Heather Presha: What a great experience I had at Hertz Rental in Inglewood. While my own car was being repaired, I needed some wheels. The customer service clerk, Martha helped me get a zippy little Chevy Bolt in only 20 minutes. Martha had a pleasant smile and gave me excellent service! That Chevy Bolt was so much fun to drive I almost forgot about my own car! Overall I’d say I will definitely visit Hertz Rental in Inglewood again and recommend it to anyone who is in need of a rental car!!! Thank you, Martha!!

Aunnalise Woods: After my car was totaled in an accident i’ve been relying on rental vehicles to get me around. I’ve frequented this location since December 2023 and they always have vehicles available and at good rates. Ruth has been my girl, she’s so helpful and assures you are satisfied before driving off. The location is perfect because it’s not congested with traffic but it is near the airport so expect for tourists to also be there. They have a small team but they work together to get you in and out, so be patient with them. My mom’s car was in the shop for a week and she rented a car and was pleased. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Jaffrey H (jhede1): Friendly and helpful, but only one car was available due to late pickup pick up. The car I got had a faulty visor too, so I got a replacement. However, the second car, a brand new Chevy bolt, was great at only $300 for two weeks!
Gabriella Culberson: work day. We interacted with 3 different employees and they were all pleasant and understanding.
Fernando Zanini: I had to cancel and book again due to hurricane arrival. The new online booking did not guarantee the car for the following day. The two guys in charge of the rental office found the car for me in a very short time... Absolutely recommended!

Mittro Zito: Is a fact that this process takes patience sometimes. Think of it as the DMV. But if there are cars available and you know the steps to do this gets easier.I have been helped by different people, and they are all cool. Specially La Shawn, she may look mean, but she goes straight foward so you can be out quick.I suggest to get here as early as possible so you can be done quickly because no matter of your reservation you need to scan a qr and wait to be called, also you will have more cars to choose from if you came early.

Je peux revenir aux USA c'est avec Hertz San Francisco et Oscar que je réserverai.
חיה פלצר: A small counter inside the Hilton Hotel. Personal and kind treatment. Nice selection of cars.It was very easy to take and return. The opening hours are limited compared to the big branches, on the other hand - there are no long lines and waiting for a representative.
Zeus: but was not pushy at all and was very transparent with answering all the questions I had regarding some add-ons. Ahmed mentioned possible upgrades to my reservation which I declined, the CDW insurance - which I declined and he did not get pushy or upset about it, just made sure my credit card had the rental coverage and then made sure I had personal injury insurance which is required in CA which I did have since I have my own car insurance. The car was a 2023 Hyundai which was very nice
Strahinja Marjanovic: After reading all the reviews I was thinking should I do hertz, but my experience was more then good , pickup super easy I went to Marriott on accident, they sent me to Hilton 3 min walk. Counter lady was super nice ,2 min talk gave me the keys and I was on my way to the garage! They gave me a super cool Mazda 6 with low miles , super clean and fuel efficient. All together 5 star experience!
