QUOCK FONG: Arthur Murray Folsom Studio is superb! I was a professional but didn’t know Ballroom dancing, though agile enough to get by with disco and cha cha on a crowded floor. Finally decided to take lessons to keep wife happy and really glad we found this studio. Every instructor have been fantastic. Other students are friendly and supportive and some are our good friends now. My strength, my posture, my balance, and I suspect my cognitive functioning are all improved as this studio successfully engaged us to enjoy life and dancing. Look forward to resuming our cruising and dancing on the ships, no longer matters whether it’s Rumba, Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha Cha, Tango or Swing! Even Bachata or Salsa, just easy on the hips though.

The instructors are so great, very patient, encouraging, supportive and fun. We’ve made new friends and enjoy the many events the studio has to increase our skills. I’d recommend to anyone. It might seem intimidating at first but everyone there, instructors and students are really helpful.

You can't beat the value here; the admission price gets you a dance lessons, free water and goodies, and dancing dancing dancing. The parking lot is well lit and large, and there's numerous places to eat beforehand. And it is not a snooty bunch of people... the staff is friendly and helpful, the other dancers are friendly and helpful, and there are dancers of all ages and ability. A definite must try... SOON!

Kathi Rutherdale: I cannot say enough good things about Miss Felicia and Divergence Dance Conservatory! You will not find a more caring and compassionate dance teacher. My daughter has danced with her for many years and has grown tremendously during that time. Felicia incorporates so many well-established and new techniques to the classes, which is a great combination. Felicia is always evolving and learning more her craft, which makes for such well-rounded dancers! Felicia cares about your child's physical and mental well-being in and out of class, which is a rare find. She is also extremely connected to the local dance community, and often has master classes taught by some of the best teachers in the area. DDC is very inclusive and all are welcome, it is a true safe space for your child.

My daughter has been taking ballet and tap from Ms. Felicia for a few years now and it is an absolute joy to work with her. Ms. Felicia teaches them dance, terminology, and human anatomy. She pours her knowledge out onto her students and they soak it up like little sponges. It is so much fun to watch the children learn and grow together as a team. I have made so many friends here, to me it is not just a dance studio, it is a community.
Nadia Bradshaw: is very pleased with this studio and the standard of training his ladies are receiving with Mrs. Felicia! There are many great dancers, but not many great teachers who can mold great dancers!. Can't recommend enough!
MaryKaye Inton: Ms Felicia has been in the dance business for a very long time. She is very knowledgeable with the cecchetti technique and has implemented that into her classroom. Elena Shtov: Wonderful dance school. My son joined NCDC at the age of 17, when we moved to Roseville. He was warmly welcomed. Everyone made sure he felt accepted at the new place. He is a ballet dancer and he is thoroughly challenged with the classes. All the teaches are accomplished dances and are very professional. We are very happy with our new home studio.

April Stephens: My daughter trains in the Upper Conservatory Division, her passion is classical ballet. We came to NCDC this year to continue to strengthen and develop her classical ballet technique in a pre-professional setting. She was also wanting to round out her training in contemporary -- contemporary technique was needed to help her meet the demands of the rapidly evolving ballet world. She chose NCDC because they offer many different performance opportunities to develop her as emerging young artist. The quality of the instruction is top notch and supportive. Most importantly, my daughter loves the friendships she has quickly made at NCDC!

Jill Higgins: Our daughter has only recently started dancing at this studio. Changing studios in 8th grade can be challenging, but she has felt very welcomed by all students and staff. She is happy to be receiving the high quality ballet training that she has been looking for. All good experiences so far for both her and us!
Erika Mares: Our daughter is in Ms. Tessa's Tiny Tot's class. We previously tried several different dance schools in the area and there is no comparison. It is obvious that Ms. Tessa has a deep-rooted passion for dance and this age group. The most impressive part is that our two-year-old daughter can stay engaged for the entire 45 minutes of class. We credit that to Ms. Tessa! She uses real dance language with her instruction, as well as props and music fitted for their developmental age that rotates each month. We feel fortunate to have found NCDC and look forward to more great years ahead.
