Hands down the BEST owner! I was devastated when we couldn't find him, and our vet just let us know about his new place. Seriously, if you have an issue, he's quick to resolve it. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. There is no nonsense and just the absolute best. We've brought our reptiles, birds, and rabbits to him for clipping. I'm always impressed just how efficient he is. No one gets even a little close to his abilities.

Eli Winston: An incredibly well kept store. I have both snakes and birds at home so this is a very convenient one stop shop for me and I'm so happy I found it! Both reptiles and birds seem very healthy and happy with their environments. The store itself is well organized and they carry a variety of products including well known healthy food brands for birds. Over all a very clean and curated store.
Andrew Levario: I've gone here for sometimes now, last week my pet dragon had an eye infection, was hard to go to the vet because of my crazy work schedule. He not only helped me with my poor dragon, but recommended a med that sells way higher than if you went to see the vet, and that does not include the work they do at the vet. Not only did he save me money, but showed me other ways to keep her healthy like getting a 150 heat lamp which is better then what I had. Thanks again Agustin, seriously an answer to my prayer, God bless you and your family.
Teri Elizabeth: I have wanted a bird for years, and my boyfriend and I decided to get me a lovebird today. his family already has several birds so there was no question as to where we would go to get the newest member of our flock. I am so glad we went to Agustin’s, he was so helpful and kind and got me set up with this beautiful lady with a great cage set up and everything! Carmen and I are happy at home now.He also trimmed our stubborn cockatoo’s beak and nails quickly and efficiently.
Betty Fuentes-Velasquez: What a gem we found in our own backyard. We brought in our 5 year old Guinea Pig for grooming and nail trimming. He was real gentle and did amazing job with her nails. She smelled fresh when we picked her up. It was fast service too. I will continue to bring her back for grooming and nail trim. We will be looking into boarding her here for our next vacation.
Pat Bell: Agustins ability to hold a bird amazes me! We took our African Grey in for beak and nail trim, fast, efficient and obviously knows what he is doing. The store is very clean and you can tell the animals are very well taken care of! We have been working with Agustin for over 20 years and highly recommend taking your exotic here!

They have a selection of equipment for tanks and such could be a little more tidied up but overall not to bad.The owner was nice and brought out some large mice and from where I used to buy these elsewhere and actually got large mice so I was happy. The owner is a nice guy and we got in and out in about 5 minutes. Overall a good experience for mice.
