Bobby P: I rented a "Luxury" class from this location. It was a bit of a wait to get me into a car of this class but they helped me best they could. However, the Mercedes C300 I rented smelled like Weed and the window switches were broken and didn't work. However, the wait can be a bit long at this location.

The BlackOut: One of the best experiences renting a car. It was last min and I was a little worried about getting a car from Enterprise based on past experiences around the Airport rental locations. But this particular location, top tier! I want to personally shout out Trenton Williams. Really chill guy. I went there for something regular for my trip just so I can get in and out. But he made some great valid suggestions, and had me thinking more about comfort and having a piece of mind in what I鈥檓 in, rather than me rushing. He gave me a great deal to upgrade into a wagoner and got some extra protections. I travel with a lot of camera equipment so it just made sense. Our team, when we are in LA, will be renting from this location. Ask for Trenton!

Gaby Cruz: I've been helped out by multiple employees on different occasions and they're always pleasant and down to earth people. Must be a LA thing 鉂わ笍 although the manager never seems to respond to the "reaching out" texts during your rental period so not sure if that's a technical or management issue. If LAX airport Enterprise isn't available, I don't find it super inconvenient to come here because of the employees. Thank you for still being nice even though you guys were busy!!! I get anxious when I see a busy place because I've had people be mean and rude so seeing that they're not like that here is reassuring.

Micaela Thomas: Alamo was GREAT!! This was my very first time ever renting a vehicle through them and they did not disappoint. I rented a 15 passenger van for my large family and it was roomy and spacious with more than enough space for my tribe and our luggage. It was equipped with a navigation system as well and it linked to bluetooth for my phone! Pick up and drop off were both super easy. My son even left his ipad in the rental when we dropped off and they made sure that they returned it to us via mail as we live in a different state. THANK YOU, ALAMO! We look forward to our next rental with you guys.
