    Myra Lasch: This is the best company I have ever had an experience with!!! Manny is wonderful. I have a 120 gallon reef tank with 19 year old fish. Years ago I purchased my third chiller artica 1/4 hp. The chiller which was not working properly started working so I never opened up the new chiller. Finally the second chiller was not functioning so I opened up the new chiller. Never sent in the warranty which has expired anyway. The new chiller was not working at all. I called my retailer for suggestions and they recommended calling JBJ. I had no hopes that they could help since I have had bad experiences with enterprises in the past. I called, spoke with Manny and he gave me some things to trouble shoot the chiller but it still didn't work. I sent in pictures of the unused chiller and filled out the warranty. They replaced the chiller which I don't need to tell you how much they cost. I sent the unused new chiller back. If I could rate this company 10 or more stars I would. There is a company which stands behind their product and actually does help and doesn't lie.Best experience I have had with a large enterprise.Thank you Manny, you actually do try to make a difference. There should be more people like you

    Rick Barboza: We have been purchasing wholesale inventory for many years. There commercial line of chillers have a great track record. The smaller lines are quiet in a residential setting. Keep both style of units vented and blow out the condensers regularly.I also like the styling and functionality of the small tanks. Work great for reefs and planted tanks.Appreciate their professionalism.

He has chickens, guinea pigs, and a couple birds in store. They have a selection of equipment for tanks and such could be a little more tidied up but overall not to bad.The owner was nice and brought out some large mice and from where I used to buy these elsewhere and actually got large mice so I was happy. The owner is a nice guy and we got in and out in about 5 minutes. Overall a good experience for mice.

    House Aquarium家庭水族: Songhe Aquarium has been serving the Chinese people for more than 40 years and has made a great contribution to the Chinese ornamental fish industry. It closed its business in September and began to enjoy its retirement life. I wish my old friends in the industry happiness and health in their later years!

    Glenn Agaton: Place looks run down "but" don't let the outside fool you. The gentleman who runs the place has very good items. He told me yesterday that he is closing shop because he's sick. I went to look for black filter sponges but told me he didn't have any. I looked around and found some. I asked him how much it was he said 3 dollars. I asked if he took card payments. He look at me kindly and said just take it. It's ok... I said thank you. I told my wife in the car and what he did and she felt bad and gave me tge money. I went back in and paid him. I felt really bad. I asked if he sold ranchus. he said yes with a smile and showed me. I was surprised! He had baby jet black ranchus for only 6 bucks each! High quality ones with mini pompoms on their noses. So i went back today to grab a couple. He added some redcap orandas to the ranchus. Dor only 8 bucks. Not bad. I plan to go back and by some more supplies and diah from him. If you also like kois he's got nice grade A specimens. AAA++++±+ SELLER. STOP ON BY AND SUPPORT THIS SHOP BEFORE HE CLOSES THE DOORS FOREVER. God Bless
