Great service. Jose and his wife helped us out when we went to visit. Went in to get some dog food for my puppy and some cat food for my sister's cat but saw that they had some cockatoos, green parrots and a red scarlet macaw that my aunt had been looking for. Called her up and she said she was still looking for one but hadn’t found one. I found Las Dos Arelis Pet store in El Faro Plaza. Great store that has everything. So my aunt did end up getting this amazing looking red macaw. Crazy how great and healthy it looks. She was in love at first sight.
I’ve been looking for a pet store that carries exotic birds FOREVER. Finally! I came across Las Dos Arelis on Google and I fell in love. Toucans are my favorite animal of all time. They’re so adorable and cute and very special to me. My grandma had one when I was little and they always remind me of her. So you can imagine how happy I was that when I called Jose the owner of Las Dos Arelis, he told me that he did in fact have this beautiful toucan for sale. I rushed over as soon as I could and got it. Got it with the large cage it was in too. Got its food and a lot of tips from the owner on how to care for it. SO HAPPY!! If you’re looking for an exotic bird or even just pet supplies for your dog or cat they have everything.

Alexis Kuno: Needed to find a place with live mice for feeding my ball python and this popped up. The store is small and a little dusty but didn't bother me much. He has chickens, guinea pigs, and a couple birds in store. They have a selection of equipment for tanks and such could be a little more tidied up but overall not to bad.The owner was nice and brought out some large mice and from where I used to buy these elsewhere and actually got large mice so I was happy. The owner is a nice guy and we got in and out in about 5 minutes. Overall a good experience for mice.

Eli Winston: An incredibly well kept store. I have both snakes and birds at home so this is a very convenient one stop shop for me and I'm so happy I found it! Both reptiles and birds seem very healthy and happy with their environments. The store itself is well organized and they carry a variety of products including well known healthy food brands for birds. Over all a very clean and curated store.
Andrew Levario: I've gone here for sometimes now, last week my pet dragon had an eye infection, was hard to go to the vet because of my crazy work schedule. He not only helped me with my poor dragon, but recommended a med that sells way higher than if you went to see the vet, and that does not include the work they do at the vet. Not only did he save me money, but showed me other ways to keep her healthy like getting a 150 heat lamp which is better then what I had. Thanks again Agustin, seriously an answer to my prayer, God bless you and your family.
Teri Elizabeth: I have wanted a bird for years, and my boyfriend and I decided to get me a lovebird today. his family already has several birds so there was no question as to where we would go to get the newest member of our flock. I am so glad we went to Agustin’s, he was so helpful and kind and got me set up with this beautiful lady with a great cage set up and everything! Carmen and I are happy at home now.He also trimmed our stubborn cockatoo’s beak and nails quickly and efficiently.
Betty Fuentes-Velasquez: What a gem we found in our own backyard. We brought in our 5 year old Guinea Pig for grooming and nail trimming. He was real gentle and did amazing job with her nails. She smelled fresh when we picked her up. It was fast service too. I will continue to bring her back for grooming and nail trim. We will be looking into boarding her here for our next vacation.
Pat Bell: Agustins ability to hold a bird amazes me! We took our African Grey in for beak and nail trim, fast, efficient and obviously knows what he is doing. The store is very clean and you can tell the animals are very well taken care of! We have been working with Agustin for over 20 years and highly recommend taking your exotic here!
