire service and Bussin chocolates 🍫Keepin it locked down with traces origins on all ingredients is so heady!

Thomas Yan: Hidden gem of a chocolatier! Beautiful gift sets or worth just trying out a few. Mandarin Orange was my favorite out of the few I enjoyed

Gulia Koroleva: Very strong flavors. Even rum raisin was overwhelming.

Yoshiro: They have awesome premium chocolates and goodies that are delicious and great for a nice gift! 🎁💐

Sam Russell: I was very pleasantly surprised by how much flavor was packed in these truffles- not that I had low expectations, I just had no expectations as I hadn't heard of them before despite chocolate being a bit of a hobby. The truffles were well done and just popped with flavor. Some shells were a bit thicker than desired but overall very worth getting a box!

Humberto Castañeda: Iconic

Heather Kirkpatrick: When they bring 3 spoons with a sundae, it is for a reason. Take at least another person to share. They're amazing and worth every penny for the experience. Tip: Just buy a box of their double fudge chocolate chip brownie mix at the grocery store. A single brownie is $5, which is a whole box at the store. Then again, if this is a family vacation... go for the whole experience!

Tanner Leavitt: Of course dessert is going to be next level when made with Ghirardelli Chocolate. Although last time I was here they gave everyone a free chocolate square, it seems they have quit doing that. Still a must stop if you are in San Francisco!Recommended dishes Golden Gate Banana Split …

Geoffrey Bishop: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.I ordered their signature sundae, and it was a taste sensation. The combination of rich, creamy ice cream, decadent hot fudge, and crunchy toppings was simply heavenly. Every bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving more. While the quality of the ice cream is top-notch, I must admit that the prices are a bit on the high side. However, considering the generous portions and the exceptional quality, it's definitely worth the splurge for a special treat or occasion. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delectable offerings!

Mike & Nikki Popata: The sundaes are awesome! Service was awesome! We were pretty lucky as we managed to be there at 'not so busy' time.Would definitely go there again m

Hannah S. Levine: Omg i love this place so much!! First of all, the man who owns this is one of the sweetest guys, you can tell his heart and soul goes into making the truffles. One time I started chatting with him and he explained it was an art passed down from his family and it really is an art. He has so many unique flavors and puts so much love into it. It may not have the best graphics or flashiest design on the outside, but give it a chance!! You won't be disappointed.

Lisa Andrade Chacon: and then, I took them to Cancun! With the proper care, they were still fresh and so AMAZING !!! It was huge success and people couldn’t believe it! After that and years later, I’ve tried the passion fruit brigadeiros, cookies, dark chocolate brigadeiros and the Easter eggs!!!! WOW WOW WOW … I can’t neither control myself nor stop eating the passion fruit brigadeiro. This is another level of brigadeiros ! Need to give a break on my next order, I lack emotional maturity 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 for this !!!! Besides all the quality, taste and professionalism, everything is so well packed with so many details and care!!!! You will not regret!!!! Trust me!!!!

Lauren Lederfine: I love Tiny B Chocolate for the quality of their products and customer service. I lived in Brazil for many years, and I cherish being able to order traditional Brazilian Easter Chocolate Eggs in the United States for both for myself and as gifts. There are NO other chocolatiers in the United States that offer these gourmet confections. The owner, Renata, is a professional and kind business owner; and, genuinely, cares for her clients.

Kelli Burdine: I spoke with Andrei and did an interview with him for some market research he was doing. My sister in law has Celiac Disease and it severely limits the amount of food she's able to enjoy. Cookies are usually something she can't really have. In return for my time, they sent me some really great cookies! My sister in law finally got to have a chewy chocolate cookie for the first time in years. My husband and I were partial to the snickerdoodle but she loved the chocolate peanut butter. You can really tell that this company cares about the product they sell. My review took longer than it should have but I'm so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to chat and for the chance to try these cookies. Can't wait to order some for our family trip in a few months! ☺️

Betsy Rew: , and I’m always on the lookout for something to fulfill the lack of baked goods in my life - these gluten free cookies are the best!!! The lemon poppyseed is my favorite however ALL the flavors they offer are delicious creative combos! Every time I go to SFO I stock up. I recently found out you can buy the cookie mix

Sherri Mackinga: This place has the best Brigadero experience. I highly recommend their team building experience. Also buy their Brigadero chocolates delicious!

Caroline O.: Had a little issue with a few brigadeiros and when I contacted customer service they immediately sent a replacement. And the brigadeiros were delicious. Thank you, Andrei!

lickthecowhappy: The candies are very high quality and artisanal but the storefront of the factory is very limited. Only a few things can be purchased at the door, otherwise you NEED TO order ahead of time. Staff were friendly but since it's a factory, I did have to wait for someone to let me in to pick up my order. I would not discourage anyone from buying chocolates there! Just a heads up on what to expect.

Juliana Lopes: Life is sweet with your goodies :

Cris Guhman: I can’t start to describe the deliciousness. TinyB’s brigadeiros, no matter which flavor, are absolutely delicious! Each flavor is unique and there is no way you won’t enjoy them all and pick your favorites. They are so carefully made and packaged. They look and taste as if they were freshly made.My most recently favorite TinyB product is definitely their cookie, dough 😉. There’s just something about it because I’m not even a cookie person I buy TinyB’s cookie mix box to make them myself.I absolutely recommend TinyB not only for the products but the service and for how much love and dedication is put into each product they make, hand how they respect their customers.

Marcio Rocha: Renata is always very attentive. I love your Instagram stories and not to mention the delicious brigadeiros. I love each one of them. ❤️

Abhay Patil: Pro: Some of the yummiest chocolates I have ever tasted ! Kudos !Con: They are extremely expensive.

Jonathan Kraft: Just got a kit sent to me in the mail and I'm so excited to open it and start making these Brigadeiros. What a nice gift to receive in the mail and will be a lot of fun to go through the Brigadeiros kit as a late Valentine's Day Activity with my wife! Will post pictures when we make them!

Paige Scarlett: Wow! I had a problem with the order I placed during the busy Christmas season. TinyB went above and beyond to solve the problem. My package arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. I can’t thank them enough! Thank you so much tinyB!

The Good Chocolate: what do users think?

Julie Sinistore: The best chocolate I've ever had and no sugar! They care so much about their sourcing and the art of making chocolate. You can taste it!

L “Sunshine”: Bought this chocolate in Napa, no idea it was made without sugar. Both my husband and I loved it. It suprised me it was keto/low glycemic because it tastes like gourmet chocolate. So good, I plan on ordering as gifts for family members.

Yü Wu: When I moved away from SF, a friend gave me a bag of chocolates, all SF brands and The Good Chocolate was my favorite out of that batch. Then on one trip back to SF I accidentally discovered this factory store. Since then whenever I come back to the city I try to stop by and grab a few bars to take home as gifts from San Francisco.Delicious chocolate, authentic local business, love them! Himalayan Salt Dark is my absolute favvv.

Esteban Vicario: Amen !

Patrick Flanagan: Friendly staff. Free samples.

Stephanie Chen Gulla: .The factory had a sweet front counter that serves coffee and hot chocolate, with samples to try and bars and gift boxes to buy. $6 per bar, $1.50 for individual squares, so very affordable. The guy also told me it’s sold at BiRite, Kevita Kitchen, Whole Foods, although obviously at a markup.

Angela Trinh: A chocolate factory that makes zero-sugar dark chocolate bars and squares. It's not a storefront, but one could stop by and see them at-work, purchase squares, bars, or gift packs. They also have samples, sell brewed coffee and a vegan hot chocolate using their chocolate.

Dan Mark Duario: Very good Zero Sugar Chocolates

Kathy Melvin: Excellent. Best chocolate around

דניאלה וייס: Best chocolate in the city!! Sugar free healthy and tasty

Sez: Delicious chocolate 3
